Chapter 714 - 714: Set The Appointment

”What is it? New project?” Su Yu Hi turned serious.

”Yes. World class resort.” Yu Qi deepened her smile.

”So, what is the deal?” Su Yu Hi asked.

Yu Qi began to tell him about this new project in which they were about to get involved.

”So, you want to bid on the project? Yu Qi, it is not like I donʼt want us to get involved in this project but the world class resort sounds like a large project. I donʼt think we can handle that.” Su Yu Hi analysed the information and told Yu Qi about his thought about this project.

”What?” Yu Qi asked.

”We are new to this kind of business. I mean the construction. So, I suggest we should not involve in this project.” Su Yu Hi said.

”Brother Yu Hi, you misunderstand me.” Yu Qi looked at Su Yu Hi.

”Eh, then, what?” Su Yu Hi thought she wanted to bid on this project when he heard there was a bid that going to happen for this project.

”I donʼt want to be the bidder but an investor.” Yu Qiʼs eyes curved up.

”Investor?” Su Yu Hi was dumbfounded.

”Yes. Investor for this project.” Yu Qi nodded. As she continued. ”We have the money. It is a good opportunity to use the money.”

Yu Qi saw Su Yu Hi was looking away. It must be that he was thinking about that.

”We invest and as for the return we can ask to be a shareholder of the world class resort.” Yu Qi continued more.

”It will have a higher return if the world class resort gets famous. What if the resort donʼt be as the plan, it will be a loss.” Su Yu Hi commented.

”Donʼt worry. It will be famous.” Yu Qi smiled again.

Yu Qi remembered from her past life. It was indeed a world class resort built at Guanying City. After its opening, that resort became famous around the world.

The resort received a wide range of customers since the resort built with two different parts. One for common people and another one for the rich people.

If she did not hear Qin Xia mentioned this to Yi Lishan, she had probably forgotten about that. So, since it was the chance to get more money in her pocket, she would not miss it out.

Su Yu Hi sighed. Seeing this kind of smile on Yu Qiʼs lips, he knew Yu Qi would fight until he gave up. He actually thought that it was okay since when Yu Qi fought with him previously on which company to invest, the investment would be a good investment. So, since Yu Qi behaved like this, it must be that Yu Qi was confident about this project too.

”Okay. The next step?” Su Yu Hi asked.

”Set up the appointment with Mayor Yi.” Yu Qi said.

”Okay. I will meet Mayor Yi to discuss about this.” Su Yu Hi nodded.

”No.” Yu Qi shook her head.

”What?” Su Yu Hi looked at Yu Qi strangely.

”I will go to meet him personally.” Yu Qi said.

ʼʼPersonally?” Usually, Yu Qi would ask Su Yu Hi to be her representative for a meeting like this.

”I think it is better that way.” Yu Qi said.

”Okay. If you want to, I donʼt mind.” Su Yu Hi nodded.

....

”Mayor Yi, we receive a call from Qi Investment Company regarding the world class resort.” Mayor Yiʼs secretary informed him.

”Qi Investment Company?” Mayor Yi never heard about that.

The secretary handed a fail to Mayor Yi. ”Mayor Yi, it is the information about the company.”

”You are really good at handling things like this.” Mayor Yi took the file and praised his secretary.

”Thank you, Sir.” The secretary maintained his professional smile.

The secretary excused himself and Mayor Yi suddenly called him back.

”Wait a minute.” Mayor Yi said.

”Yes, Sir?” The secretary turned back.

”Call my son, Lishan here. Tell him that I have something to discuss about the resort.” Mayor Yi said.

”Yes, sir... I will call him.” The secretary bowed and left the room.

Waiting for his son to come here, Mayor Yi flipped the file to open the information about this Qi Investment Company. The more he read about this company, the more he felt impressed with it.

This company has invested in a lot of companies. And all of the businesses were successful. Like this one company.

He remembered this one particular company. It sold drinks. It had almost gone bankrupt but suddenly the company had raised as one of the top players in its industry.

There were knocks on his door. He thought it was probably his son. He asked him to enter.

Yi Lishan entered. ”Is there anything that you want to discuss, Father?”

”Someone wants to meet me regarding this resortʼs project.” Mayor Yi gave the file that he read just now.

Yi Lishan read the name of the company. ʼQi Investment Company.ʼ He never heard or knew about this company. He continued the reading. Like his father, Yi Lishan felt amazed. ʼThis company is a new one. But it grew money faster than other people.ʼ

”So, what do you feel about this?” Mayor Yi asked after seeing hi son finished reading the file.

”I think we should meet with them.” Yi Lishan said.

”I think so too. I will like to meet them.” Mayor Yi said happily.

There were a lot of meetings like this. Everyone that wanted to involve in the world class report would like to set an appointment and meet with his father.
