I reported you for selling fake medicine. If I stop selling it, why are you crying?

Chapter 6 When to start workChapter 6 When to start work

The first step is to recruit people, and the second step is to find a place, that is, an office and a factory.

Now that you have recruited someone, even if only one, you can start the second step.

”Ms. Wen, when can you start work?”

Cheng Ming looked a little anxious.

Wen Yilin was stunned.

But she had been looking for a job for a long time and had been worried. Now that she finally found a job, she quickly got into the mood.

Cheng Ming told her about finding a location and factory to do the work.

”Mr. Cheng, there is something I need to tell you. The pharmaceutical industry is different from ordinary industries.”

”The Food and Drug Administration has very strict internal management requirements for pharmaceutical companies. It is very troublesome to pass this certification. It is absolutely impossible to go through the whole process without one or two months. It is even possible that the verification fails, and then you have to wait another month or two.”

“So I think if you want to start a pharmaceutical company yourself, it’s more convenient and faster to just acquire one.”

Oh?
It’s so troublesome, it takes one or two months, and the application may not be successful!

Also so disgusting.

But if it can really be acquired, it would be very convenient.

But considering that the system task requirement is ”creation” rather than acquisition, I don’t know whether the acquisition meets the task requirements?

Cheng Ming felt that he had to ask.

So he used his mind to wake up the system.

”System! Can the purchased pharmaceutical company complete the task?”

As Cheng Ming was expecting, the system calculated for two seconds and then answered with two words: [Yes].

That’s really good!
”Okay, you are in this business, then do you know if there are any small pharmaceutical companies in Haicheng that are looking to sell?”

Wen Yilin hesitated for a moment and said, ”I happen to know one.”

”The company is not big, but it has everything it needs. The equipment is all new and it just passed the verification not long ago.”

”It sounds like a startup. Companies like this generally wouldn’t be sold, right?” Cheng Ming asked.

”meeting.”

”Why are you so sure?”

”Because their boss’s investment failed and they need cash urgently.”

Cheng Ming looked at Wen Yilin: ”How do you know so clearly?”

Wen Yilin felt a little embarrassed.

“Because that’s a company owned by my classmate.”

It turned out to be the case.

”However, this company is very small, and the equipment is just some simple things. As for the goods, there is no goods at all. It can be said that it is just an empty shell. Mr. Cheng...”

”It should be fine.” Cheng Ming said.

What we want is an empty shell!

His total savings now is just over 3 million, so he can’t afford a better one.

It was just an empty shell, and Cheng Ming felt that the money might not be enough.

However, the other party is in urgent need of cash due to investment failure, so the price may be lower.

”Okay, make an appointment for me and we’ll go take a look.”

Wen Yilin got into the role quickly and helped Cheng Ming make a phone call on the spot.

After some communication, he covered the phone and asked Cheng Ming in a low voice.

”She said we can go to the company now.”

”Want to go?”

It seems that he is really anxious to take action, and he and Cheng Ming hit it off right away.

”Okay, let’s go.”

The two left the coffee shop and got into Wen Yilin’s car.

About twenty minutes later, the car stopped at a residential area in the southern part of the city.

It is not uncommon for a company to be located in a suite, especially for some small companies, which actually have only one house, and each room in it is a department. Larger companies may have several houses, and even larger ones may have a floor.

Wen Yilin brought Cheng Ming to a suite with a golden signboard ”Yinhai Pharmaceutical” on the door. Wen Yilin knocked on the door, and a young woman who looked about the same age as Wen Yilin opened the door.

”Are you Mr. Cheng that Xiaowen mentioned?” the young woman asked, ”Please come in.”

After some greetings, Cheng Ming found out that the young woman was Wen Yilin’s classmate, whose surname was Zheng.

Boss Zheng took Cheng Ming and others to visit this small company.

But there wasn’t much to see, just an ordinary office and a warehouse in the next suite, which didn’t have any goods.

After reading it, Cheng Ming felt that Wen Yilin was right. It is true that although small, it has all the necessary organs.

”Mr. Cheng, as you can see, although my company has no business and all the employees have resigned, it does have qualifications.”

”What do you think?” asked Boss Zheng.

Cheng Ming remained calm: ”Not bad.”

You can’t just say you like it, otherwise others will try to lower the price.

“How much can you offer?”

”How much do you want to sell it for?”

Cheng Ming threw the question back.

Boss Zheng looked hesitant.

”Two million. Eight hundred thousand.” said Boss Zheng.

Cheng Ming was delighted, fortunately he could afford it.

But on the surface he still pretended to be a little embarrassed.

”this price.”

”Mr. Cheng, this price is already very low. Although our company is small, we have all the necessary equipment. It cost me about 2.4 million just to buy these equipment. I paid the rent for five years, which is also a considerable expense. In addition, I spent a lot of money to pass the relevant qualifications.”

”It cost me about 3.5 million in total. If I wasn’t in urgent need of money, I wouldn’t sell it now.”

Boss Zheng spoke very sincerely.

Seeing that Cheng Ming was still a little hesitant, she gritted her teeth and said, ”Mr. Cheng, let’s make the deal right away. Two million, seven hundred thousand. It really can’t be any less.”

”Okay.” Cheng Ming nodded.

So Boss Zheng took the agreement, signed it, and transferred the money. After a series of operations, it was completed that afternoon.

Boss Zheng simply gave all the keys and other things to Cheng Ming, and then she left the company.

After Boss Zheng left, Wen Yilin said, ”She and I were classmates, so it was hard for me to say anything just now, but Mr. Cheng, she didn’t lie to you. She really spent so much money on these equipment.”

Cheng Ming nodded.

”By the way, Mr. Cheng, now that we have a company, what business should we start next?”

”You should handle the transfer procedures in the next few days. After you have dealt with the things here, I will tell you what to do next.”

”Ok.”

”By the way.” Cheng Ming took out his cell phone, ”Leave your number so we can contact you on Weixin.”

”Okay, okay.”

The two of them then remembered that as the boss and the employee, they didn’t even leave each other’s contact information.

If I forget, I won’t be able to find Wen Yilin even if I want to find the boss.

Add good prestige.

Wen Yilin saw Cheng Ming transfer ten thousand yuan to her.

”There is not much money in the company’s account at the moment. Use this money to see if there is anything missing in the office and buy some first.”

”Ok.”

”Also, to maintain the basic operation of the company, we probably need a few more people. Send them to me later and I will recruit them.”

”it is good.”

After explaining everything, Cheng Ming left the company.

At this time, the system prompt came.
