Urban Super Doctor

Chapter 403： Best effort
(Goodnight everybody!)

——————————

”President Zhao, Director Zhao, Assistant Zhang, and the two leaders, I’m sorry, because there is something temporary at the hospital. I took care of it and made you wait a long time.”

Ye Xiu walked to the car with a trace of guilt on his face and apologized to everyone.

Zhang Weijie just said for him that there was something to be done at the hospital, so he was late. At that time, Zhang Weijie just wanted to find a reason for Ye Xiu to explain, but he really got it right. Ye Xiu really happened temporarily. It’s something that makes me late.

Originally, Ye Xiu had calculated the time correctly and would arrive earlier, but when he arrived at the hospital, he received a call saying that the condition of a patient admitted to the hospital by him had deteriorated. Ye Xiu couldn’t help but hurried over. The inpatient department took a look at the patient, did some treatment, and then rushed over here.

”It seems that Dr. Ye’s work is really busy, a bit busier than our Director Feng.”

A sneer appeared at the corner of Assistant Zeng’s mouth.

”Doctor Ye, this is Assistant Zeng Pingzeng, and this is Director Feng Sihua Feng.”

Zhang Weijie quickly introduced Director Feng and Assistant Zeng to Ye Xiu.

Among the three of Zhao Guozheng and others, he had relatively little contact with and understanding of Ye Xiu, so he was the first to recover. Although Ye Xiu’s appearance also made his mind slightly stunned, he felt a sense of harmony. The time I saw before in my memory was a little different, but there was no special feeling.

”Director Feng, hello Assistant Zeng.”

Ye Xiu quickly greeted the two with a smile on his face, and then explained to Director Feng and Assistant Zeng again, ”Because there were some things before, I took a few days off, so there are some things I have to explain this morning. a bit.”

”Ask for a few days off, come back early in the morning to deal with the patient, Dr. Ye is really a good doctor who loves his job and works hard!”

Assistant Zeng was authentic with a touch of ridicule.

”I love my job and dare not, I just do my part.”

Listening to Zeng Ping’s obviously unkind tone, Ye Xiu’s expression couldn’t help but was slightly stunned. If he remembers it correctly, should he and this Assistant Zeng meet for the first time today? I haven’t offended this assistant Zeng before. Why does he always seem to be very opinionated about him? From the moment we met, the tone of speech has always been stinging.

However, considering the present occasion, he still controlled his emotions, but his face also became cold.

”I heard that Dr. Ye has taken leave to go home to learn English these few days. I don’t know how well I learned English? There should be no problem, right?”

Director Feng stopped Assistant Zeng who had to say something, and said to Ye Xiu with a smile on his face.

”This is okay, there should be no problem.”

Hearing Director Feng’s question, Ye Xiu’s heart suddenly became empty, and a look of embarrassment appeared on his face.

There should be no problem?

Hearing Ye Xiu’s unassuming answer, a sneer suddenly appeared in Zeng Ping’s heart. He glanced at Zhao Guozheng, and ridicule flashed in his eyes.

Even Zhao Guozheng, who has always been confident in Ye Xiu, can’t help but become a little nervous and worried when he hears Ye Xiu’s words and looks at Ye Xiu’s expression. Ye Xiu’s demeanor does not speak English. .

Although he knew that Ye Xiu graduated from Oxford University Medical School and his English level shouldn’t be so bad again, he had never seen Ye Xiu communicate with others in English. To what extent Ye Xiu’s English level, he also No bottom.

Another point is that, after all, Ye Xiu is not majoring in neurosurgery at Oxford University. The two degrees on his diploma are orthopedics and oncology.

”That’s good, translation is a very important task. You young people are okay, and your English level is not bad. Those of us who are older, the English that we learned in school before, has long been returned to the teachers. Now, the next communication will depend entirely on Dr. Ye’s translation, haha!”

Director Feng’s heart couldn’t help but tightened, and a look of disappointment flashed in his eyes, but after all, he was a leader who was accustomed to seeing wind and waves. He knew that the matter had arrived at this time, even if he wanted to change someone immediately, it was too late. Even if you have to deal with it, you have to wait to receive the members of the visiting exchange team from Wellington Hospital and take them to the hotel to settle down.

He is now showing dissatisfaction or other negative emotions, which will only affect Ye Xiu, bring pressure to Ye Xiu, make Ye Xiu perform worse and perform worse. Therefore, despite the tension and disappointment in his heart, his face still With a relaxed smile on his face deliberately, he adjusted the atmosphere.

”Yeah, Ye Xiu, today we will rely on you and Director Zhao!”

Zhao Guozheng also understood Director Feng’s meaning, and smiled at Ye Xiu.

”Please rest assured, the two leaders, I will do my best!”

Ye Xiu quickly promised them seriously.

”Haha, okay, I believe your strength, even if the time is almost there, let’s go!”

Zhao Guozheng smiled, and at the same time gave an order to the driver in front.

Do your best?

Doing your best requires strength! If you have no strength, what if you try your best?

What leaders need to see is real strength, not an empty promise!

Zeng Ping looked at Ye Xiu with a serious look, and a sneer flashed in his eyes. Originally, he wanted to ridicule Ye Xiu directly, but he saw the look of Zhao Guozheng and Director Feng, especially Director Feng’s demeanor, he wittily gave up this plan. As Director Feng’s assistant, he could naturally understand Director Feng’s intentions.

It’s just that from his point of view, Director Feng and Zhao Guozheng’s approach is meaningless at all. If Ye Xiu’s strength is not good, how can he relax?

Judging from the performance of Ye Xiu right now, his strength is no longer necessary.

In his heart, he had been waiting for Ye Xiu to meet the members of the Wellington expert group for a while, and he could even imagine that after seeing the foreigners for a while, Ye Xiu stammered in Chinese English. Looks like it.

What can a person who temporarily asks for leave to study English to do?

He even mourned for Zhao Guozheng directly.

Zhao Guozheng assured Director Feng on more than one occasion that Ye Xiu would be able to complete the task, and that he would complete the task beautifully. If he could not complete the task, he would resign from all his posts in the Beijiao Third Hospital and go to the community hospital below. After ten years of work, he has made meritorious service.

Poor Dean Zhao, who worked hard for most of his life in the North Suburb No. 3 Hospital, finally became the dean. Only a few days later, he was dismissed again!

It’s not worth paying such a big price for such an ineffective guy!

Thinking of Zhao Guozheng’s resume and the bleak situation he might face after being dismissed, Zeng Ping couldn’t help but sigh inwardly.
