Urban Super Doctor

Chapter 354： Liu Zhengliang shows off
(good night!)

————————

”No way!”

Wang Yanchao categorically rejected it directly.

”Doctor Ye, this is a hard task assigned to you by the organization. Whether you want to take it or not, you must complete it!”

After vetoing Ye Xiu, Wang Yanchao acted both soft and hard, and persuaded with all his heart, ”Doctor Ye, this is a rare and good opportunity. It will not only allow you to show your face in front of the leaders, but also give you a chance to meet The world-class experts from Wellington Hospital have direct conversations and exchanges. How many people want to get it. Director Zhao and I put you on this important task because we trust you. Therefore, you must take good care of it. Don’t disappoint Me and Dean Zhao.”

”That’s, Dr. Ye, why are you still rejecting such a good opportunity? My English is not good. Otherwise, I’ll just grab it with you!”

”Isn’t it, what a great opportunity, we don’t know how envious it is!”

”...”

The doctors sitting next to Ye Xiu also persuaded one after another.

Seeing those guys gloating in persuasion, Ye Xiu couldn’t help but roll his eyes. These guys, it’s not you who dare to work, so you can’t stand talking!

”Director Wang...”

”This matter, it’s so decided, well, today’s meeting is over. Everyone must remember what I said today and do their own work, especially during the visit of the Wellington Hospital exchange delegation. Lax, although our respiratory medicine department is not the key object of their direct exchange visits, it is unlikely that they will come to our respiratory medicine department for inspection, but everyone should still work hard and be fully prepared. It’s a shame!”

Ye Xiu wanted to struggle again, but Wang Yanchao didn’t give him a chance to speak at all, so he just decided.

Seeing Wang Yanchao, who turned and ran away without turning his head after the announcement, Ye Xiu couldn’t help but caressed his forehead, as if he was afraid that Ye Xiu would continue to entangle him, a helpless wry smile appeared on his face.

He also didn’t catch up with Wang Yanchao to continue to ask for a pick. From Wang Yanchao’s tone and performance just now, he knew that he was definitely unable to evade this matter, and there was no point in chasing after him.

What day is it today.

Why are you asking for any trouble.

Treated Mr. Tang and received Wellington Hospital...

These two things are something he doesn’t want to do very much, because in his opinion, these two things are both troublesome!

In the end, all of them fell on him today.

Needless to say, treating Father Tang, Wellington Hospital suddenly sent an exchange team to visit China this time, and also chose a small hospital like the North Suburb No. 3 Hospital. Ye Xiu always felt a little weird about this matter.

Although there is no conclusive evidence, judging from the current evidence, the visit of the Wellington Hospital exchange team this time is likely to be directed at Zhao Ruobing’s paper, or even at Dr. him. Y is here.

When Zhao Ruobing came to look for him, he made up his mind that this matter must be how far to hide, in order to avoid unnecessary trouble, he didn’t even want to show up in front of those people in Wellington Hospital.

But he never thought that Wang Yanchao and Zhao Guozheng suddenly showed him such a show...

”Doctor Ye, congratulations on taking over your responsibility!!”

”Congratulations, congratulations! Do it well, you are a golden sign of our respiratory medicine department, this time we rely on you for the face of the respiratory medicine department!”

”Isn’t it, Doctor Ye, don’t look so bitter and enmity, Director Wang is right, what a great thing!”

”...”

Those colleagues ran up to Ye Xiu one by one, grinning and congratulating Ye Xiu with a frowning face.

”...”

Looking at this group of unscrupulous and gloating guys, Ye Xiu suddenly felt that Su Dongmei and Wang Yanchao made a lot of sense, and there was really no need to go to the East China Sea Restaurant for a treat.

In the meeting room of the Gastroenterology Department, a meeting with the theme of the visit of the Wellington Hospital Exchange Group is also being held, but it is different from the meeting of the Department of Respiratory Medicine. The atmosphere in the meeting room of the Gastroenterology Department is extremely solemn. , The air seems to be stagnant.

The head of the Department of Gastroenterology, Liu Zhengliang, who has always been extremely gentle and very talkative, suddenly became extremely strong at today’s meeting. The gentleness on his face that usually hangs on his face His smile disappeared, the expression on his face was extremely serious from beginning to end, and his tone of voice was extremely sharp.

At first, everyone didn’t take it too seriously, but thought that Liu Zhengliang was in a bad mood because of his third uncle’s illness, until he saw that Liu Zhengliang’s expression became more and more serious, and his tone became more and more severe. , Everyone realized that Liu Zhengliang was real this time.

Especially when Liu Zhengliang announced the punishment to Wang Dong and a series of strict department reform measures, and said that he would be strictly implemented, the atmosphere of the office suddenly dropped to a freezing point.

When everyone looked at Liu Zhengliang, they all began to feel a sense of awe that they had never seen before.

In everyone’s heart, just like Xiaowen when he saw Liu Zhengliang coldly announce the punishment to Wang Dong, he suddenly realized a fact that hadn’t been for a long time. Liu Zhengliang was the head of the department! Moreover, the director of this department would have been ruthless before, and he even seemed to be more ruthless than ordinary people!

”...So, starting from today, our department will restore the previous discipline and system. I will check your attendance rate and various situations from time to time!”

Liu Zhengliang ignored the expressions of these subordinates, still continuing to announce his series of systems and measures, and once again demonstrated his determination to them.

After experiencing Wang Dong’s affairs, he has realized that his previous practices were absolutely wrong, and when he silently observed the atmosphere in the departments and the subordinates in these departments for the past two days After their behaviors and habits, he was completely determined that he must carry out a drastic reform, and he must make a ruthless change of the department’s atmosphere.

Although the people in the department did not show such unbearable behavior as Wang Dong, the performance of most of them made Liu Zhengliang feel cold.

Except for a very small number of doctors who always consciously maintain a diligent style of behavior, are serious and responsible for their patients, and have a kind attitude, most of the doctors in the department are lazy, and they are not talking about treating diseases in the office. What kind of patient’s condition is, but where he went to eat delicious food after work, where he went to play, and Pu Yan’s attitude to work is very good, don’t treat the patient with a smile to serve, this requirement is too high, too difficult, he also Don’t force it, but at least be patient, serious, and sincere as the hospital rules stipulate! But even this, few of them can do it!

If this kind of department atmosphere is not strictly rectified, what will it look like if it develops?

Not to mention that the development of the department has been improved and strengthened, and whether this department can be retained in the future are two things!

”Tuk Tuk!”

Just as Liu Zhengliang was speaking harshly about the reform measures, the door of the conference room suddenly rang.
