Urban Super Doctor

Chapter 284： lose weight
”Huh? Doctor Ye, why do you buy so little food today?”

In the cafeteria of the hospital, Ye Xiu had just sat down with an ordinary meal. Nurse Xiao Lin, who was sitting across from Ye Xiu, let out a cry of exclamation as if he had suddenly noticed something strange.

Because they both work in the outpatient building, and Ye Xiu has been working less late in overtime recently, and meals have been more punctual. They often eat together.

Yes, why did Dr. Ye buy such a small meal today?

The other colleagues who hadn’t noticed originally, after hearing Nurse Xiaolin’s exclamation, immediately all turned their eyes to the dinner plate in Ye Xiu’s hand, and each of them showed a look of surprise.

Like Ye Xiu’s love and dedication and superb medical skills, the title of Ye Xiu’s Great Stomach King is also a secret that the entire respiratory medicine department knows. Everyone knows that Ye Xiu’s appetite is scary. Every meal They all have to eat four super-large meals.

This phenomenon has also caused a lot of heated discussion in the department.

It’s still an unsolved mystery in the Department of Respiratory Medicine, because everyone is curious about how Ye Xiu has such a thin figure, such a small belly, how did he eat so much food, and how Ye Xiu ate every meal. With so many meals, why haven’t you gained weight?

There are even people who secretly speculate whether Ye Xiu suffers from hyperthyroidism or other diseases, but this speculation has not been recognized and echoed by many people, because besides being able to eat, Ye Xiu does not have any other symptoms of hyperthyroidism.

”Uh...I have gained weight recently, I decided to lose weight.”

Ye Xiu’s expression was a bit awkward and authentic.

”lose weight?”

Nurse Xiaolin exclaimed exaggeratedly, ”My God, are you kidding Dr. Ye? Just like that, you still lose weight?”

”That’s right, you are just as skinny as you want to lose weight. Are you telling us people not to eat today?”

Ye Xiu’s words immediately became the public enemy of the whole people, which aroused the unanimous anger and public outrage of the whole people. Not only the female colleagues but also several male colleagues issued strong accusations against Ye Xiu.

They said that Ye Xiu was as thin as a wood, which was indeed a bit exaggerated. Ye Xiu’s figure was indeed a little thinner, but he was not as thin as a wood.

But Ye Xiu actually said to lose weight, which made these colleagues totally unacceptable.

With his thin arms and legs, he still has to lose weight? Does he really want to thin into a bolt of lightning?

He makes these doctors, who have been sitting in the office for many years and lack of amateur sports, have a thick belly, and how can they feel that they are almost all overweight? Is he going to give them a way to survive!

”Uh……”

Ye Xiu didn’t expect that his words would trigger such a big reaction from everyone, for a while, he couldn’t help being dumbfounded.

He just couldn’t find a reason just now, so he casually mentioned one of the most popular reasons that the whole world is shouting.

”I was wrong, colleagues, can’t I be wrong?”

Seeing the emotions of the people, especially the slightly fat female colleagues who were a little dissatisfied with their bodies, there was a tendency that the more they spoke, the more excited Ye Xiu stopped them, ”Actually, I am Recently, I suddenly reflected on myself and felt that it is a serious crime for a thin person like me to eat so much food and waste the country’s food, so I decided to stop wasting from today.”

”Hmph, it’s pretty much the same, guys like you, in front of us fat kids, don’t mention the word weight loss anymore, understand!”

”Doctor Ye, you are finally enlightened. I would like to praise you for your ideological enlightenment! Because of your enlightenment today, we can feed at least five more African compatriots every day! We thank you for the African compatriots first!”

”...”

Seeing that Ye Xiu took the initiative to admit his mistake, a group of spitting colleagues finally calmed down and stopped condemning Ye Xiu. After angrily said, they turned to tease Ye Xiu.

”...”

Listening to them getting more and more outrageous, raising him to the height of international humanitarianism, Ye Xiu couldn’t help but feel ashamed, feeling that he had once again refreshed his understanding of this group of colleagues.

But he still likes this feeling.

When you go to work, everyone is busy with their own things. Everyone has almost a face. That is to work hard and do things. Only when they are off work, everyone sits here together, and everyone will live again. Restore their individuality and characteristics.

”By the way, Doctor Ye, are you really full if you eat so little?”

”Yeah, Dr. Ye, it’s the end of the month in a blink of an eye. Are you in a financial crisis? Do you want me to support you?”

”...”

Laughing and laughing, but after making fun of them, everyone still looked at Ye Xiu with concern.

They all felt that Ye Xiu was in a pinch.

Thanks to Zheng Wenbo’s blessings, under the intern Wang Dechao’s announcement by Zheng Wenbo, and by chance, Dr. Che and Ye Xiu had a chance encounter in the parking lot. Ye Xiu gave a green Q at work. The matter was exaggerated.

The fact that Ye Xiu’s family financial conditions are not good has almost penetrated into the hearts of everyone in the Department of Respiratory Medicine, including Wang Yanchao, the director.

Everyone always felt that the reason why Ye Xiu worked so hard, dressed so plainly every day, did not have any other recreational activities except for work, and had to go back to the hospital even on rest days, was because of poor economic conditions.

Even for this reason, colleagues in the department organize some private dinners and other activities. They rarely ask Ye Xiu to participate because they are afraid of increasing Ye Xiu’s burden, and if they are not allowed to share the cost, they are afraid of harming Ye Xiu. Xiu’s self-esteem.

So, this will see Ye Xiu suddenly lose his appetite. The original four large servings have suddenly become an ordinary serving. They subconsciously thought that Ye Xiu was tight, so they reduced their expenses.

”Uh...Thank you colleagues, but this is really unnecessary. I don’t have money and I am not short of money.”

Ye Xiu said quickly.

”Doctor Ye, you’re welcome, we don’t have any more, but we can still borrow a few thousand yuan to feed you.”

The doctors thought that Ye Xiu was embarrassed, and they continued to persuade them enthusiastically. Even Nurse Xiao Lin, who had a relatively low salary, asked to borrow money from Ye Xiu.

”Uh... this is really unnecessary, colleagues, I really don’t need money, if you really need your help, I will speak up.”

Feeling the care from the hearts of the people, Ye Xiu’s heart was moved, and he couldn’t help but feel big for a while. This misunderstanding was really causing trouble, and he didn’t know how to explain it to them now.

”Well, anyway, Dr. Ye, I still have to have enough rice. This is my meal at noon today. I’ll go buy me another one.”

”I will give you a contribution too!”

Seeing Ye Xiu’s insistence on refusing, the colleagues finally did not continue to reluctantly borrow money to Ye Xiu, but a few colleagues still ran to buy Ye Xiu three more meals and even added more meat to Ye Xiu. Can’t stop it.

When the three colleagues put three super-large portions of vegetable rice in front of Ye Xiu, and then patted Ye Xiu’s shoulder, letting Ye Xiu eat it, but not enough to add it, Ye Xiu really felt like crying.

He really can’t eat so much!

If last night, he was still a little unsure, then when he was standing at the dining window and looking at the food, he was really sure, and his appetite really shrank!

And it is not a general reduction, but a huge reduction!

Standing in front of the meal window just now, when he was subconsciously preparing to make four meals, he suddenly realized that he was not hungry at all, and looking at the meals, he did not have much desire to eat! It is precisely because of this that he just served an ordinary meal.

In the end, he didn’t expect that this group of loving colleagues would actually give him three extra large copies!

How could Ye Xiu stop crying?

Now he can’t even fill the ordinary portion of the meal he bought himself. Where can he fill these three super-large portions?

”Doctor Che, Doctor Li, here!”

Just as Ye Xiu looked at the three super-sized copies in front, and was about to cry, Ye Xiu’s eyes suddenly appeared in the shape of Doctor Thong Cha and Doctor Li in the department.

Upon seeing them, Ye Xiu immediately received an amnesty.

”Doctor Ye, colleagues, it’s such a coincidence that you are also eating? Doctor Ye, what are you calling us? We are going to have dinner.”

The two of them walked to Ye Xiu’s side with a little surprise, and after greeted everyone, they looked at Ye Xiu again with doubts.

”No need to cook, there are three servings here, you just pick one to eat.”

Ye Xiu pointed to the three meals in front of him.

”Hey, Dr. Ye, would you like a treat? Then I’m not welcome.”

Dr. Che and Dr. Li glanced at Ye Xiu in surprise, thinking that Ye Xiu was inviting everyone to eat today. While they each served a meal, they asked strangely, ”Doctor Ye, what a good day is today? , Is there any major good thing? Why do you suddenly remember the treat?”

”It’s not my treat, but some of them.”

Ye Xiu smiled and pointed to the colleagues who had just gone shopping.

”Doctor Ye, aren’t you? You really don’t eat it? Is it really enough for you to eat so little?”

The doctors stared at Ye Xiu with wide eyes.

”Uh... what’s going on?”

Both Che and Li looked at the crowd and looked at them confusedly.

After everyone briefly explained the cause of the matter to the two of them, the two of them also looked at Ye Xiu in surprise, ”Doctor Ye, you won’t really be short of money? If you are short of money, you Just say ha.”

”I said, I’m really not short of money or saving money, I really don’t want to eat so much.”

Ye Xiu smiled helplessly at everyone, ”Besides, you underestimated me too much. Am I the kind of person who would hungry himself? If I’m really hungry, if I really owe money, I won’t speak to you. ?”

”Uh... Then why did you eat so little suddenly?”

The faces of the people still had some doubts. They didn’t believe that Ye Xiu’s previous words for not wanting to waste food were true.

”I... I’m not feeling well, I have no appetite.”

Ye Xiu looked at everyone’s gaze, and finally found an excuse.

”So it is!”

Hearing that Ye Xiu was uncomfortable, everyone finally expressed their understanding and understanding, and each one looked at Ye Xiu with concern in their eyes, ”Then Doctor Ye, you have to take care of yourself! Don’t work hard!”
