I AM A MAGE BUT WITH MILF SYSTEM

Chapter 644: Who is he?

Someone was sitting in that chair, watching the scene in the pool.

A figure in a dark robe, his face completely hidden.

They sat perfectly still, observing Thomas and Sarahʼs intimacy with mild interest.

Julianʼs instincts immediately sharpened. There was something off about that figure—not threatening necessarily, but definitely unusual. Before he could investigate further, one of the other doors in the room opened with a soft creak.

Someone else entered and Julian recognized her immediately.

Mara. The innkeeper.

She was dressed in her usual clothing and she entered the room carrying a tray of towel and some other things.

But instead of the shock and alarm Julian had been expecting, Maraʼs face broke into a smile as she looked at Sarah and Thomas in the pool. Her expression was warm, almost proud, like a director watching performers execute a scene perfectly.

She then turned toward the robed figure in the chair and her demeanor shifted entirely.

”Are you enjoying this, my lord?” she asked, walking toward the man.

The man replied, his voice carrying satisfaction. ”I sure am. Are they truly related?”

Julian remained perfectly still in the doorway. Neither Mara nor the robed figure seemed to sense anything amiss.

Mara reached the man and placed the tray on a small table beside his chair. She then turned back to Sarah and Thomas, her smile widening.

”Yes, my lord. They are real brother and sister. Their mother works in the inn with us. Sheʼs in the kitchens right now, unaware of what her children are doing.”

Julianʼs eyes narrowed slightly. So they actually were siblings. This wasnʼt fantasy—it was real.

The robed figure leaned forward with clear interest.

”And their performance? Is it to your liking?” Mara asked.

The figure laughed loud, a sound that carried genuine amusement and arousal. ”Yes. You sure have impressed me, Mara. This is exactly the kind of... entertainment I was promised.”

He paused, and his hand suddenly shot out, gripping Maraʼs ass firmly through her dress. His fingers dug in possessively, squeezing the flesh hard enough to make Mara gasp in surprise.

”Tell me,” he said, his voice taking on a different edge. ”Is there any news you have to share? Anything unusual happening at the inn? Any... guests I should know about?”

Maraʼs professional mask snapped into place immediately despite his hand still groping her.

”My lord, there is nothing. Everything is going as normal. Our usual guests, regular business. Nothing out of the ordinary to report.”

Julian remained motionless, watching this interaction with growing understanding. This wasnʼt just a pleasure chamber. This was something more—information gathering, surveillance, control.

And Maraʼs claim that everything was ”normal” when Julian and his three obviously powerful daughters had checked in just yesterday suggested she was intentionally withholding information from this man.

The question was: why?

The robed figure seemed satisfied with her answer. His hand released her ass, and he leaned back in his chair.

”Good, good. Iʼd hate to think you were keeping secrets from me, Mara. You know how much I value our... arrangement.”

He reached into his robes, took out a pouch and tossed into onto the table beside him.

The pouch landed with a heavy thunk, and something inside it scattered—stones that sparkled brilliantly.

Maraʼs eyes widened dramatically and her professional mask slipped for just a moment as genuine shock crossed her features. She immediately snatched up the pouch, clutching it protectively as she confirmed the stones with a quick glance inside.

”My lord, this is... this is far more than our usual arrangement—”

”Consider it a bonus,” the robed figure interrupted. ”For your excellent service. For maintaining discretion. And for continuing to provide me with such... unique entertainments.”

His hand gestured toward the pool, where Sarah and Thomas had resumed their mating with renewed enthusiasm.

Mara bowed deeply. ”You are too generous, my lord. I will do my best to serve you.”

”See that you do,” the man replied. ”And Mara? If anything unusual does happen at the inn—unusual guests, unusual questions, unusual interest from authorities—you will inform me immediately. Understood?”

”Of course, my lord. You will be the first to know.”

This robed figure was clearly someone with significant wealth and power. He was paying Mara—and paying her extremely well—for access to this hidden space and the ”entertainments” it provided. The fact that those entertainments included actual incest suggested his tastes ran to the taboo and forbidden.

But more concerning was his interest in ”unusual guests” and his clear expectation that Mara would report such things to him.

He was gathering intelligence. Using the inn as a surveillance point.

The robed figure then smiled.

”You said they have a mother working in the inn, correct?” he asked casually.

Mara tensed immediately. ”Yes, my lord. She works in the kitchens. Sheʼs a good woman, hardworking, devoted to her children—”

”I want her to take part in this as well,” the robed figure interrupted, his voice leaving no room for negotiation. ”Next time I visit, I want to see all three of them. Mother, daughter, son. Together.”

Maraʼs shock was visible, her professional mask cracking completely. ”But my lord, I donʼt think she will agree! She has no idea her children are even doing this! Sheʼs a proper woman, religious, she would be horrified—”

The man laughed, a cold sound that held no real humor. ”Well, that is not my problem, is it? Thatʼs why I pay you so generously, Mara. To solve problems. To make things happen. To provide what I want, regardless of difficulty.”

He stood from his chair and reached into his robes again, this time taking out not one but two more heavy pouches. He tossed them onto the table beside the first pouch, and they landed with the same heavy thunk.

Julian watched Maraʼs expression transform. Her eyes locked onto those pouches, and for just a moment, her face showed something almost like hunger.

Three pouches.. A fortune that could set someone up for life.

”I will be back tomorrow,” the robed figure said, his tone making it clear this was a command, not a request. ”And I hope you wonʼt disappoint me. I want to see the mother with her children. All three of them. Together. Entertaining me.”
