Chapter 228 Private Cooperation Project

Maple Leaf Country, the capital.

After He Xiaomiao arrived in Maple Leaf Country, he directly invited Hitt, the Defense Minister of Maple Leaf Country, to hear that He Xiaomiao was so excited that he rushed out of the office to greet him.

Maple Leaf Country was one of the first countries to develop mechas. After Wu Country, Neon Country came, and after that came Maple Leaf Country.

Their mechs, the Celestial Armor, are equipped with the best high-altitude combat systems, but they are all in the past tense.

Whether it is the weapon system or the thrusters equipped on the Tianyu Weapon, they are all outdated.

In this era of mecha frenzy, Maple Leaf Country also knows that its mechas are outdated. Now that the world’s mechas are developing rapidly, every country is not stingy about investing in this aspect.

On the other hand, in Maple Leaf Country, although a lot of money is invested every year, the money is like throwing a stone into water with no follow-up.

Maple Leaf Country’s desire for high-tech talents is like a wolf like a tiger, especially the Minister of National Defense Hitt, who is eager to seek talents. When he heard He Xiaomiao coming, he immediately put down his work and went to meet him.

He Xiaomiao stopped talking nonsense when he saw him, and put forward his idea of cooperation straight to the point. Unsurprisingly, this idea hit it off with Hitt, but Hitt seemed to not only want He Xiaomiao to help build a simulated training ground.

”Mr. He, I have a party tonight, I wonder if you are free to visit.” He tried his best to get close to He Xiaomiao.

”Oh? I’m free tonight.”

Hearing what He Xiaomiao said, Hitt immediately beamed with joy.

How could He Xiaomiao not know about his little Jiujiu? He Xiaomiao couldn’t resist helping Maple Leaf Country improve its mech strength. Of course, He Xiaomiao wouldn’t do things like Baigan’s work. He would definitely want the lion to speak up. What about a developed country?

After the meeting, He Xiaomiao left the National Defense Building. He was still unbelievable about what happened in Maple Leaf Country these days. He vaguely felt that Maple Leaf Country had a private mecha organization secretly carrying out some kind of action, and he was full of doubts. Xiao Miao drove the Xihe battle armor to the outskirts of the capital, and followed the prompts from the omnidirectional information collector on the screen that the antimatter energy here had once reached level five.

”The five-stage alien Zerg? Another failure?”

He Xiaomiao couldn’t help being puzzled by this action of the alien Zerg. He couldn’t understand why the five-stage alien Zerg came here in person, but they were just here to be lonely?
There is no shit here, how could they choose this place, could it be that this is the location they decided to choose as their next secret base?

From the sky, Xihe’s armor slowly landed, and the power emitted by the armor swept across the grass.

He Xiaomiao jumped out of the cabin, and he came to the lake, the lake was calm, as quiet as a sleeping beauty, he walked to the door of the cabin by the lake, he didn’t know it was that Old Man Ford’s secret base.

He Xiaomiao looked serious, his eyes rolled slightly.

”here…”

He seemed to smell a smell, which was about the smell of extraterrestrial rock gold. Immediately, he picked up the watch and activated the perspective detection system, and saw the watch screen rising slowly from the watch. He Xiaomiao aimed it at the wooden house in front of him. There’s nothing weird about seeing a cabin through a screen.

Just when He Xiaomiao thought he was suspicious, he pointed his watch at the ground by accident.

”Good guy, it turns out that there is a hole in the sky below.” Through the watch screen, he clearly saw the mech R&D base that Ford built underground here.

He Xiaomiao immediately recalled the mysterious black and red armor that came out of the auction to snatch her ”spider web”. In addition, He Xiaomiao, who is the base of the mecha here, is already confident that he can find out the black hand behind the private mecha organization of Maple Leaf Country.

That was the rich man Ford who was fighting with him at that time.

He Xiaomiao narrowed her eyes coldly, and a smile appeared on the corner of her mouth.

”What a mastermind behind the scenes, it seems that I will meet you sooner or later.”

Maple Leaf Country, the villa of the Minister of Defense.

The starry night falls, and the luxurious villas are full of lights in the beautiful twilight.

At this time, the party has already started, and the guests are already drinking happily in the courtyard of the villa. Those who come to this party are either high-ranking officials or researchers from the scientific research department. They will hold such a party from time to time to relax. Every frown and smile is intoxicating.

He Xiaomiao came late after the party started. He was wearing a golden portable Xihe armor.

The red-gold full-length armor is majestic, and the turbo core shining like gems on the chest is even more eye-catching. When he came outside the villa, He Xiaomiao took back the armor and entered the party with the support of a group of waiters.

At this time, Hitt received the news from his assistant that He Xiaomiao had arrived at the villa. He immediately cheered up and rushed to the door to greet him.

Seeing Hit with a smile on his face, He Xiaomiao naturally would not be impolite. He went up to shake hands and asked Hit. He Xiaomiao’s fluent foreign language made Hit sigh, and the two sat down together at the same seat.

At this time, a man in a suit who looked like a host stood by the pool with a microphone and began to give a speech. After introducing the guests, he finally introduced He Xiaomiao grandly.

”We applaud and welcome Mr. He Xiaomiao, the No.1 mecha in the world!”

His high-pitched tone made He Xiaomiao smile embarrassedly.

At this time, a figure who was sitting on the stage in the distance drinking wine silently spit aside.

”Mr. He, in fact, I have always had an unfeeling request. I don’t know if I should say it or not.” Seeing that He Xiaomiao’s expression had relaxed, Hitt began to talk about business.

”You say.”

”That’s our cooperation, let’s extend it. You help us improve the weapon system and power system of the mech. We will give you a higher reward. What do you think?”

He Xiaomiao lowered his head slightly when he heard this, and pretended to be in deep thought, but in fact he had already agreed in his heart.

”Okay, but I still have a lot of work in Western Union, so the time may be...”

”Of course, you naturally come to help us with scientific research when you are free, and we are grateful for that.”

”Hahaha, okay, let’s make a deal, when will the contract be signed?”

When He Xiaomiao heard that Hitt did not force him to work, he immediately agreed.

Afterwards, Hitt immediately sent someone to hand over the contract. He Xiaomiao observed it carefully and signed his name. He Xiaomiao couldn’t help but be shocked when he glanced at the number. There are actually one billion.

This shocked He Xiaomiao a little, he didn’t expect Maple Leaf Country to be so successful in the mecha business.

Compared with Western Union, my job is just a friendly cooperation between Wu Kingdom and Western Union, and my salary is only [-] million Wu Guoyuan a year, while the job of a private person in Maple Leaf Country is ten times that of Western Union , but also obedient to himself.

Satisfied after signing the contract, He Xiaomiao began to drink champagne and admire the beauties.

I feel very comfortable.
