Chapter 265 Underground Base Project
After Bai Yu finished speaking, she looked at Luo Xiu inquiringly.

Luo Xiu nodded lightly and said: ”I understand, but at present, our city is in the recovery stage, and I don’t have so much time to deal with the increase in troops.”

”I will remember this matter. After a while, I will focus on this aspect.”

”Next, I’d like you to pay more attention to the construction of the underground base. The eradication of underground resources and underground creatures is a secondary purpose. The main goal is to find a way to search for any saint relics underground in the ancient forest ruins.”

”Okay, we must obey the Lord’s orders!”

Bai Yu and the others all said with a slightly condensed expression.

Naturally, they all know about the relics of the saints, and that is something that can only be pursued by tower defense cities with top-notch qualifications.

But now their city has reached such a level, even surpassing the general top qualification city.

Therefore, when Luo Xiu brought up this matter, they understood that a lot of hard work was definitely needed next.

Ordinary cities, even if they know the location of the saint’s ruins, it is impossible to have too many thoughts.

The reason is simple, as the underground treasure snow area left by the former saints, many powerful creatures are naturally born in it.

Ordinary large cities, even super-large cities, have a hard time winning against these powerful creatures.

But Water Blue City has the almost invincible corn siege engine, and other high-level summoned beasts.

Even if they are comparable to the existence of extraordinary creatures, they can fight, so why should they be afraid of the creatures in the ruins of these saints.

The only thing needed is to find the location of the saint’s ruins.

”The search for the relics of the saints should not be rushed. It is dangerous. I will arrange a holy angel and a ruthless blade to protect each of you.”

”The troops in the city can be dispatched at any time as long as you need them. You must actually complete this matter.”

Luo Xiu then explained more solemnly.

”Okay! We must complete the task!”

When several people heard Luo Xiu say this, they became more sure of how important this matter was to Luo Xiu’s heart, and they all secretly made up their minds that they must find an ancient sage relic.

After briefly chatting about a few special things in the city, the three of Bai Yu left the hall.

”It’s time to continue to rekindle the fire on the Gobi Desert.”

After everyone left, Luo Xiu summoned Kyle, Zero and their companions.

Now that they all have spiritual intelligence, they can naturally carry out the tasks assigned by Luo Xiu alone.

But just to be on the safe side, Luo Xiu still asked them to do it with Zero first if they hadn’t been there before, and then go to rekindle the flame of life after understanding the general situation.

As Luo Xiu called out a portal, Zero and Kyle got into it and quickly disappeared into the hall.

Came to a desolate Gobi.

Several holy angels including Kyle quickly spread out their own holy power, illuminating an area.

”Roar!”

But as they released their sacred power and produced light, the surrounding four-toothed demons and some Gobi horned lizards quickly attacked them.

Kyle didn’t even look at them, the sacred sword in his hand was condensed, and he swung the sword in one direction at will.

”Puff puff!”

Immediately, countless dark creatures on the entire Gobi were cut in half by the sword energy of the holy sword.

After a while, the four-toothed demons and horned lizards attracted by Kyle and the others were cleaned up.

Seeing such a scene, Zero and the other Ruthless Blades shook their heads slightly and said, ”This is too troublesome, there is no need to attract the attention of these guys.”

”We are the messengers of light, and our mission is to dispel darkness.”

Kyle said lightly.

Zero and the others didn’t argue, and quickly flew towards the coordinates given by Luo Xiu.

Kyle’s angels were behind, killing the attracted four-toothed demons and horned lizards, and followed them.

Arriving at an abandoned life fire area, Zero skillfully put a few life fire seeds into it.

”boom!”

Soon, the light of a fire was lit.

Zero quickly released all the plants in the space ring that Luo Xiu gave it, and placed them on the ground.

Corn Cannon, Gatling Pea Shooter, Ice Melon Pitcher, and two new plants: Desert Rose and Underground Bramble.

The desert rose and the underground thorn are the two new plants that Luo Xiu exchanged after he briefly explained the situation on the Gobi Desert after he went back to Zero last time.

According to Ling, there are some poisonous insects in the underground of Gobi. These poisonous insects move very fast, and because they are underground, they can easily approach the Minghuo area.

In the few life fire areas arranged before, several Gatling pea shooters were attacked by poisonous insects because they did not receive timely treatment.

So besides letting Zero arrange a small energy barrier in these life fire areas, Luo Xiu specially added these two kinds of plants.

Among them, the role of the desert rose is to heal all the surrounding plants and summoned animals.

The underground thorns will automatically go deep into the ground after they are put down, forming an underground protective net. In this way, even if poisonous insects want to attack the plants in the life fire area through the underground, they must first pass through the underground thorns.

These underground thorns have been upgraded to level nine by Luo Xiu. They are equivalent to blue quality defense towers, with high defense, and there are bonuses when planted in the desert Gobi area.

After using it in the previous several areas, the effect was outstanding, so Luo Xiu put it in the commonly used plant library in the Gobi Life Fire area.

”Okay, that’s it.” After placing all the plants, Zero said to Kyle.

The main thing is to let them all see where these plants are placed, and by the way, understand the functions of these plants.

Because Zero directly activated the fire of life, and then raised it to the second level, the dark creatures around this area are now enraged, and all rush towards this side.

Kyle and the others looked at this situation, each of them clenched the sacred sword in their hands, but Zero didn’t panic.

The plants that had just been put down quickly launched an attack after discovering the dark creature.

Cannonballs landed on the heads of these dark creatures, quickly cleaning them up.

But soon, another group rushed over and were wiped out.

Just like that, after watching for a while, Zero called the other companions to go back.

Soon, the portal opened near the fire.
