Global Tower Defense: I Build a Billion-Strong Dark Army

Chapter 142 Dark Creature Clearance Route

Chapter 142 Dark Creature Clearance Route
Chapter 145 Dark Creature Clearance Route
The intensity of the Kuroshio current is more than ten times stronger than the previous one.

The attacks of those super-large lords that appear in it are quite fatal even for some large tower defense cities.

However, there is no need to worry too much about Luo Xiu’s Blue City.

After all, as long as it is not a lord above the warrior level, the control effect of the corn cannon can still be exerted.

The super large lords are just targets with thicker health.

After these days, Li Kang and Wu Wei have swept away the dark creatures on the road to Yuanbing City and Green Fire City.

Luo Xiu successfully accumulated more than 300 million points.

After spending more than 300 million in exchange for ten standard corn siege vehicles, the remaining ones, with more than 500 million points, were used by Luo Xiu to upgrade the level of the summoned beasts obtained from the Barren Shield City .

Currently, Luo Xiu already owned 260 level five purple spirit wolves, [-] level five long-haired wild boars, and [-] level six little wild boars.

Including the original summoned beasts on Luo Xiu’s side, the total number has exceeded [-].

The number of corn siege vehicles has also reached 532 units.

You must know that the defense ability of a siege engine can basically be compared with hundreds of high-level summoned beasts.

These more than 500 units are equivalent to more than 5 troops.

Moreover, it cannot be completely judged by such standards.

Because the defense effect that an ordinary [-] troops can achieve is definitely not as good as the corn siege engine.

With the remaining 500 million points in his hand, Luo Xiu planned to use them when he merged into the Holy Spear Battle Spirit.

After all, for this kind of special summoned beast, upgrading the level would cost a lot of points.

Of course, the range of attribute improvement is also quite large.

”My lord, you said earlier that you want to attract several dark creature birth points to form a fixed dark creature removal route. Currently, there is a road that is being tested, and the effect is not bad. It can attract more than 30 people every day. dark creatures.”

Bai Yu spoke again.

”Oh? Are you already testing it? That’s great. If it can be stabilized, it will be of huge benefit to the development of our city!”

Luo Xiu raised his eyebrows slightly, and his face showed a hint of joy.

What Bai Yu said is that it attracts the dark creatures in the birth point of dark creatures to form a fixed clearing line.

It was a method of accumulating points that Luo Xiu thought of when he exchanged a hundred corn siege vehicles later.

The main method is to find a birth point of dark creatures above medium size.

For example, the dark oblivion where werewolves were born, the zombie bunker where zombies were born, or some other dark creature lairs.

Arrange a life torch to guide the path near the birth point of these dark creatures, so that after these creatures are born, they will follow the life torch to guide the road all the way to Luo Xiu’s city.

This is equivalent to forming a lead line of dark creatures. Once those dark creatures approach Luo Xiu’s city, they will be bombarded and killed by various defense towers.

The number of defensive towers that need to be placed on a route like this is actually not many, just two corn cannons, two sky ice towers, and six to eight Gatling pea shooters.

These defense towers do not need to rest and can continuously clean up the dark creatures that are attracted to them day and night.

At most, it needs to change two soul summoned beasts with open vision every few days.

However, this matter is still dangerous to some extent.

After all, the automatic attack function of the defense tower is not very flexible.

Sometimes a few dark creatures may be missed, allowing them to get closer to their own city.

These dark creatures are equivalent to a perpetual motion machine in the dark land, and will constantly attack buildings such as defense towers or city walls.

It turned out that Luo Xiu’s city hadn’t been established, and many areas were not blocked by walls. If no one patrolled, the dark creatures outside could easily enter the camp.

Even if it can’t pose too much threat to Luo Xiu and the others, it is still relatively dangerous.

At that time, Luo Xiu just mentioned this idea, and Bai Yu and the others found that this idea was inappropriate at the time after careful actual investigation.

It’s different now, the edges of Luoxiu’s city are all made of Blue Jue Stone Mine, Gravitational Iron Ore, and two other fairly hard iron ores.

Not to mention sending a few dark creatures over, as long as it is not a medium-sized lord or above, even if there are hundreds of thousands or millions of them, it may not be able to break through Luo Xiu’s city wall.

And now that there are so many assistants in the city, it only needs to arrange one or two assistants to patrol the line every day to completely ensure that no one will slip through the net.

Therefore, Bai Yu took the place of Luo Xiu to test this matter of establishing a line to clear dark creatures.

The current test results are very good, and he just came to report this matter to Luo Xiu.

”Yes, my lord, I have been testing this project for about three days. Judging from the data of these three days, it can stably remove about 31 dark creatures every day.”

”At the same time, you only need to arrange an assistant to inspect the situation there every day, and there will be no mistakes.”

”However, we can only develop a maximum of two projects for the time being. If there are too many, it will still pose a certain threat to the safety of our city. Secondly, because the Kuroshio is approaching, we don’t need to increase the pressure on the city’s defense for the time being.”

Bai Yu said with a smile on his face.

”Two are also very good. This matter can be done as soon as possible. Now is the time for me to save resources.”

Luo Xiu patted Bai Yu’s shoulder and said.

”Okay! Please rest assured, my lord! I will build the second route tonight!”

Bai Yu nodded solemnly.

”Well, good!” Luo Xiu let go of his hands with a smile, and gave Bai Yu a positive look.

If these two routes are successfully constructed, Luo Xiu can earn more than 60 points a day on a stable basis.

At the same time, there are also items that will drop from various dark creatures.

Especially items like the marrow of monsters.

It is still quite precious in the dark place, and the demand in the market is also quite large.

In addition to being indispensable for synthesizing summoned beasts, items such as Monster Marrow can also be used as temporary energy supplements.

If there is no life fire around and the summoned beast’s physical strength is insufficient, it can swallow a few monster marrows to replenish.

Of course, this thing can’t be swallowed too much, up to six pieces a day, if it swallows too much, the summoned beast may also be eroded by the dark aura in it, and eventually become demonized, turning into a powerful dark creature, which will eat back at its master.
