Global Survival: Start a Shelter

Chapter 58 The Desperate Xia Yixue

Chapter 58 The Desperate Xia Yixue
Time passed by minute by minute.

Xia Yixue stood where she was, in a dilemma.

At this moment, a wolf howl sounded.

”Ouch-”

Among the dead woods.

A two-meter-long desert wolf was revealed.

His deep eyes stared at Xia Yixue coldly.

Xia Yixue looked at it and subconsciously frowned.

Just by looking at it, she knew it.

This wolf is not easy to mess with.

”Ouch-”

The wolf howl sounded again.

Behind the desert wolf.

Another desert wolf revealed its figure.

Although it is smaller than the first one, it is still nearly two meters tall.

A wolf can handle it.

If there are two wolves, it will be a little troublesome.
Seeing this scene, Xia Yixue felt like retreating.

However.
At this time, another desert wolf appeared in Xia Yixue’s sight.

three heads.

four heads.

Look at the wolves in front of you.

For a moment, Xia Yixue was desperate.

So many desert wolves.

Besieged.

There is no possibility of escape.

Now, she only hoped that Su Ming could come back before the wolves attacked.

That way, he still has a chance of survival.

unconsciously.

In Xia Yixue’s subconscious.

Su Ming has become a backup-like existence.

”Su Ming.”

Xia Yixue called softly.

The eyes gradually became firmer.

I am much luckier than others to be able to live till now, to eat enough and sleep well.

If it doesn’t work, I will fight with the wolves.

It’s nothing more than the word ”death”!

Think of this.

Xia Yixue held the rifle, ready to pull the trigger.

Just now.

A familiar figure appeared in front of her.

”Su Ming!”

Xia Yixue looked at the figure on the wolf’s back with a look of surprise on her face.

I thought I was doomed this time.

Unexpectedly, at the last moment, Su Ming came back!
At this moment.

Xia Yixue’s excitement of turning a desperate situation into life cannot be described in words.

the other side.

Su Ming saw Xia Yixue and the gun in her hand.

Instantly understood what happened.

Jump off Ergouzi’s back.

He passed through the pack of wolves grandly, and walked in front of Xia Yixue.

Seeing this scene, Xia Yixue froze in place.

She doesn’t understand.

Why didn’t the wolves attack Su Ming.

Just wondering.

Su Ming spoke.

”Be careful these few days, we may be in trouble.”

”trouble?”

Xia Yixue’s pretty face showed a hint of doubt.

Subconsciously looked at the wolves behind Su Ming.

Su Ming thought for a while and said, ”These wolves belong to us. It’s a long story. Go back to the shelter first.”

”it is good.”

Xia Yixue didn’t ask after hearing this.

The group returned to the shelter.

Su Ming explained the whole story.

After hearing this, Xia Yixue could not relax for a long time.

After a while, he asked:

”You mean, these desert wolves are in trouble, so they want to join us?”

”Yes.” Su Ming nodded.

After being confirmed, Xia Yixue fell into silence.

She knew that Su Ming was a person who didn’t like trouble.

He is willing to take in the wolves, there must be his reasons, and he has no right to ask.

But the problem is
What kind of trouble is it that can make wolves so frightened that they actively seek refuge?
”Then what should we do now? Should we leave here?”

Xia Yixue looked at Su Ming and asked.

Su Ming shook his head and said: ”It’s too early to talk about leaving now. We should be more vigilant first and wait until we encounter trouble before making a decision.”

After a pause, he continued: ”From today onwards, the three of us will take turns to be on duty, leading the wolves to patrol the surrounding area, and retreat when encountering danger.”

”it is good.”

Xia Yixue nodded, her expression didn’t change much.

There are some whispers in my heart.

The most terrifying thing is always the unknown enemy.

As long as the enemies of the wolves do not show up, there will be no peace in the refuge.

but
Just get through this one.

The strength of the shelter will be greatly increased.

You know, although the desert wolf is only a second-tier alien beast, the desert wolf pack is not weaker than the third-tier alien beast at all, and even stronger than the third-tier alien beast!
”This is today’s ore, same as last time, smelted into iron ingots and brass.”

Su Ming traded the mined ore to Xia Yixue and gave him an order.

Then he pushed open the security door and walked out.

outside the shelter.

The wolves are resting not far away.

Seeing Su Ming, he hurriedly stood up, lowered his head, and showed his submission.

”It’s quite polite.”

Su Ming glanced at them and said nothing.

Open the construction table and start building the stone house.

The night in the desert is still cold.

Especially the gusts of evening wind are even more bitterly cold.

Although the stone house is not as good as a shelter, it can effectively block the cold wind.

Although desert wolves have rough skin and thick flesh, they can live without a stone house.

but.
Having a nest is better than not having a nest.

Complete the stone house that can house the wolves.

The sky has darkened.

Su Ming put away the materials, looked at the alpha wolf, and said, ”From now on, you will live here.”

The alpha wolf heard the sound.

He looked at Su Ming, then at the stone house.

Instantly understood what he meant.

With a sound of ”Wow”, he stepped into the stone house.

Although the inside of the stone house was darker than the outside, it was also warmer.

There was a quilt on the floor, and it was extremely comfortable to lie on.

”Ouch-”

The wolf yelled.

The wolves swarmed into the stone house.

Living in the wasteland for so many years.

It’s not like they’ve never lived in human homes.

As soon as he entered the house, he stepped on the quilt.

They instantly understood Su Ming’s good intentions.

got excited.

”Ouch-”

In just a moment, the howling of wolves rang out.

They like the stone house built by Su Ming very much.

Hear wolves howling.

There was a smile on the corner of Su Ming’s mouth.

He took out another pile of barbecue meat from his backpack and put it into the stone house.

Even if the wolves have not completely surrendered.

Since they helped drive away the copper and iron bears today, Su Ming should also take care of this meal.

Put down the roast.

Su Ming didn’t stop, turned around and returned to the shelter.

in the stone house.

The desert wolves looked at each other, not quite understanding the meaning of this move.

in their rules.

They are only eligible to eat if they capture prey.

And they have to wait until the head wolf has finished eating before they can eat.

therefore.

Su Ming put the food in front of them.

They dare not eat at all.

Waited for a long time.

Seeing that Su Ming never came back.

Only the alpha wolf understood.

These foods are for them.

He hesitated.

The first wolf stepped up, picked up a piece of barbecue, and ate it.

Seeing this scene, the other desert wolves stepped forward one after another to eat the barbecue.

No more, no less, a total of ten yuan.

A wolf and a piece can barely fill the stomach.

now.

Eating barbecue.

Every desert wolf came up with the same idea at the same time.

They are right!
At this moment.

In the shelter.

Su Ming didn’t have time to pay attention to what the wolves thought.

Because he has one more important thing.

Stir-fry!

Ten days later.

He finally saw Chili again.

This time.

Seven peppers.

Not one can be wasted!
