Global Purgatory: Anti-Wanted System

Chapter 154 The End of the Cave

After the two of them finished talking, they headed into the cave.

They walked into the cave and felt that the ground here was very damp. Ryusuke irradiated the ground with a headlamp and found that the ground was covered with moss-like substances.

It is very slippery when you step on it, and you will fall if you are not careful.

”What is this, why is it so slippery?” Ye Xin asked.

”I’m not very clear. In such a dark cave, it’s not surprising that there is nothing. Just be careful.” Long Jie stretched out his hand to Ye Xin while talking.

”What are you doing?” Ye Xin looked at Long Jie’s hand stretched out to him and said.

”Grab a little, the two of us won’t fall easily.”

”Oh...” Ye Xin was a little shy, but he stretched out his hand tentatively, and he grabbed one of Ryusuke’s fingers.

”What are you doing?” Long Jie looked at Ye Xin suspiciously and asked, ”Why are you grabbing my finger?”

”I...” Ye Xin wanted to say something, but was interrupted by Long Jie.

”You, you, you, you, you grabbed one of my fingers, once you fell down, if you pulled me, my finger would either be broken or dislocated!

Come……”

As Long Jie spoke, he grabbed Ye Xin’s palm in his hand: ”This is the only way to be safe!”

Ye Xin didn’t look at Ryusuke, she lowered her head and said nothing, the two continued to walk forward.

After walking for a while, Ye Xin suddenly saw a bright spot ahead!
She quickly squeezed Long Jie’s hand and said, ”Long Jie... what is that?”

Long Jie looked forward carefully, but he didn’t see clearly, so the two walked a little further.

They found that the more they walked forward, the more bright spots ahead, and finally, they saw that on a stone wall far ahead, densely packed with bright spots!
Ye Xin was a little scared. She just experienced the monster in the river, which made her feel lingering.

She pulled Long Jie beside her, and the two stopped. Ye Xin asked in a low voice: ”Long Jie, isn’t the one in front also a monster?”

”It doesn’t look like it, isn’t there still light?” Long Jie shook his head and said.

”The monster in the water just now had a light, how can you be sure that the light in front is not the monster’s?

From my point of view, those are most likely the monster’s eyes! ”

Ye Xin said solemnly, with a very serious expression.

However, Long Jie, who was listening to her, suddenly burst out laughing: ”Hahaha...

Are you scared by that monster?Or read too many novels? Are monsters so easy to appear?

No matter what, we have no other choice, let’s go in and talk about it first! ”

After Long Jie finished speaking, he stared at Ye Xin, wanting her to give an answer.

But Ye Xin looked at the bright light in front of him hesitantly, a little afraid to move forward, Long Jie held Ye Xin’s hand and felt that her palm was slowly dripping with sweat.

So Long Jie said: ”Well, you wait here, I’ll go and see what’s going on, if there’s no problem, I’ll call you over.”

When Ye Xin heard Long Jie’s words, he raised his head and glanced at Long Jie, and said, ”Otherwise, forget it, what if there is really something wrong in front?”

”It’s okay, you just wait here for me, I’ll be more careful!” Long Jie took his hand out of Ye Xin’s while speaking, and walked towards the light carefully.

Ye Xin stayed where she was, and she pressed against the stone wall tightly, wanting to see Ryusuke’s movements and what happened to him clearly.

Long Jie gradually approached the bright place, and Ye Xin also moved forward bit by bit, because in her sight, Long Jie was disappearing bit by bit.

Since the entire cave has a slight slope at this stage, and the location where the light is generated is a cave that extends obliquely to the side, it is difficult for Ye Xin to see Long Jie’s situation clearly when he goes deep.

When Long Jie disappeared from Ye Xin’s sight, Ye Xin began to shout loudly: ”Long Jie~how’s the front~”

In the empty cave, Ye Xin’s voice was transmitted far away, and Long Jie could hear it very clearly.

Ryusuke replied: ”I still need to go a little further, it’s quite deep here!”

After Ye Xin heard it, she felt very anxious, because she really didn’t know what Ryusuke would encounter!
While Ye Xin was waiting, suddenly, she heard a cry.

”Cuckoo! Cuckoo!”

The cry was like the cry of an animal. Although the sound was not loud, it sounded very scary after being amplified by the echo in the cave.

Ye Xin was startled, she quickly thought, did Long Jie encounter a monster?

She hurriedly shouted: ”Long Jie~ how are you doing?”

There was no answer from the other side of the cave.

Then Ye Xin yelled again: ”Long Jie~Long Jie~”

Ye Xin listened carefully to the voices in the cave, but there was not a single sound!

The silence in the cave and the strange cry just now made Ye Xin panic. She was wondering if something happened to Ryusuke?
At this time, she didn’t care about being afraid, picked up the machete on her body and walked forward!

She kept calling Ryusuke’s name as she walked, but there was no echo.

She became more and more flustered, and kept accelerating, taking three steps in parallel, running towards Ryusuke.

Just when he was about to see all the light, a shrill scream came out!

”what!!!”

This voice!It belongs to Ryusuke!

Oops, something must have happened to him!
While speeding up his running, Ye Xin yelled frantically: ”Ryusuke, how are you doing!? What is it!?”

But no matter how much she shouted, there was no answer from Ryusuke.

She soon came to Guangming, she looked ahead looking for Long Jie, and kept calling Long Jie’s name.

Suddenly, in her peripheral vision, a black figure appeared and walked behind her.

She was very scared at the time, so she immediately swung her machete and slashed at the shadow.

However, unexpectedly, that black shadow stretched out his hand and grabbed her wrist, and the other hand of the black shadow held her head down!

Ye Xin felt relieved when he felt it was a hand, but luckily it wasn’t a monster!

She said, ”Who are you? What have you done to Ryusuke?”

”Oh? Are you worried about him?” Soi Ying said unhurriedly.

”Tell me what you did to him, or I’ll kill you right now!” Ye Xin roared angrily.

”Hahaha...what are you in a hurry for?” The black figure suddenly laughed, and the voice sounded so familiar!
Gradually, the black shadow let go of Ye Xin’s hand.

Ye Xin suddenly turned around and looked at the black figure in front of him, it was Ryusuke!

When she saw that it was Ryusuke, she raised her fist and hit it. Ryusuke slipped and fell to the ground.
