Chapter 131, Him and Darkness

Chapter 131, Him and Darkness

Sitting on the way ”Red Heron” returned to the camp, Li You kept asking Su about the basic knowledge of ”Magic Mecha”.

The more he listened, the more he felt... This thing is simply a magic weapon in the mist.

In addition to its own ”light source” and equipped with a large number of spotlights that can disperse the fog.

Its ”magic power furnace” as the energy core can actually burn ”standard resources”!
Li You was shocked by this discovery.

”Standard resources, not what you think.”

Perhaps hearing the exclamation in Li You’s voice, Su continued to control the mecha and turned his head slightly to look at Li You and said:
”Standard resources... hide the very core secrets of this world.”

”But before the successful crusade against ’Him’, these things... I can’t reveal it.”

”...”

”It’s ’He’ again...”

After thinking about it, Li You felt that it was a good time to take this opportunity to ask Su about ”Him”.

”Su, the ’He’ you mentioned, as long as we attack it this time...will the intelligence no longer be restricted in the fog after that?”

”from now on?”

Showing a very stiff smile, Su stared at Li You with his silvery white eyes.

”You probably haven’t figured out the essence of the existence of ’He’.”

”What we’re attacking now...is just the ’he’ of stage one.”

”When this world is upgraded to stage two, ’He’... will appear again.”

”...”

In silence, Li You felt that there were still some things he couldn’t figure out.

Su had said a lot of information about ’His’ intermittently before.

In the current ”model” established by Li You, ”He”...is not omniscient and omnipotent.

Even at this stage, it is still very weak!

After a little hesitation, he still raised his doubts.

”Su... the foggy world is so big, can it be that only one ’he’ is used to maintain the operation of certain rules?”

”Master Li You...”

Perhaps it was because Li You’s question had reached a very crucial point, Su even temporarily stopped the magic mecha ”Red Heron” they were riding on.

Then he turned his head and looked at Li Youdao:
”Do you think that this foggy world... is huge?”

”What?? Isn’t it like this?”

Su’s words made Li You wake up all of a sudden.

According to his original guess, this misty world... nine out of ten is the original world of Evelyn, Sally and the others.

Later, I don’t know what happened, and it became the territory of ”fog”.

And judging from the randomness of the followers’ appearance, it is obvious that there are more than one or two ”planets” or ”worlds” covered by darkness.

At least Sally and Evelyn didn’t have the slightest impression of the ”Dayue” referred to in the ”Dayue Cavalry Order” that Li You got.

”Well……”

Shaking his head and not continuing, Su restarted the mecha, and then continued:
”About this, I can’t tell you yet.”

”But you can imagine... In fact, this world is not as huge as you imagined, and it may even be... small.”

”...”

”Could it be...we’re not actually on a planet?”

Staring closely at Su’s pale side face, Li You felt that he was probably one step closer to the truth.

”A planet?”

After hesitating for a moment, Su nodded under Li You’s puzzled expression.

”If we understand it in terms of a planet, what we are in now is indeed a... planet.”

”Or, a planet that is about to be engulfed and shrouded in darkness.”

”...”

Hearing Su’s contradictory words, Li You was a little confused.

If they are now on a planet, then this world cannot be considered ”small” in any way.

”For this planet beneath our feet, darkness... is practically simultaneous!”

”...”

”Simultaneously……”

After pondering for a long time, Li You still couldn’t figure out what this ”simultaneous appearance” meant.

”You should remember that your two followers have seen a ’magic doll’ like me before, right?”

”So you think that the era of my existence...is a more distant past than them?”

Before Li You could answer, Su shook his head and continued:

”From a certain point of view, what you understand is actually correct.”

”Your only mistake is a misunderstanding of ’darkness’.”

”...”

Speaking of this, Su Na’s face, which had always been indifferent like a puppet, unexpectedly showed a trace of humanity.

”When darkness falls on this planet, time... loses its meaning.”

”I say so, do you understand?”

”As far as fighting the darkness is concerned, there is no difference between me and them.”

”I am neither a pioneer nor a latecomer.”

”We are actually facing darkness at the same time.”

”The erosion of darkness is not what you imagined... it happened in the distant past.”

”And this...is precisely the horror of this darkness.”

”...”

Sorry, I’m a bit out of my mind!

Li You really wanted to say that, but after thinking about it, he felt that it was not good to say it.

This damages his image as an emperor!
Although most of Su’s words were understood by Li You, at least he understood a little bit.

”Su, what do you mean... the invasion of darkness happened at the same time?”

”Whether it’s your era, or the era of Sally, Evelyn and the others? Are they all being invaded by darkness at the same time?”

”...”

”Although there is a slight deviation, you can understand it this way.”

As Su said, the slight tremor caused by ”Red Heron” walking also disappeared without a trace at the same time.

”Master Li You, we are here!”

……

”Master Li You, are you okay!”

”Where’s the ancient doll?”

As soon as he entered the camp, Li You was surrounded by a group of followers and knights. Obviously, everyone was very concerned about his safety.

”Okay, okay! I’m fine!”

Looking at the concerned look on Sally’s face at the front of the crowd.

Li You instinctively wanted to pat her on the head, but after thinking about it, he felt it was wrong, so he simply nodded and said:
”I’ve taken care of everything.”

’Su will participate in our battle against ’Him’, but she has something else to do for the time being... she didn’t come back with me. ’

Afterwards, seeing the thoughtful expressions on Sally and Evelin’s faces at the same time, Li You couldn’t help but have a headache.

... The truth of the matter is of course not what he said.

……

2 minutes ago, not far from the camp.

”Master Li You, I will not return to your camp with you.”

Opening the armor plate outside the cockpit, Su looked at Li You expressionlessly, and directly rejected his invitation to enter the camp together.

”This, isn’t it good?”

After taking a few glances at Su, Li You felt that he should try again.

What if this Su is just being polite?

”I... don’t like humans.”

Staring at Li You with eyes without any emotion, Su smiled again.

It’s just... this time the smile is not as stiff as before, but gives people a feeling of ”from the heart”.

”If I had to choose between darkness and humans, I would choose to cooperate with humans.”

”But if... we really defeated the darkness.”

”Then the meaning of my existence will probably become...”

”...Destroy humanity completely!!”
