Global Arrival: Survival on a Desert Island

Chapter 11

Chapter 11
Back in the courtyard, Lin Feng took off his soaked clothes and put them aside to dry.

At the same time, he picked up the unfinished ’breakfast’ and took two vicious bites.

It’s so annoying, it doesn’t matter if he is not allowed to take the treasure box, but he even mocked him.

Lin Feng couldn’t bear this kind of thing, he had to kill this sea shark.

If you don’t kill it, it’s hard to calm the anger in your heart.

But the sea shark is extremely agile in the sea, and it is basically impossible to solve it in the sea.

It’s best to keep him close to talking and limit his activities.

Only in this way will Lin Feng have a chance to kill this damn sea shark.

But it was not easy to lure the sea shark to the shallows, so he had to think about it carefully.

After thinking about it, Lin Feng didn’t come up with a good idea, so he had to put it aside for now.

After finishing the last bit of barbecue in his hand, Lin Feng turned his attention to the six wooden boxes he just salvaged.

Do you want to open these six wooden boxes? The six wooden boxes can already give him a lot of things, and if he is lucky, it can relieve him a lot of pressure.

But the bonus of opening ten boxes in a row is too tempting, which makes Lin Feng very hesitant.

After hesitating for a long time, Lin Feng finally chose to open it.

He hadn’t opened the five boxes he had collected from Wandering Island before, and they didn’t bring him supplies.

If he had to wait this time, the supplies in his hand might be really tight.

First, no other food, second, no water resources, and third, no materials.

For these three reasons, Lin Feng had to give up the bonus of opening ten boxes in a row.

Moreover, it is uncertain when the next treasure chest will be delivered, so it is better to open it directly.

Choose a wooden box.

【Open one/Open all】

Select all.

In the next second, all the treasure chests in the backpack began to flash.

Before Lin Feng could react, the wooden box and all the previous boxes disappeared.

And then there was a frantic swiping of the screen in the prompt area.

[Obtain: Canned fruits and vegetables X3]

[Obtain: Random Material Resource Card X1]

[Obtain: Freshwater Purifier Design Drawing X1]

[Obtain: Workbench Design Drawing X1]

……

[Tip: Open more than ten treasure chests at the same time, and the amount of resources obtained will increase by an additional 1.5 times]

Looking at the last prompt in the prompt area, Lin Feng suddenly burst out laughing.

This wave, this wave is a blessing that survives a catastrophe.

The standard of the ten companies does not need to be the same, as long as there are ten, you can enjoy the 1.5 times bonus.

This was really a surprise for him, but fortunately, all the treasure chests he searched on Wandering Island before were left behind.

If it is opened in advance, it will really be a blood loss.

Looking back at the backpack, Lin Feng carefully examined the items he had just obtained.

Twenty pieces of wood, three pieces of copper, thirteen pieces of bread, six boxes of luncheon meat, and three boxes of canned fruits and vegetables.

In addition to these things, there is also a resource card of unknown purpose and two design drawings.

Lin Feng was a little surprised that there was no bottle of water out of the eleven treasure chests.

His own face is so dark?
But when he saw the design drawing of the fresh water purifier, the anger in Lin Feng’s heart disappeared immediately.

This is really what I want. I was still thinking about how to make a purifier a while ago, but now I sent a design drawing directly.

Select the blueprint to view details.

【Fresh water purification design drawing】

需要材料：木材（20/20）、铁块（8/10）、铜块（3/10）、玻璃（0/10）

Times of use: 1/1
Build time: 6 hour
Description: A simple distiller that can convert seawater into fresh water and purify up to 5 liters of fresh water per hour.

Five times 24, purify 120 liters of fresh water a day!

Looking at this number, Lin Feng instantly became a little excited.

If he could make this thing, he wouldn’t have to worry about water shortage in the future.

But looking at the glass material in the last item, Lin Feng felt a little worried.

What’s wrong with this thing?
At present, he has not opened such materials from the treasure chest, it seems that he has to go to the trading market to have a look.

But before that, Lin Feng had to check the remaining two items.

Select another design drawing.

[Workbench design drawing]

需要材料：木材（20/10）、石块（13/5）、铁块（8/20）

Times of use: 1/1
Build time: 2 hour
Description: It can unlock more crafting items and speed up the crafting time of other blueprints.

Looking at the description, Lin Feng’s eyes brightened. Did he date Lady Luck in his dream?
Otherwise, Lin Feng really doesn’t know how many years of luck he spent in exchange for these two design drawings.

Being able to unlock more crafting items is key.

This also means he may be able to use iron items.

In the initial crafting list, only some suggested wooden and stone items can be crafted.

Better iron items or copper items have no options at all.

Lin Feng had been studying the purpose of this iron block before, and now he understood.

Maybe just for the bench.

After turning off the blueprint information, Lin Feng turned his attention to the last resource card.

Looking at the resource card, Lin Feng had some expectations in his heart.

The previous two design drawings gave him such a big surprise, so will the resource card he saw for the first time give him a surprise?

Select a resource card to view it.

【Random Material Resource Card】

Amount obtained: 500
Times of use: 1/1
Description: Randomly obtain a material from the four materials of wood, stone, iron, and copper.

Looking at the introduction, Lin Feng’s eyes stared straight.

Immediately get [-] copies of materials!
Five hundred copies!
Of these four materials, any one he could get would be very useful.

Adhering to the principle of opening as soon as you see it, Lin Feng immediately chose to open it.

The white light flickered, and the material card disappeared.

[Obtain: Iron Block X500]

”Yes, Not Bad.”

Looking at the [-] extra pieces of iron in the backpack, Lin Feng pondered for a while.

While all four materials are useful for him, it’s best to have access to wood or stone.

The consumption of these two kinds of materials is too large, and he has consumed nearly a hundred pieces of wood in his hands in the past two days.

Obtaining so many iron blocks is regarded as accumulating inventory.

But it just so happens that all the materials for making the workbench are collected.

Check Make.

The materials in the backpack are automatically deducted, and a progress bar appears on the design drawing.

Two hours would pass quickly, during which time Lin Feng planned to look for materials for fresh water purifiers.

Copper and glass, these two were exactly what he lacked.

Search for copper nuggets, and the transaction ratio listed in the transaction information is 1:1, that is, one copper nugget is exchanged for any food or water.

This is too dark, one piece of copper is exchanged for one piece of food, how many people can afford it under the current situation?
A wealthy person like Lin Feng felt a little pain in his flesh.

Skip the copper block and check out the glass deals.

What Lin Feng didn’t expect was that the exchange ratio of glass had reached 2:1 or even 3:1.

Two or three servings of food are exchanged for a glass, who can afford it in this environment?

According to the material requirements of the fresh water purifier, Lin Feng calculated that it would take at least [-] servings of food to make it together.

It’s not that Lin Feng doesn’t have this little food, but he is a bit reluctant. Thirty servings of food are enough for him to eat for ten days.

Now there is no stable source of food on the island, and he dare not waste it at will. After all, he almost ran out of food yesterday because of excessive replacement of materials.
If Wandering Island hadn’t appeared to give him a wave of supplies, I’m afraid he would have to starve and find a way now.

But he still has to exchange these two materials, but he has to trade in a different ratio.
