Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 1664: Underworld Palace

After sailing for three days, a large mansion painted gold and jade white appeared on the horizon, standing within the clouds.

It was vast and majestic, something that gave Kent an idea of how to build his own mansion when all was said and done and he returned to the tower to create his own family of mini dragons.

As they drew closer, Kent saw seven masked women standing at the main gate. He recognized them as the Seven Silent Claws, Indie’s immediate warriors and seven of the most dangerous guards she had ever had.

Long before they were imprisoned by Chaos, they had been her team during her delinquent days, when she robbed and killed those who dared to step out of line.

Most of her kills were justified; however, her team had grown more chaotic, so they had to be punished.

They were imprisoned in the Underworld with her, and they remained by her side through all the ups and downs until she became who she was meant to be, the Underworld Empress.

Now that Kent’s sight had improved greatly, he was able to see deeper into the seven ladies and knew that, just like Yama, they were also Celestials suppressed to the Universal God stage.

He said nothing, but inwardly, he knew leaving Indie there would be okay. She had powerful guards surrounding her. Unless the threat was external, none of them would raise their weapons against her.

After thirty minutes, they arrived at a dock made entirely of bones and skulls.

Yama docked the ship and created a bone bridge for Indie to get down. Kent and Miryssa followed, feeling the gazes of thousands of Grim Reapers locked onto them.

”We welcome the Underworld Empress back to the Underworld,” the Seven Silent Claws said, kneeling on one knee.

”Rise, ladies.”

They nodded, heeding Indie’s command, and stood up before moving toward her.

”Welcome back, Empress. We have already made arrangements for your return.”

”I knew you ladies wouldn’t disappoint me,” Indie laughed, turning to Kent and Miryssa. ”You have already met Kent, my husband.”

They nodded and greeted him. ”Welcome to the Underworld, Lord Chaos.”

”Glad to be here. I hope you’re all well,” Kent responded and followed up with his own question as a way of easing the mood.

”Yes, we are, Lord Chaos. Thank you for taking care of the Empress for us.”

Kent nodded. ”No need to thank me. It is my responsibility as her husband, after all.”

Indie smiled and turned to Miryssa. ”This is one of my sisters. She also wielded the Pure Yin Body, but has fully awakened it and is here to cultivate her ice element. Ladies, meet Miryssa, a member of the 13 Chronicles of the Storm.”

Kent saw shock appear in the eyes of the seven ladies, especially Elwen, who also possessed the Pure Yin Body.

”How did you awaken it?”

She asked. Then, looking at the smiles on Indie’s and Miryssa’s faces, she smiled and turned toward Kent.

”Maybe we should go inside first,” Soryan, the succubus in the group, suggested, and they started moving inside.

Yama and the Grim Reapers followed.

They wanted to witness the awakening that would occur the moment Indie sat on her throne, so they followed her inside and, after a few minutes’ walk, arrived at the main gate leading to a large hall where a red-and-white throne sat.

A large red carpet stretched from the gate to the throne.

Indie, surrounded by her seven guards, was the first to enter. As they moved forward, the lights in the hall flickered, illuminating the beautiful chamber filled with jade-like miniature thrones.

While the main throne sat upon an elevated platform, seven thrones lined the left side and six lined the right, showing that this was the space reserved for the 13 Underworld Kings and Queens.

Beyond that were thousands of chairs reserved for meetings. Each chair bore a name, something that instantly caught Kent’s attention.

He recognized none of the names, but he knew they were meant for the people she intended to invite once she inherited her throne.

”Tell me, ladies, who still resists my return?” Indie asked as she walked toward her throne.

Morrigan answered, spinning her scepter. ”The one who calls himself the Underworld God has managed to rally nine of the thirteen layers to support his delusion that he is the one true ruler of the Underworld.”

”However, four remain loyal. The Queen of the Eleventh Layer, Nyx, alongside the King of the Tenth Layer, Fenrik, the King of the Ninth Layer, Ronan, and the Queen of the Third Layer, Lonia, rejected his offer.”

”They are currently under attack because he plans to use force to win them over. As you instructed, we have been providing aid from the shadows. However, now that you are here, I suppose that will change.”

”That is only right,” Indie muttered. Then she asked, ”Did you manage to uncover the identity of the one claiming to be the Underworld God?”

”Yes, Empress. He is one of the strays who remained after the war with the Abyss.”

”So he is an Abysskin, huh? I had my suspicions, but to think he was indeed from such a place.” Indie smirked and turned to Yama. ”You already know what to do.”

Yama nodded and vanished into thin air.

Soon, Indie arrived before her throne, and with a gentle brush of her hand along the armrest, she sat down. The moment she did, her clothes transformed into a beautiful golden gown adorned with numerous ornaments.

It covered her body up to her neck but left enough space to reveal her beautiful bust. She was heavy in both the chest and hips, something that had always made Kent wonder how she could remain so agile when she carried such a body.

Kent and Miryssa sat in two chairs bearing their names.

At that moment, Elwen appeared from the side carrying a golden crown.

Indie gestured for her to wait. ”Let’s call all thirteen Underworld Kings and Queens here to witness my ascension. I also want to use this moment to show them who is in charge and determine who among them will be stripped of their authority.”

Elwen nodded and turned to Xersa, the most elusive among them.

Xersa nodded and tapped into her authority as an Empress Guard. Her voice spread across all thirteen layers of the Underworld.

”You have been summoned to the Underworld Palace to bear witness to the ascension of the one true Underworld Empress.”

”You and seven of your most loyal aides will be transported here in five minutes.”

The moment she finished speaking, the thousands of Grim Reapers transformed into bats and entered the walls, becoming paintings.

This caused Kent to raise a brow, clearly not looking forward to such a disguise.

He turned and looked at Indie, who was smiling back at him.

’Don’t you want to disguise yourself? Nyx is coming here in a few minutes.’

Indie’s voice entered Kent’s mind.

’I guess you’re right.’

Tapping into his Evil Core, he changed his clothing from blue into a black pair of trousers and a long-sleeved leather outfit. His hair also changed, turning black and braided on the left side.

Black tendrils that appeared both metallic and leathery flowed behind him like a cape, while a half-mask covered his face from his eyes down to his nose.

”How do I look?” he asked.

”Like a death agent.”

Kent smirked.

Five minutes later, the first underworld king appeared wearing a grin.
