Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 1384: Tale Of Evil (1)

Man doesn’t choose to be evil; they are made into one. This is how the evil of men turns young Lex into the most ruthless being to ever walk the face of the universe.

[My name is Lex Morvana, middle child of three. I had a big sister and a little sister who I love deeply. My father is the emperor of an entire planetary system. My mom supported him in his affairs, but had more than enough time to take care of my sisters and me.

At the age of 13, I awakened my innate body, Spirit Root, and bloodline, allowing me to start cultivating much earlier and faster than many of my peers.

I was considered a prodigy by all, and because of that fame, I became everyone’s favourite.

My big sister and baby sister were my best friends. My father is the peaceful kind who can go out of his way to pardon even those who try to betray him.

By the age of 16, I had reached the Root Ascension stage, a level that made me both powerful and full of potential.

My story reached the Immortal Council, so they sent messengers to invite me to join the most prestigious sect in the Galaxy, Nine Heavens Sect.

With my family’s support, I left with them, and for 200 years, I trained hard under an Immortal Lord as my master. I went from a mortal to an Immortal within 200 years.

It was a record nobody had ever set before in the sect or anywhere. The one who came closest to my achievement took 320 years to reach the Root Immortal stage.

I was called many names and awarded many titles. However, all those names and titles meant nothing to me.

All I wanted was to see my family again. So after 200 years away, I escaped the life of a disciple and returned home.

However, what I met wasn’t what I expected.

The vibrant kingdom I left was now in ruins, ruled by people I once called family. My father’s skull was hung at the entrance of the gate. My mother, big sister, and baby sister were chained on the street, and allowed just anyone with a few gold coins to do with them as they pleased.

The maids and servants who were once my friends were either slaves working under the harshest conditions, or they were killed in the most gruesome conditions.

My heart broke into many pieces, and from that day onwards, I became a completely different person.]

Kent paused, letting the words he had read settle in. Strangely, he felt every last emotion like he was going through every moment in person.

The initial stage was sweet and perfect, putting a smile on his face. However, the latter part was now souring his mood.

He read, felt, and saw what Lex saw, and what he saw wasn’t something he loved at all.

The betrayal he was about to experience was just one that Kent was even afraid of reading. However, since he was not yet done with the page, he dove back in and continued...

[Because I was back in a High World, my cultivation was suppressed to the peak of Heavenly Ascension. This meant I couldn’t just get straight to rescuing my family.

So I did what my father told me to do whenever he wasn’t available: I went to my uncle for help. However, that was when I found out the traitor was someone I had known, respected, and even looked up to.

The man whom my father, mother, and siblings trusted the most was the one who stabbed them in the back. That discovery was the turning point for me.

So I did what I had trained to do best: I fought my way in, and after hours of struggle, I managed to rescue my family. But the darkness came when, after rescuing them, they chose death over leaving with the pain they had endured for over 50 years.

I watched them plead for me to end their suffering. I tried everything not to do it, but hearing what they went through and how long they had given up hope, I used my own two hands to take their lives.

I killed my mother and sisters not because I wanted to, but because it was the only way their suffering could end.

They had been through so much worse that breathing another breath was torture to them. So I ended their suffering, and with their death, the last bit of sympathy, empathy, love, care, and peace was washed out.

I became somebody else. I became something else. The seed of hatred took root in my heart, and with that, my clarity finally cleared.

Before my parents died, they said they had been betrayed 50 years ago by my uncle.

However, 30 years ago, I asked about how my family was doing, and my master told me they were well and that the sect is taking care of them.

20 years ago, I received a letter from my father telling me how much they missed me and that my little sister had awakened her bloodline, finally.

10 years ago, my big sister joined a powerful sect and also became an Immortal.

5 years ago, my baby sister joined her in the sect.

It was all a lie. I was lied to by my master. I was lied to by my sect. I was lied to by everyone. And for that, I will make everyone pay a million times.

I will kill them, their families, their loved ones, their children, and every single person they ever met and smiled at.

And that starts with my uncle.

My family was anything but loving and accommodating. But in the end, they suffered because of him. He destroyed all they had built and smeared their name.

So I will wipe his bloodline off the face of the universe. I do not care who is innocent in his family. As long as they have his blood in them, I, Lex Morvane, will kill every last one of them, and using their blood, I will attempt to wipe the humiliation they put my family through.]

Kent closed the book, his eyes red. Red mist could be seen coming out from the corners of his eyes and body, filling the air with the primal fury of a predator.

His anger was palpable because he had seen and felt what Lex went through. He saw how hard he came to terms with using his own hands to kill his family after suffering to rescue them.

He knew deep in his heart that killing them was the right thing to do; however, killing them wasn’t easy.

They were people he loved and cared for. They were his best friends, and so killing them was just too much for someone like him to take in.

But he did, and the outcome was his humanity turning off.

He became dead to emotions. Love, pain, and suffering were nothing to him anymore. In fact, he seemed to have become shut in, and that was when all he could feel was hatred.

Right now, his heart felt so much hatred that he just didn’t know where to put it.

”Tower, knock me out.” In the end, that was the only solution he could come up with.

The tower could also sense his hatred, and so could his wives. So before the tower could even knock him out, Vexthra appeared and did it for her.

She took his body and sent him to the harem tower, laying him into a deep sleep.
