Shelter: All-Class Survival

Chapter 366: standard constrainNow all players in the area are in the trade alliance, so the time for everyone to trade is also limited to the opening of the twelve o’clock world shop. You don’t have to worry about missing something, and you can try to sell items at a good price.

On this point, everyone has the same idea, and they all support this system.

Of course, although it can’t be sold, players still hang up the things they want to sell in advance to win as many customers as possible.

Materials are generally priced clearly, and the slightly rare items are all auctioned. The auction end time is basically set at 12:30, so that it can basically be sold at a high price, and it does not take too much time.

Of course, if there are players in urgent need of points, they will advance the sale time of their items so that they can have a chance to buy what they want.

Each player has his own considerations and will make different choices according to different situations, but the overall market is still very orderly.

Chen Chen himself has sufficient funds and there are many places where he can generate income, so he did not participate in this large-scale transaction, and did not put anything new on the shelves.

He saw several other people’s belongings, marked them all, and only waited for twelve o’clock before bidding.

After that, Chen Chen walked out of the shelter and began to collect the large eagle aberration beast that he had hidden in the soil before, as well as the corpses of other aberration beasts.

While collecting, he also carefully probed the situation of the land around the shelter, and collected information in advance for the arrangement of the formation tomorrow.

By the time these things were done, it was already ten o’clock in the evening, and there were only two hours left before the transaction started.

There was nothing to do for the time being, so he went to the hive to use up his last wooden power, and catalyzed a large number of battle queens, which could then multiply quickly and provide battle bees for the majority of players.

After that, the elders meeting was opened, and everyone gathered again.

As soon as Chen Chen entered, everyone asked him about his situation, how the Aberration Bees were subdued, what happened in the ninth round, and how many Aberration Bees were left after the battle.

Chen Chen answered quickly in concise language, and then said: ”Okay, let’s talk about the business, the beast swarm is over, and we should settle the matter of the foreign alliance players.”

Xu An nodded, ”This is indeed the top priority at the moment. We have discussed the details many times. Do you have anything to add in junior year?”

After thinking about it, Chen Chen suggested: ”I think our thinking may be a bit biased at the beginning. It is a bit too simple and rude to define internal and external alliances by strength. Just like this beast tide, the difficulty has increased so much, which means that we have to Eliminate a large number of disciples from the inner alliance to the outer alliance. If there is a particularly low-difficulty beast tide later, and a large number of people come in, the fluctuation will be too great, and it is not conducive to the cultivation of management and alliance cohesion.”

Zhang Juncai nodded in agreement, ”And there is another problem. The standards of the oath and contract between the internal and external alliances are different, and the treatment is also very different. If the weaker ones are simply assigned to the foreign alliances, it will be difficult for them to come in again. , the gap with the disciples of the inner alliance will continue to widen.”

”Then it seems that this rule needs to be greatly changed.” Xu An nodded and said: ”It is indeed unfair to use a simple number of layers of beast tides. Some players are not strong, but they are extremely loyal to the alliance and have a good reputation. They are also working hard to improve, but if they are expelled from the inner league just a little bit short, it will be too heartbreaking.”

…

After a long discussion, everyone finally came up with a plan.

The new division of internal and external alliances has greatly reduced the weight of an individual’s comprehensive strength. The alliance will consider whether a person can enter the internal alliance in combination with the four aspects of quality, contribution, strength, and potential.

These four dimensions all have minimum standard lines. The basis of selection is that all four aspects meet the standards, so that they can enter the alliance’s review system. After that, as long as one of them meets the ”excellent” standard, they can enter the inner alliance.

The determination of the number of elders also adopts such a set of standards, but the indicators are much stricter, and two dimensions are required to reach the ”excellent” evaluation of the elder level.

After entering the inner alliance, they will not retire to the outer alliance, so that some unfortunate and disabled people can be guaranteed, and the elders will flexibly delete. .

The criteria for entering the Inner League are very loose. Taking comprehensive strength as an example, players in first-level shelters will be considered qualified as long as they reach the fourth round of this beast swarm. Players at other sanctuary levels only need to fight until three rounds, that is, if they survive this beast tide, they are qualified.

In order to reach the ”excellent” standard, the first-level shelter has to fight to the seventh round, the second-level sixth round, the third-level fifth round, and the fourth-level and above players can directly enter the inner alliance as long as they are still alive.

The requirements for entering the council of elders are high. The shelter must reach at least level four, and the beast tide has passed four rounds to be considered qualified. If you want to be excellent, you must upgrade to the fifth level shelter, and beat the beast tide to the fifth round. Even so, there has to be another one to be excellent.

As for the quality, multiple AIs will review the player’s past behavior information. As long as they can get the evaluation of ”ordinary people”, even if they are qualified, they are eligible to join the inner league.

In this regard, the standards of the alliance are relatively wide. Even if they have committed crimes, as long as they are not full of evil, they can join the inner alliance.

It is very difficult to achieve excellence. You must take the initiative to do risky and just things. Only those who have rescued a large number of players in previous disasters, who took the initiative to kill extremely evil players, and who have taken the initiative to leave the organization before...doing such behaviors can be rated as excellent.

As for contributions, ordinary players in the Outer Alliance basically rely on time to accumulate, and if their performance is stable, they can enter the Inner Alliance in about two weeks.

That is to say, as long as the disciples from the outer alliance don’t do too many bad things, even if they don’t have extraordinary abilities, they can enter the inner alliance as long as they stay for two weeks.

As for potential, it is more difficult, as long as you have a normal body, you can get ”qualified”, but if you want to be excellent, you must either have supernatural powers, or have a high talent for cultivation techniques, or have the ability to forge distorted iron...

There are very few people who rely on this item to enter the inner league, because those with these abilities are basically good in strength and can be excellent at multiple times at the same time.

With this set of standards, almost no useful people will be missed. After a simple screening, the proportion of people who can join the inner alliance has reached 80% of the total foreign alliance disciples. UU reading www.uukanshu.com

In principle, if you join the inner alliance, you cannot leave the alliance. Basically, you are completely bound to the alliance.

If other players want to join the foreign alliance, the conditions are more relaxed. Unless they are marked red by the alliance, as long as they are alive, they can join.

There must be some of these people who cannot enter the inner league at all. No matter how hard they try, they can only stay in the outer league.

The reason for this setting is mainly for everyone to consider the stability of the region in the future. Although some people are extremely evil, their sins will not die. If they want to restrain and discipline them, it is more appropriate to give them the status of foreign alliance disciples.

After accounting, no new members were added to the Presbyterian Church this time. There are several people in the league who have reached the ”excellent” rating, but without a second ”excellent” rating, they cannot join.

Counting Gong Mingming and Lin Wen who had just joined a few days ago, the number of members of the Presbytery has also expanded to fourteen.

Evaluation from these four dimensions, in fact, Lin Wen did not meet the standard, but because of the agreement before, everyone will not kick Lin Wen out immediately, so she still retains her position, and next week, there is a high probability of being kicked out. kicked out.

The others are more dangerous and may be kicked out are Li Wusong, Chen Feng, and Tang Zhixing.

Basically, they only have one item that is ”excellent”, and the other is just barely hanging on, and they may quit the council of elders when the next beast tide fluctuates slightly.

Afterwards, everyone discussed issues such as property disposal of dead players, follow-up action policy, technical iteration, and expansion of production capacity. The meeting officially ended at about twelve o’clock.
