League of Legends Invades Another World

Chapter 95: The flames of war in the night (1)　　 A narrow and barren plain, a slightly muddy business road, there is a cavalry team marching silently. The dark armor absorbs the scattered moonlight. If it weren’t for the gasps and hoofs of the red horses, the cavalry could not even be found.

　　 ”Master Worthman!”

With the rapid sound of horses hoofs from far to near, a Noxian Empire cavalry manned the reins, turned over and fell from the back of his horse, half kneeling in front of Worthman, panting.

”The town of Irvingdale was hit by an explosion, and it was in chaos. Then a large number of enemies approached the town of Irvingdale, the number of which is unknown. It is estimated that there are more than 1,000 people, and they have surrounded the four gates of the town.”

Hearing the words, Worsman’s expression suddenly became heavy, and he motioned to the Cui Fari Army soldier beside him to take out the map, which was a detailed strategic map drawn by the war mason.

”Good idea, it seems that the commander of the noble coalition has some strategy this time.” Worthman’s gaze stared at the town of Irvingdale on the east side of the map. Is this trying to ambush reinforcements?

”Has General Delius been notified?” Worthman asked.

”It has been arranged.” The Noxian Cavalry nodded and said. ”There will be specific information coming later. We still keep people watching the enemy’s next move.”

”Are there siege weapons?” Worthman asked suddenly as if thinking of something.

”Yes, from a distance, it seems to be a bed crossbow, and some equipment consigned by war horses, most likely it is a trebuchet.” The Noxian Empire Knight reported.

”This is a bit difficult. I don’t know if Gregory can support it until General Dreyus arrives.” Worsman lifted his visor, revealing a heavy face, and then raised his head to stare at the dark night with his eyes inside. Inexplicable light flashed.

The timing of the war is difficult to grasp. Sometimes, once you can’t catch it, it is a turning point in a battle.

is more about testing a commander’s on-the-spot ability and the vision of seizing opportunities.

”Tell me to order, Noxus is ready to fight!” Seemingly determined, Worthman said to the soldier of the Trefary Legion beside him.

”It’s time for these nobles to see the true spirit of the Noxian Empire!”

Half an hour later, Worsman led the Noxian cavalry through the narrow plain, getting closer and closer to the town of Irvingdale.

The dim moonlight sheds the ground, and the field of vision is vague, making it indistinct at all. Even for extraordinary professionals, the field of vision is very limited.

But out of the inevitability of this war, it is rare for the nobles to send enough scouts to guard and patrol the surroundings.

The rumbling of horseshoes immediately attracted the attention of the scouts. Under the blurred vision, they did not know the number of cavalry coming forward.

And some rookie scouts who have not experienced blood baptism rush forward for the so-called military exploits. Although they act recklessly, the instructions of the knight instructor are still vivid, and they maintain a sufficient retreat distance.

Step on! Step on! Step on!

The heavy and swift sound of horseshoes splashed the soil, and under the bleak moonlight, it was vaguely visible that a cavalry in black armor had left the main team, and then rushed frantically to these approaching scouts.

Ha, this one wants to keep us?

The aristocratic scouts who rashly stepped forward looked at the cavalry team of no more than ten with a surprised and angry expression, so let them taste the taste of riding a gun.

This is a group of unqualified scouts, at least less than one-tenth of the opponent’s iron thorn cavalry, because they have not yet understood the meaning of scouts.

　　 sonorous!

The battle of 　　 scouts started immediately, and two torrents crossed by.

Then the outcome was decided. There were more than a dozen corpses left on the muddy ground, basically all from the arrogant noble scouts.

The Noxian Cavalry of the winner did not chase the only remaining scouts who fled. No, they are not scouts at all, just a group of poor, frightened cavalry.

　　............

The north gate of Irvingdale town.

Viscount Onnis rode a war horse, watching the town of Irvingdale caught in the flames of war. On the towering tower, a standing still figure attracted his attention.

”Great Knight!” Viscount Onnis said softly. ”It seems that the Modrian knight still hides a lot of strength.”

”If he is given a certain amount of time, he will indeed become another emerging aristocrat in the northern part of the kingdom, an independent aristocrat from the Perris family.”

”But aren’t these still in the Viscount-sama’s expectation?” The crisp horse hooves mixed with compliments sounded behind him.

”Barrett, did something accident happen?” Viscount Onnis turned his head to look at the approaching middle-aged man and said, the delicate silver armor was a bit dazzling in the night.

”Yes, Lord Onnis, the enemy’s reinforcements are coming. They are fast, and they will arrive here in about two quarters of an hour.”

Baron Barrett bowed slightly and said, what was surprising was that in the process of bending down, the silver armor was not bound at all, as if there were no obstacles, it easily formed an arc.

”So what’s your purpose?” Viscount Onnis asked, concealing a trace of surprise in his eyes.

”It’s time to put some pressure on Irvingdale town, otherwise it will affect our plan.” Baron Barrett said in a deep voice.

Karadimos continent has undergone countless years of changes ~www.NovelMTL.com~ and countless wars and conflicts have evolved. The military literacy here is no less than that of the earth. The fight against aid is only part of this noble plan.

”Since the enemy has been attracted, let’s start the next step.” Viscount Onnis nodded slightly and said, the opening of this game made people feel a little excited.

”Next, let’s watch the performance of the Barrett Hussars, hoping to win the glory of our first victory.”

Barrett’s light cavalry, named after Baron Barrett, is a light cavalry whose frontal combat effectiveness is no less than that of heavy cavalry. Among them, five centurions are senior knights, there are more than ten knights, and other recruits. The extraordinary professionals who arrived.

”Let you auspicious words!” After Barrett saluted again, he quietly left.

Viscount Onnis raised his head to look at the aristocratic coalition forces around him that were already ready, his head full of white hair swayed slightly with the night breeze, he was bound to win this war, and no one could stop it.

”Bennett, arrange it and start attacking!”

”Yes!” Bennett Craig said respectfully, then turned around and rode his horse to the gathering place not far away.

A lot of shouts sounded in the drowsy night, and the resting soldiers began to move, and the heavy bed crossbow slowly advanced towards the town of Irvingdale under the night.

Surrounded by the bed crossbow are the 500 elite infantry in the noble coalition.

At the same time, the wooden cart hauled by the mules and horses was lifted up to reveal the sophisticated equipment, and then dozens of dwarves and goblins appeared to assemble the trebuchet provided by the Rivodin Blacksmith’s Shop.

Soon, trebuchets stood on the open ground like giant steel beasts. These were war weapons built for special battlefields. The hard stainless steel was set against the dim moonlight.
