Chapter 336 The Taste of Ancestral Sauce

When other kitchen staff heard Chen Hui’s words, they immediately gritted their teeth angrily.

”Boy, our store has been in business for hundreds of years. It is a time-honored signboard. If you dare to insult us, you probably don’t know how to write dead characters!”

Chen Hui smiled coldly, and said indifferently:

”Your store is indeed delicious, but it would be wrong to say that you have been offering this sauce as if it were your ancestors after hundreds of years of business. I think you are making a fuss over a molehill. Not to mention your sauce Not very authentic either.”

Chen Hui remained unmoved and continued to eat sashimi with his own sauce.

Natsuno, who was opposite him, was savoring the taste of the sashimi and sauce.

In fact, all her attention was focused on talking about some things with Chen Hui. As for the taste of today’s sashimi, it was indeed good, but that was not the focus.

Chen Hui looked at the chef and said with a smile:

”How about it, have you noticed the difference?”

The chef frowned and was somewhat unhappy, but he still ate the sauce and sashimi.

”hiss!”

As soon as the chef took a small bite, he felt that the taste was different from the sauce he prepared.

Although he couldn’t tell what the difference was, it was definitely sweeter and more delicious than the sauce he prepared. Coupled with the taste of sashimi, it almost sublimated the taste of sashimi to the extreme.

Suddenly he seemed to think of a piece of top-quality sauce that his grandfather dug for him when he was eating sashimi with his grandfather when he was a child.

He still remembers what his grandfather said when he made him eat the sauce.

”Daben Neptune, remember this taste. This is a sauce handed down from the ancestors of our Daben family. Now we use a little less. If you open a seafood restaurant in the future, you must make this taste.”

Time passed by, more than thirty years later, and he seemed to have returned to the feeling he had when he was a teenager.

”Is this really the sauce you prepared?”

Big Ben Haiwang looked at Chen Hui with a thoughtful look in his eyes.

Shizuko Kanna was also taken aback for a moment, she didn’t think there was anything wrong with the sauce, but seeing Daben Haiwang being so surprised, she said a little boringly:
”Boss, we prepared all the ingredients ourselves when we came here. You can tell that these are all taken from your store. Did you prepare some ingredients just for people to see?”

A big man with a tattoo next to him suddenly said angrily:

”This is the president of our main group. Little girl, why are you talking? Do you believe I will teach you a lesson now?”

Big Ben Neptune waved his hand to stop him:
”Be more polite. The sauce that this little brother concocts is indeed more authentic than mine, there is no doubt about it.”

Kanna Shizuko was stunned for a moment.

She knew that the sauce tasted good, but she still didn’t know how good it was.

She tasted the sauce prepared in the store, and compared it with the sauce prepared by Chen Hui, the taste was really much worse.

Suddenly she was a little surprised, this is the best seafood restaurant in the town, and this restaurant is most famous for its sauce.

But after eating the sauce prepared by Chen Hui, she realized that the sauce prepared by this restaurant is nothing more than that, and the gap can be imagined.

”Well, I’m right. The sauce I concoct is the real authentic, original ancestral recipe. But I don’t think you are interested in learning from me!”

Big Ben Haiwang came to his senses, and immediately bowed down in front of Chen Hui.

”Sir, please accept me as an apprentice!”

Seeing the seriousness of Big Ben Neptune, his subordinates around him were shocked when they saw this scene.

If you didn’t know, you would think that Big Ben Neptune saw his boss.

Chen Hui stood up and waved his hands towards Big Ben Haiwang and said with a smile:

”Get up. In fact, I got this formula after I kept searching and improving it on the Internet. You can let me pass it on to you if you want, but you need some patience and sincerity. It would be better to give us some more today.” Sashimi!”

Big Ben Neptune seemed to have thought of something, and said quickly:

”By the way, we received a tuna from the fishing boat yesterday. Although it’s not top quality, it’s rare and top quality. Hurry up and prepare sashimi for Mr. Kobayashi!”

The people in the back kitchen hurried over and began to cut Chen Hui.

Chen Hui waved his hand and said:

”That’s unnecessary, you ask them to bring the tuna over, and I’ll show you off!”

Chen Hui waved his hands towards the cooks, and immediately a tuna weighing several tens of catties was carried over.

Chen Hui took over various knives and kept cutting and separating the tuna with various knives as if he was performing a magic trick.

Soon, one was divided into several parts according to the organs and positions of the body.

Then Chen Hui took the most delicious piece of tuna and began to divide it up. In less than 5 minutes, hundreds of fish slices with uniform thickness and size appeared in front of everyone.

Not only eating, but just relying on it makes people feel pleasing to the eye.

”Wow, this is definitely a top-level knife technique!”

Big Ben Haiwang looked at the thin slices of meat in front of him, and his saliva was about to flow out.

But he knew that he was not greedy for this fish, but admired Chen Hui’s sword skills.

”Ahem, sir, you are so busy today, I will definitely find some time to chat with you alone another day.”

Daben Haiwang respected Chen Hui more and more.

Kanna Shizuko looked at Chen Hui with a look of admiration in her eyes.

”Haha, you are really amazing. I will definitely marry you in the future!”

Chen Hui shook his head helplessly and said:
”As long as they are excellent talents, they are welcome everywhere.”

Kanna Shizuko nodded, suddenly she remembered something and said to Chen Hui:

”By the way, you won Ozawa Kunki today, so you wouldn’t really go to Mrs. Ozawa’s house! I think she must be greedy for your beauty, otherwise, why did you agree so quickly today?”

Chen Hui looked in the mirror and saw Xiao Lin Chuzhong’s appearance. Although it was not very handsome, it was still passable.

In contrast, although Maria Ozawa’s appearance is not at the level of a national goddess, it is almost the same.

If such a goddess has anything to do with herself, she is indeed something that people yearn for.

But is he going to Maria Ozawa’s house tonight?

”Not necessarily, let’s talk about it later. Why, are you jealous?”

Kanna Shizuko shook her head and said:

”I’m not jealous. After all, I’m so young, and I have more capital than an old woman like her. Of course, you can also go to her house to see, maybe you can discover Teacher Ozawa’s secret!”
