Queen of Beasts: The boss becomes the savior by raising cubs

Chapter 108 New Plan

As soon as Ye Yanran finished dealing with Yu Qiongling’s affairs, Lu Li and Zhang Chenguang came hand in hand. After they came to Ye Yanran’s side, they looked at each other and waited for the other to speak first.

Ye Yanran saw the two people playing riddles in front of her, and asked angrily: ”What’s the matter with you two, you have something to talk about, it’s nothing, I have other work to do.”

In the end, Lu Li, who was most familiar with Ye Yanran, took the initiative to speak, and he said with some complaints: ”Leader, that Gao Xun relied on him as a supernatural being, and he was arrogant and domineering to the ordinary survivors of our team. His style is very bad.” good for unity.”

”Oh?”

Ye Yanran raised her eyebrows slightly, she just gave Gao Xun a task yesterday, this guy started to execute it today, the action is fast enough. However, Ye Yanran asked him to manage those prickly people, why would he bully ordinary survivors?
”What exactly happened?”

”We have too many survivors now, so I changed the dining venue to the student cafeteria. As you know, the maximum number of people dining in our student cafeteria at the same time is only 6 or 7 people.

But now we have more than 900 survivors, and 2 to 3 people have no seats, and these survivors have been hungry for a long time, and some small frictions occurred when queuing.

Then this Gao Xun fought those people, several survivors suffered serious trauma, you have to take care of this kind of thing! ”

Ye Yanran blinked, thinking that I really should take care of this kind of thing, that is, I am not present, if I want to be present, I must feed them a few times, let them know what the rules are.

”Mr. Lu, although Gao Xun’s actions are a little impulsive, his intentions are still good, and he also wants everyone to eat with peace of mind.

I can’t punish him just because he hits harder, can I?
If he is punished, wouldn’t those who eat unruly should be punished even more, they themselves are injured, and if they are punished again, they may not even be able to carry out basic work.

I think our top priority is to first formulate a complete set of rules and regulations, ranging from meals and work to the leadership of our team, as well as the distribution of power and responsibilities. ”

Hearing this, Lu Li nodded hesitantly. He felt that something was wrong with Ye Yanran today.

If there was a fight in the team before, even if it was Jin Nanzhu and Su Yucheng who bullied ordinary survivors, Ye Yanran would deal with it fairly and justly.

But today, Ye Yanran obviously wanted to evade. On the surface, she said that Gao Xun and the survivors were at fault, but her words were full of defense for Gao Xun.

Before Zhang Chenguang told him that Ye Yanran didn’t like Gao Xun, and he wanted to sue Gao Xun to make Gao Xun suffer, but he didn’t expect Ye Yanran to have such an attitude.

Ye Yanran has changed!
Lu Li and Zhang Chenguang looked at each other, and finally chose not to bother about this matter, ”Okay, I understand, I have already formulated some rules and regulations, and I am going to have a good communication with Captain Zhang later to implement these rules and regulations. Complete.”

Ye Yanran nodded, and said: ”No problem, I’m not good at things like rules and regulations, and Captain Zhang is strong in this area, you two can discuss it!
In addition, our management will also change. Teacher Yu will leave tonight, and a new manager will be appointed by the girls. I think Liu Mengyao is not bad, so I can let her try first.

The other is Captain Zhang. I am going to set up a patrol team in our school. The captain will continue to be Zhang Chenguang, and the team members will be selected by Team Zhang.

In addition, the security team of our school will also be expanded, and several new duty stations and patrol posts will be added.

I will send 5 black pine shooters to be stationed at the school gate for a long time to be responsible for security work.

For the rest that you haven’t considered, you can add it yourself, and just let me know when the time comes! ”

Lu Li knew that Ye Yanran had already negotiated with Yu Qiongling, and it seemed that the two of them got together and parted ways, which was a good ending for both parties.

As for Liu Mengyao, Lu Li knew her name a long time ago, but Liu Mengyao is just a person in the entertainment industry who came to manage a team of hundreds of girls, Lu Li was skeptical.

He didn’t directly refute Ye Yanran’s suggestion. He was going to observe the situation first. If Liu Mengyao was doing well, he could arrange for Liu Mengyao to assist her in her work.

If Liu Mengyao’s mud can’t support the wall, he will suggest that Ye Yanran change.

There was no response from Lu Li. Zhang Chenguang, who had been silent for a long time, said, ”Boss Ye, I think the patrol team and the security team overlap a bit. It seems that we don’t need to form another patrol team.”

”No!”

Ye Yanran shook her head very resolutely. For Ye Yanran, the security guards are just guarding the house, and they can only serve as a warning.

The patrol team is different. Ye Yanran plans to build a patrol team composed entirely of supernatural beings. In the future, the patrol team will be responsible for the security work of Joyce City, the same as before.

”Team Zhang, patrols and security guards are not the same thing. I will soon conduct a new round of experiments. This experiment may create several superhumans.

These freshly released supernatural beings will be handed over to you to manage in the future. After we recover Joyce City, you will continue to do your old job. ”

”call!”

Hearing this, Zhang Chenguang and Lu Li gasped at the same time, Ye Yanran’s words were too loud.It is too exaggerated for her to dare to say that she wants to take back Joyce City after only subduing three Joyce City forces!

Especially Zhang Chenguang, who knows more about the outside world, he knows that Ye Yanran is strong, and he also thinks that Ye Yanran can unify the forces in Joyce City.

But he didn’t think that Ye Yanran could get rid of the tens of thousands of super creatures in Joyce City.

Even if Ye Yanran eliminates the super creatures in Joyce City, Xiaojun Mountain outside the city is the birthplace of super power creatures, and there are countless super power creatures there, how can Ye Yanran say that she can regain Joyce City? ?

”Boss Ye, I think our current goal should be to save more survivors and recruit more supernatural beings.

The forces on the outskirts of Joyce City are very weak. When you enter the inner city of Joyce City and face the big forces inside, you will know how difficult they are to deal with. ”

Ye Yanran smiled slightly, but did not explain too much to Zhang Chenguang.

Now the experience of the baby orange essence has reached more than 800, and after killing more than 10 super creatures, it can advance to the king level.

For a special creature of the mutant level, the Orange Essence Baby, it is conservatively estimated that there will be more than a thousand supernatural beings after the promotion. With such a strong hole card, how many human forces is she afraid of?
At that time, she would take the black pine fighter, black pine shooter, and the king-level baby orange essence to clean up the nearby super creatures and upgrade to another level.

That was as terrifying as General Maple and the Giant Octopus King. At that time, it was time for her to challenge General Maple, if she could keep General Maple as a pet.

Not to mention Joyce City, she can walk sideways in Canglan City!
