Chapter 821: Pampered

The pampering started with medicine.

Aria poured the potion over her fingers and pressed them into the shoulder fracture, and it burned.

Healing potion against deep bone damage was cold fire that sank through tissue and forced the break to knit faster than bone wanted to go, and Aria’s fingers worked the liquid into the crack with firm, slow circles that made him feel every centimeter of damage he’d hidden from them.

Her touch sat on the exact border between medicine and a lover’s hands, pressing deeper than the fracture required, tracing the line of his shoulder, spreading warm across the muscle beneath, and her silver eyes never left his face.

While Aria worked, the other four looked at what her fingers were pressed into.

Two hours of dried ichor, crusted blood, and combat grime baked into his skin from throat to waist.

The healing potion was sinking into the fracture because Aria was pressing it directly into bone, but the salve and paste they’d brought for the rest of him had nowhere clean to go.

Furthermore... If they were going to do it, none of the girls would’ve minded if he was just a tiny bit cleaner... Save for a certain demoness who would’ve taken a rough pounding from her grimy man any day of the week.

Bastet’s ears twitched. She looked at Calypso. Calypso looked at Luna. Luna looked at Nyx.

”Girls, I have an idea...”

The felinid murmured with a sly smirk, and four women slipped out of the room while Aria’s silver eyes stayed on the fracture.

”You fought with this for too long...” she whispered, alone with him now. ”Too long, Kai.”

”I-”

Her finger came up. ”No excuses, Kai. I only want to hear, ’My Beautiful Moon, I promise I’ll prioritize my health over anything else.’”

She blinked at him, big, gorgeous eyes full of expectations, her demands delivered.

Kaiden looked at her, fondly, but the words did not follow. ”I don’t want to lie to you, Aria.”

The Moon Valkyrie’s eyes narrowed dangerously. ”...”

But knowing it was something he’d not budge on anytime soon, the loving girlfriend sighed tiredly. ”I’ll make you see reason soon, Kai,” she decreed and resumed her tender motions.

For a moment it was just the two of them in the amber light, Aria’s potion-slick fingers on his shoulder and his breathing evening out under her touch, and the tenderness in her eyes was so bare that the twenty-seven million women watching felt like intruders.

Then the bath door opened.

Four women walked back in, and every thought in Kaiden’s head went quiet.

They were naked.

All four of them, stripped and drenched from the bathing room, skin steaming in the bedroom’s lantern light.

Calypso’s red skin gleamed from her horns to her toes, water rolling down the full heavy swell of her breasts and dripping from the tips.

Nyx’s pink hair clung wet against her shoulders, and the water on her body turned every impossible curve into something the light refused to stop touching.

Bastet was bronze and dripping, her gold anklets and armlets still on because removing them had clearly never crossed her mind, the wet metal catching amber against tanned skin that went bare in every direction.

Luna brought up the rear, petite and fierce and soaked, water running down her small frame.

Each carried a basin of warm soaped water, a bar of something that smelled like lavender and oil, and the look of women with a plan.

Nyx lifted one hand. ”Up you go, Kai.”

Kaiden rose off the bed.

Nyx lifted him two full meters off the stone, higher than the job called for, and Aria’s hands slipped off his shoulder as the distance opened between them.

Both arms went straight up. Fingers opening and closing on empty air, her whole body stretching onto the tips of her toes as if the extra centimeter would somehow bridge two meters of nothing, and the whimper that left her was so small and so helpless it belonged to a kitten whose favorite person had been snatched off the couch and held above her reach.

”Nyx!!! Give Kai back!”

Nyx glanced at the girl and met the coldest pair of silver eyes she had ever been on the receiving end of.

The yandere murder aura rolling off the Moon Valkyrie hit her like ice water down the spine, and the spatial hold on Kaiden wobbled as every instinct in Nyx’s body informed her she was about to die over a spatial barrier installation.

”...Give me a few seconds, yandere bestie.”

She worked fast after that. One hand held Kaiden steady while the other pressed downward, folding a thin spatial compression layer across the bed and the stone floor beneath it. The shimmer settled over both surfaces like invisible oilskin, a barrier that would bead water and soap, not making a mess of the bed.

She set him down, and Aria latched onto him before his weight had fully settled.

Both arms locked around his torso, face buried against his collarbone, fingers dug into his back with a grip so total that prying her loose would’ve required every woman in the room working in concert, and she pressed into him as though the two-second separation had been the worst experience of her entire life and she was making absolutely certain it never happened again.

Her silver eyes stayed open over his shoulder. They found Nyx and held her with a suspicion so pointed the pink-haired beauty trembled from head to toe before she grinned.

”Was that necessary?” Aria demanded.

”Yes~” Nyx answered slyly.

Calypso went first.

She scooped soap from the basin, worked it between her palms until it foamed, and lathered her breasts in slow, thorough circles until her red skin glistened white from collarbone to the underside of each heavy curve.

Then she leaned against his back, and the hot, soapy weight of her body hit his spine in one long press, her full chest rolling flush across his shoulders as she scrubbed two hours of grime off his skin with every slow circle of her torso against his.

”Darling~” she murmured into his hair, her arms crossing around him. ”We’re going to fix every single thing you broke in there, and then we’re going to eat you up like a delicious snack~”

The groan that left him could’ve been heard from the chokehold.

Bastet followed without a word. She lathered her tanned breasts with precision and settled against his left side, the soft, warm slide of her body across his ribs working the grime loose in passes that left clean skin behind each stroke.

Her ears were flat. Her tail curled tight around her own ankle. She cleaned him in silence, and the devotion said Master louder than words could.

Nyx took his front.

She knelt between his knees, soaped her own generous curves until her pink skin shone wet from neck to navel, and leaned into him to work the filth off his chest and stomach with the full, soft pressure of her body against his, her hands finding his wrists between passes to rub ointment into the friction burns the Gauntlet had scored into his skin over two straight hours.

Luna watched the three of them.

Three gorgeous women with their lathered-up bodies against Kaiden from three sides, scrubbing two hours of combat filth off him through the most dedicated full-service treatment in recorded history, and every one of them looked like she was exactly where she wanted to be.

Luna looked down at the towel in her hand. Looked at the soap. Looked at her own chest.
