Global Fog: Get the StarCraft System at the Start

Chapter 13: 1st scv　　 There is a Marine guarding the shelter during the day, and there shouldn’t be any problems.

So Lin Yubai, under the protection of Feng Yang and others, moved towards the location where he had hunted the first goblin before.

Because of the attraction of the goblin corpse, there should be a lot of zombies and other monsters gathered there at the moment, it is an excellent hunting ground.

As for why I didn’t go to the place where I was ambushed by the goblins, it was because it was too far and the risk was too high.

”Commander, the detector shows that there are more than ten biological sources of life ahead.”

”do you have anything else?”

”It hasn’t been found for the time being. It does not rule out that there are other sources of life outside the detection range.”

Lin Yubai licked his slightly dry lips, and then said: ”Opportunities and risks always coexist, then go to the place indicated by the detector.”

Of course, the Marines have no opinion, and everything depends on the decision of their commander.

There are people in the gray mist, walking swayingly, and occasionally there is a slight roar.

These are the creatures created by the unknown virus at the beginning of the gray mist, zombies.

They are considered to be the most unpopular creatures on the entire planet. Their bodies are badly decomposed. Except for some animals that feed on carrion, other creatures are reluctant to approach it.

Because you can’t get anything by killing it, and you may be attacked by them. Their attack power is not too high, but they can’t withstand the virus they carry. You only need to make a wound on your skin, then congratulations. , Will join them soon.

Lin Yubai, holding a brand new machete in his hand, slowly leaned towards the lone zombie closest to him.

After reaching the best attack distance, he slammed a knife at its head and directly decapitated the zombie when the zombie did not respond.

The black blood spurted out immediately, but Lin Yubai had retreated long ago and did not let the black blood splash on his body. This was all he had exercised in the past three months.

Lin Yubai did not choose to move on. There were too many zombies in front of him, and he would be in danger of being infected if he was not careful.

He is here to exercise himself, not to die, so let the rest of the matter be settled by his Marines.

According to the map before the disaster, there is a grain warehouse nearby. I don’t know if anyone has occupied it. If not, they don’t have to worry about food.

After 　　 cleaned up a nearby building, Lin Yubai stood on the top of the building, watching his marines slaughter among the zombies.

Except for Feng Yang, who was by his side to protect him, he did not go down, and at the same time helped them to guard them so as not to surprise them by other monsters.

Soon all the zombies near the granary have been cleaned up, and Lin Yubai’s resources have exceeded one hundred.

　　【Crystal Resources】103

This can already summon two Marines, Lin Yubai thought.

But he didn’t choose to summon right away. He had to check if there was enough food in the granary before deciding whether to summon.

When the warehouse that had been sealed for three months was opened again, the neatly arranged food inside leaked out.

contains rice, flour, and some foods that are stored for a long time and are easy to preserve.

And looking at the appearance of this granary, it should be that no one has been here before, otherwise there would be no such thick dust inside.

Now that I have this granary, I can no longer worry about food.

But this location is some distance away from my shelter, and even if I move the food from this place, there is no place to store it.

Alas, it seems that this crystal resource still cannot be saved.

Lin Yubai chose to train two Marines.

There is no other way, I can only choose to let people stay here, and send someone to pick it up when I need it, and at the same time prevent other humans from approaching this side.

After training two marines, he told them to stay here, and asked Feng Yang to transmit the map and the location of the shelter to them.

Ask them to go to the shelter to find him if they find something they can’t solve.

After explaining all the things that should be explained, Lin Yubai and the others inspected them through the detectors and continued to move towards the nearby places where there might be resources, oh no monsters.

I don’t know if I ran out of luck today or what’s going on. Lin Yubai has explored the nearby locations throughout the day, let alone monsters, and didn’t even see many zombies.

After nearly a day of hunting, except for the 100 crystal resources spent training two Marines, Lin Yubai’s current crystal resources are only worth 58 points.

But it’s enough. Training an scv only requires 50 resources, and there are 8 more points left, Lin Yubai comforted himself.

The first time he returned to the sanctuary, he asked the Marines to clear a clear space around him. He wanted to train the scv to avoid long nights and dreams.

Clicked on the scv training queue, and then waited for the ‘universal’ engineering vehicle to come out.

The progress bar of 　　 scv training is a few seconds slower than that of the Marines, but it is still fast.

After the progress bar was completed, a huge steel object appeared in front of the clearing in front of Lin Yubai.

It is almost a lot taller than a Marine wearing power armor.

The scv he thought was about the size of a Marine.

, he stopped his shock and looked at the introduction module of scv in his mind.

　　【Scv】

　　 Training cost: 50 crystal resources

It can complete various tasks such as collecting and transporting natural resources, constructing new production buildings, repairing damaged buildings and mechanical units.

Although SCV is a bipedal walking mech, the driver is usually more willing to increase the load of the thruster for movement.

Scv is equipped with multiple displays to provide the driver with various information. At the same time, as a space construction vehicle, they can operate in a vacuum for up to two weeks.

They are equipped with a power drill in their right hand, which can be used not only to decompose minerals but also as a weapon.

The left hand is also equipped with a practical clip, which has a load bearing pressure of 10,000 pounds, and the pressure of the clip can be changed according to the driver’s adjustment.

They are just a construction vehicle for humans to perform ordinary tasks.

After reading this scv introduction, Lin Yubai suddenly didn’t know what to say.

Except that the thruster can only float above the ground, cannot fly, and has no long-range attack means, this is a low-profile version of Gundam.

”Commander! Corporal Liu Wanzhong came to report that the scv is ready. Any tasks can be directly assigned to me.”

Before Lin Yubai was shocked, the door of the scv cockpit opened, and the scv driver dressed like a plumber shouted loudly.
