Doomsday: The supermarket of the owner of the salted fish shop is sold out again

Chapter 93 The Supplies Arrived

Chapter 93 The Supplies Arrived
The military truck was moving slowly, and Yan Yue was in the back seat, drowsy.

It will take them more than two days to get to the place this time.

During these two days, there will only be a short stop in between, and everyone takes turns driving, striving to deliver the supplies to the destination in the shortest possible time.

Of course, because of Yan Yue’s accident, a group of people now have another goal, which is also their main goal this time.

In the past two days, Yan Yue also learned more about these coastal bases and their final destination this time.

The situation of Qingyan Base is similar to that of Rongcheng, except that one is occupied by zombies, and the other is besieged by zombies and mutated sea creatures.

Qingyan Base is a large base with a population of more than [-].If not for this, we would have been unable to sustain ourselves long ago when encountering such endless zombies and mutated sea creatures.

Even so, without food supplies, everyone in the base can only rely on the mutated sea creatures they hunted and food grown by some wood-type supernatural beings every day. The Qingyan base can last until now has reached its limit.

Two days later, the group finally arrived at the station closest to Yan Yue’s goal this time.

”The supplies are here!”

With this shout, the eyes of the tired group of people suddenly became brighter.

The weather outside was too hot, and when they came here to support, each of them received a set of equipment.Although they treasured it very much, they still lost it under the name of equipment.

Even if their physique has improved a lot compared to before the end of the world, such a hot weather, a group of people can’t stand it.

A group of people focused all their attention on the supplies, and no one noticed that a military truck at the end of the queue quietly drove elsewhere.

Inside the Qingyan Base.

A group of people have been tired of dealing with the zombie sea creatures outside, and the battle line has shrunk again and again. Now, there are not many safe places left for them.

Most of the edible food in the base was distributed to the frontline fighters, and the others could only get a small amount.

As a result, those who can only shrink back safely can only get very little food every day to ensure that they will not starve to death.

At this time, many people were lying on the ground, listening to the sound of fighting outside getting closer and closer to them, despair gradually grew.

There are too many of these sea creatures, even if other people come to support them, they still cannot be wiped out.

The entire Qingyan base was filled with deathly silence, and even those who were still fighting zombies and mutated sea creatures felt a sense of desolation.

”Anyway, we’re going to die, so what’s the deal with us?”

One person lost the weapon in his hand and looked dejected.

Rather than living hopelessly like this, it would be better to die happily, so as not to have to think about when death will come every day.

The person next to him did not speak, pursed his lips without saying a word, and continued to clean up the zombie sea creatures in front of him.

But that expression undoubtedly said that he would not give up until the last moment.

Chen Rui looked at the desperate, hopeless people in the base, and deeply regretted it again. Why didn’t he realize that something was wrong earlier, and lead the people in the base to evacuate in time.

Obviously, it’s too late to regret it now.

At this moment, the phone in Chen Rui’s pocket suddenly vibrated again.

At this time, so what if you can still send news to the outside world. If the surrounding zombies and mutated sea creatures are not wiped out, they will be trapped here for a day, which is meaningless at all.

However, Chen Rui still turned on the phone.

Seeing the above content clearly, Chen Rui was shocked, and the phone in his hand almost fell to the ground.

Then, Chen Rui looked at it carefully several times as if he couldn’t believe it.I even read it several times with the sender, and I was sure it was not my illusion, so I hurriedly called someone over.

In the Qingyan base, a large open space was quickly cleared.Chen Ruiping retreated from everyone around, sent a location to that side, and retreated to the edge.

Only then did he hold the phone, his eyes fixed on the screen, waiting nervously.

While he was staring at the phone, a house quietly appeared in the open space in front of him.A supermarket, to be exact.

The phone in Chen Rui’s hand creaked, and he was so excited that he couldn’t speak.

Unexpectedly, it really appeared!
Due to his excitement, Chen Rui didn’t even notice that the phone in his hand vibrated a few more times. It wasn’t until the mood slowly recovered that he looked at the phone in his hand.

Following the instructions on his mobile phone, Chen Rui first queued up to register at the machine at the door, then took out the crystal core and threw it in.After getting the ID card mentioned in the information, I walked into the supermarket.

There are two shelves in the supermarket. There are a lot of food on one shelf, and square boxes on the other shelf. The box is not big, so I don’t know what it contains.

”Welcome to branch number one.”

The sudden appearance of the cold mechanical sound startled Chen Rui.

Fortunately, he can still hold on now.

”You, hello!”

”Customers can buy things freely in the supermarket. The supermarket only sells three kinds of goods. One is the grenade on the left shelf, with a damage radius of ten meters. The other two are...”

grenade?

Thinking of the situation outside, Chen Rui didn’t care about other things, and ran directly to the shelf on the left.

Holding a box in his hand, Chen Rui wanted to open it to see what was inside, but was stopped in time by a mechanical sound.

Under the command of the mechanical voice, Chen Rui spontaneously completed the work of scanning and paying the bill, and ran out with two boxes of grenades in his arms.

”The base chief...”

The people next to him finally saw the base chief who had disappeared for a while, and the anxious expression on his face eased a little. It’s just that when he thinks about the current situation of the base, his eyes are filled with deep despair.

”Quick, take it apart...”

Before he finished speaking, Chen Rui put the two boxes on the ground, and opened one box himself first.

The person next to him saw ten grenades neatly in the box, and his eyes flashed with shock. The movements of his hands were not slow, and he quickly opened the box in his hand two or three times.

As soon as a grenade was in his hand, he heard a ”boom” not far away.

The man immediately looked towards the source of the sound, and saw a small area suddenly vacant in the densely packed mutated sea creatures.

However, soon, that small area was filled by the zombie sea creatures behind.

Then there were a few more ”boom, boom, boom” sounds, and the mutated sea creatures were killed and injured. However, there are too many zombie sea creatures and the situation has not been reversed.

The man watched the zombie sea creatures swarming again, and finally reacted at this time, and ran forward holding the grenade in the box.

”Boom boom boom boom-”

There were continuous bombing sounds, and after a while, the box of grenades in Chen Rui’s hand was exhausted.

Realizing the power of this thing, Chen Rui hurriedly called a few people, and they had to buy more of this thing.

Several people quickly registered and looked at the house that appeared here at some unknown time, although it was strange.

However, thinking of Chen Rui’s advice and the power of the grenade before, they all shut their mouths tightly and dared not say anything.
