Maze Survival: Only I Can See Hints

Chapter 208： The power of the living corpse, the guardian of the lost heart
Chapter 208 The power of the living corpse, the lost guardian

”It’s human beings, living food, tearing him apart and eating his brains!”

Tree puppets are the same as normal trees when they are not moving, but once they find other labyrinth creatures around their territory, they will change into monsters with limbs similar to humans.

They moved faster than ordinary humans, and the feet transformed from roots kept moving, rushing in front of Zhao Ba like a terrifying tide.

They were about to devour Zhao Ba!

”Roar!”

But at this moment, Zhao Ba’s army of living corpses rushed over to meet the tree puppets and kill them.

Even if their combat power is reduced by 50%, since they were powerful fighters during their lifetime, they can stand alone after death, and bravely draw their swords in the face of countless twisted and terrifying tree puppets.

There are also spiritualists who will apply dark blessings to the living corpses of the Holy Lawrence to strengthen their dark energy.

Spiritualists who are free will also use high-level undead magic, causing a lot of damage to the tree puppets.

”Demon roundabout!”

Zhao Ba swung his big axe, and the falling sparks hit the tree puppet, making a crackling sound.

”Ugh...”

The tree puppets let out painful and distorted howls.

Although they have changed from ordinary treants to undead creatures, their resistance to fire attributes is still very low, and they are prone to higher damage from fire attribute attacks.

【Game Tips: You have used the special effect - Enchanting Enhancement, your fire attribute enhancement will increase! 】

Zhao Ba swung his left and right axes once, and he was able to kill the tree puppets by relying on his super high fire attribute enhancement.

After the tree puppets die, the flames on their corpses will not go out, and the flames will gradually grow larger.

The army of living corpses resists damage for Zhao Ba and attracts targets.

He killed this group of tree puppets without using too many special effects and skills, but the physical exertion was a bit heavy.

He raised his hand to decompose the flaming tree puppet corpses.

…

The tree puppet is a mutant elite monster, and it is extremely difficult to kill. If Zhao Ba hadn’t carried a living corpse on his shoulders, and he had an ax with a fire attribute attack, the fire attribute enhancement was high enough, and the battle would not be solved so easily.

Although the tree puppet did not bring Zhao Ba rich experience, Zhao Ba still got a lot of items.

【Name: Gloomy Wood】

【Quality: Rare】

【Effect: It can be used to make some special buildings, and it can also be used to make equipment. It has a wide range of uses and is extremely rare. 】

【Introduction: If you use this wood as a coffin, you can produce zombies; if you use this wood as a house, you can produce a haunted house. 】

When making the enhanced version of the dark magic tower, the magic mechanic Orgen mentioned to Zhao Ba that if the dark wood is used as the material, the power of the dark magic tower can be made stronger.

But at that time, Zhao Ba did not have dark wood, so he had to use ordinary wood instead of building.

Now he has the gloomy wood. After the system is updated, Zhao Ba can let Orgen upgrade the dark magic tower.

【Name: Corrupted Resin】

【Quality: Rare】

【Normal Effect: Consume this item and attach it to the weapon, which can make the weapon have dark attribute attack effect and poison attribute attack effect. for 3 minutes. 】

【Special Effect - Concentration: Combined with other materials, you can get concentrated corrupt resin. 】

【Introduction: It can be called ”corpse oil produced on trees”. 】

Ordinary Corrupted Resin has no effect, but its enhanced version ”Concentrated Corrupted Resin” is a legendary material, which can permanently add dark attribute attacks to weapons.

Most creatures in the main world have low resistance to dark attributes, and using dark attribute attacks can cause more damage.

After the system is updated, the concentrated resin can be sold at a good price.

As for the rare equipment Corrupted Tree Heart Staff, there is nothing to say.

It is nothing more than adding dark attribute attacks to skills or normal attacks. This is a bright spot, but other special effects are rubbish.

This is also what was thrown at the auction house.

”This is the direction!”

When Zhao Ba’s approached the center of the extra large room in Qingye Village, he took out the signpost pyroxene, and soon found that the signpost pyroxene was turning red.

In the distance, only a terrifying altar rose from the ground, spewing a thick breath of darkness into the sky, and a steady stream of undead creatures wandered around the altar.

And beside this altar, there is another altar that is bigger, but that altar is dilapidated.

”The altar was rushed out of the ground!”

Zhao Ba found that there were huge cracks all over the ground, and his doubts grew stronger.

The closer you get to the two altars, the stronger the light emitted by the signpost pyroxene.

Agnes’ signpost Pyroxene is also in the altar, but I don’t know what she is doing.

”Fortunately, he is not in the altar that has been activated, but in the damaged altar next to it.”

Zhao Ba said with relief, and then he entered the damaged altar.

When he finally saw another signpost, Pyroxene, he found the corpses of labyrinth creatures all over the place!

The signpost Pyroxene is held in the corpse of a labyrinth elf.

The corpses were incomplete, as if they had been cut off by a sharp sword, and there were no tree puppets around to eat these scattered corpses, and the edges of the corpses were arranged in a circle.

Zhao Ba looked down while approaching the gleaming road sign Pyroxene in the corpse, and he found that the corpse was located in the magic circle.

When his zombie subordinates wanted to approach the magic circle, they were stopped by an invisible barrier.

”These labyrinth creatures died under the protection of the magic circle, and the undead cannot enter. Who killed them?”

Zhao Ba pulled away the corpse of the labyrinth elf holding the signpost pyroxene, feeling heavy in his heart, but the corpse of the labyrinth elf was not Agnes.

That was a strange maze elf.

Her face was full of horror, as if seeing something extremely terrifying.

”Intruder, **** it!”

Just when Zhao Ba was about to take away the signpost pyroxene from the corpse, a powerful sword light suddenly fell from the sky!

When he learned that the labyrinth creature died under the protection of the magic circle, he knew that there might be enemies ambushing around, ready to attack him.

”Clang!”

The big sword slashed on Zhao Ba’s shield, countless fireworks burst out, and the booming sound could not be stopped.

”Bastard, dare to attack me!”

Zhao Ba swung his ax over, but the opponent couldn’t hold back, and he didn’t have a shield, so he had to forcefully take this Dragon Slash!

【Game Tips: Your skill Rising Dragon Slash hits the guardian who lost his mind, the judgment is passed, and the guardian who loses his mind is knocked into the air! 】

The person who was knocked into the air was a labyrinth elf. She was wearing armor, holding a big sword full of holes and rust in her hand, with scarlet shadows in her eyes, her face was as pale as paper, and her hair spread out like a banshee!

No wonder these labyrinth creatures died in the protective magic circle. It turned out that a traitor appeared in their team!
