Maze Survival: Only I Can See Hints

Chapter 5： Sell rice to build iron shields
Chapter 5 Selling Rice to Build Iron Shields

[The room in front is full of traps. If your hands and feet are flexible enough, like a wild cat, then you can get some special food by breaking through countless traps and avoiding countless cold arrows; in addition, as long as you have items that can block cold arrows , can also pass through that room. 】

【The environment of the room on the left is a tropical rainforest. Now is the breeding season for mountain leeches. If you rush in, you can provide fresh blood for the mountain leeches, and then turn into a mummified corpse. 】

[There is a puzzle wizard in the room on the right. If you are smart enough, you may be able to answer his puzzles and get rewards, but if you can’t answer them, you will be injured by his magic and die in the in front of him. 】

【There are two centaur archers in the upper room. If you rush in, you will be shot into a hedgehog. 】

【The room below is not bad, it’s an escape room. You might be able to pass through that room if you have hints, but it’s a pity that you lack key props and will only be trapped to death inside. 】

Zhao Ba looked at the prompts in the five directions, and couldn’t help but fell into deep thought. Whichever direction he went, there was great danger.

He was the first to reject the room on the left. When he watched the animal world, he knew what it was like to see leeches crawling all over the ground. He didn’t want to be sucked dry by leeches.

He is not going to answer the puzzles in the room on the right, because many of the puzzles in the game are related to the settings in the game, and it is still in the early stages of game development. Zhao Ba does not understand the settings of the game, so he will not go on an adventure.

There are two centaur archers in the upper room. He has watched and played the game of ”Warcraft” before, and knows that this thing runs fast and can shoot people. If he enters this room, he will only become the prey of the centaur, even if he The same goes for having an item that blocks arrows.

The room below Zhao Ba didn’t even want to look at it. It lacked key items. Now the person who has explored the maze the most is himself. If he doesn’t have it, the other players won’t either.

The only room that can be entered is the room in front. The prompt said that if you have a tool that can block cold arrows, you can also pass through that room.

”A tool that can block arrows?”

When Zhao Ba saw this, he couldn’t help but think of something, then opened the tool making system, let the game system classify, and finally found the tool with the resistance effect:

【Wooden shield: A shield made of ordinary wood, the defense effect is not very good, there is a certain probability of being pierced by powerful arrows, and the durability is not high. 】

【Leather Shield: A shield with wood as the core and a hard animal skin on the outside. It can block most damage, but it will still be pierced by some ordinary powerful arrows. 】

【Iron Shield: A shield with wood as the core and a layer of iron on the outside. As long as you have it, you will be invincible in the early stage before the durability is used up. Ordinary arrows cannot shoot through this shield. 】

…

In addition to shields, some armors can also resist arrow attacks:

【Cloth armor (requires design drawings): Wearing an armor made of cloth means that he can move flexibly, but it also shows that he has no defense. 】

【Leather armor (requires design drawings): The defense of armor made of fur depends entirely on the quality of the fur. The defense of leather armor made of the fur of low-level monsters is average. 】

【Light armor (requires design drawings): Armor made of materials such as ceramics has good defense at most positions, but the defense at the connection position of the material is average. 】

【Heavy armor (requires design drawings): Armor made of steel and other materials, wearing it, you are an indestructible iron can. 】

…

Zhao Ba didn’t have a blueprint, so it was impossible to make the armor, and even if he sold himself, he couldn’t make the material, but the shield could be made.

【Wooden Shield: Wood*5】

【Hide Shield: Beast Skin*3, Wood*5】

【Iron Shield: Iron*3, Wooden Hammer*1, Wood*5】

Iron shields need iron sheets to complete, and iron sheets can also be synthesized.

【Iron Skin: Iron Ore 10/5, Wooden Hammer or Iron Hammer 0/1, Charcoal 0/5 or Coal 0/5】

Note: Wooden hammer or iron hammer will not disappear after successful crafting, but will only reduce durability.

Now Zhao Ba has 10 iron ore, which can produce two iron sheets, and he can collect the iron ore that is not enough.

Iron hammers are impossible to have, but wooden hammers can be crafted.

【Wooden Hammer: Wood*2】

Coal can be collected in the auction house, but it is not necessary. Zhao Ba can use wood to make charcoal instead.

【Charcoal*5: Wood*1】

One piece of wood can make five charcoals, which is great value for money.

【Iron skin: iron ore 10/5, wooden hammer 1/1, charcoal 15/5】

Only 5 iron ores are needed, and Zhao Ba can make an iron shield. He opened the chat area and found that many players were unlucky. It wasn’t that they didn’t encounter the most needed water and food, but they were attacked by monsters.

Open the regional channel again, and there are only 834 people left.

The most content in the channel is the need for water and food. Zhao Ba thought for a while, and he didn’t have much water.

Although he has a small magic fountain that can continuously create water, the magic fountain lacks a water magic core.

He has a lot of food. Flour and rice can still support him for several days. There is no shortage for the time being, and they can be traded.

At present, some people only lack food but not water. Food is more important to them than anything else.

【Seller: Zhao Ba】

【Item: 100 grams of rice】

【Required: Water Magic Core*1】

【Required: Iron Ore*5 or Iron Skin*1】

【Total amount: 1】

When Zhao Ba put 100 grams of white rice on the auction house, it immediately caused a storm in the chat area.

”Am I not mistaken? Someone traded precious food? Is this a local tyrant?”

”I know what iron ore is, but what is a water magic core? Does anyone know?”

”The most precious things at this stage are food and water. This guy can actually take them out. Does he have a lot of rice at home?”

”I only have iron ore, but no rice. Can Brother Zhao Ba trade with me?”

The news on the world channel is flying all over the sky, and the speed of swiping the screen is so fast.

After seeing Zhao Ba’s message, many people also privately believed Zhao Ba.

”Mr. Zhao, I have a lot of wood, can you exchange 20 wood for 50 grams of rice?”

”Brother Ba, I am a famous little rich woman in Guangdong, and I am even more beautiful. As long as you give me 100 grams of rice, when the game is over, I will give you all the property including myself!”

”Dude, I don’t have iron ore or water magic core, but I have an iron sheet and a lot of sand. Can you give me 100 grams of rice?”

…

There are a lot of private messages, but no one trades the water magic core.

Zhao looked at it, but had no choice but to change the list and change one condition, first get the iron ore or iron sheet in his hand, and the water magic core will hang the list in the auction house first, and then trade after someone gets the water magic core.

【Seller: Zhao Ba】

【Item: 50 grams of rice】

【Required: Iron Ore*10 or Iron Skin*2】

【Total amount: 1】

…

【Seller: Zhao Ba】

【Item: 75 grams of rice】

【Required: Water Magic Core*1】

【Total amount: 1】

Zhao Ba changed the conditions, and the chat area became more popular. 10 iron ore or 2 iron sheets can get 50 grams of rice to make white rice. Isn’t that delicious?

In an instant, Zhao Ba got 10 iron ore.

After the payment disappeared, the World Channel is still hot, and countless people are lamenting that they did not get rice.

The number of people who trust Zhao Ba privately has not decreased. Among these people, there are even existences that Zhao Ba could not afford to climb before entering the maze, such as the boss of a large company, a popular star, and a powerful existence:

Ye Xiaofu: ”Boy, give me all your rice, and my family’s wealth of hundreds of billions will be shared with you by tens of billions.”

Leng Ruobing: ”Handsome guy, have you seen the movie I starred in? I played the most charming fairy, and I’m good at serving people. If you can give me 200 grams of rice, I’ll have **** with you.” Shame.”

Zhao Youquan: ”Hello, my name is Zhao Youquan, you may not have heard of my identity, but that doesn’t matter, as long as you do what I say...”

Zhao Ba didn’t care about it, and let them send it. He would not give away his own rice for nothing.

These people are powerful in the real world, but they are nothing in the labyrinth world.

Not many of them will survive.

After getting the iron ore, Zhao Ba started making it in a short while.

【Iron skin*3: iron ore 15/5, wooden hammer 1/1, charcoal 15/5】

【Game Tips: Congratulations on making 3 iron sheets! 】

【Iron Shield: Iron 3/3, Wooden Hammer 1/1, Wood 5/5】

【Game Tip: Congratulations on making an iron shield! 】

The iron shield is extremely large, and it is not very heavy in the hand, just like holding a heavier wooden board.

It is half a person tall, and Zhao Ba holds an iron shield in one hand and a stone spear in the other. If there is an armor, it will be the same as an ancient soldier.

【Iron Shield: A shield with wood as the core and a layer of iron on the outside. As long as you have it, you will be invincible in the early stage before the durability is used up. Ordinary arrows cannot shoot through this shield. 】

Now Zhao Ba can challenge the room full of traps!
