Chapter 173： What’s the date today?

The ocean of acid rain enveloped everything in this world, and the dazzling white light flickering with sunlight also made Lin Yue think for a moment that he had come to some isolated island in the sea.

The ocean of translucent acid rain is dyed by the blue of the sky, showing a translucent very light blue, but not so deep.

Lin Yue carefully observed and quickly came to the conclusion that it was only about one meter five deep. After all, it was only half the height of the outer wall.

Moreover, the water level seems to be constantly falling.

The smelting furnace was also soaked in acid rain, but it didn’t seem to be a big deal at the moment.

He stood on the roof and looked into the distance.

I don’t know if it’s because of the sea of acid rain, but now he can roughly see some outlines of the scenery far away.

The shadows of the towering mountains, the countless tower-like forests, and the countless hills that look like small islands, and even the shelters that look like little black spots, are all entering at this time. in his sight.

After taking out the scope and looking around for a while, Lin Yue suddenly found something huge!

”Giant creature?” He was surprised to find that the thing was not afraid of acid rain at all. It was extremely huge and was constantly moving in the distance.

Lin Yue was a little surprised.

Isn’t this acid rain a special acid rain that can erode the flesh, how could it be ineffective for that giant creature?

He took the scope and carefully pointed at the giant creature he had seen many times, constantly magnifying it.

But I still see that that thing is like nothing, moving in the acid rain sea that reflects the blue sky like a mirror, like a lonely floating island.

Lin Yue put down his scope.

He has seen the destructive power of this huge creature before, but from the information collected so far, it seems that it will not easily leave a certain range, as if it is guarding something.

However, when it comes to protecting something...

Lin Yue suddenly remembered something.

In the previous system 2.0 update, in addition to the update of this giant creature, there were also a lot of new and different content.

But looking at it now, except for one thing that never came out, everything else seems to have come out.

The so-called ”resources”!

The system said the word ”resource” at that time, and it was still ”random”.

Coincidentally, the place where the giant creatures appear is also ”random”.

Lin Yue had deliberately searched the group and the world channel to find out some information about this ”random resource”, but all that was displayed were discussions and questions about what the resource was and where it was. No one has seen it at all.

But now, Lin Yue felt that he seemed to have found the answer.

If not so...

Why do such large giant creatures only move within a certain range?

Wouldn’t it be interested in the sanctuaries in this wasteland?

”If you want to verify the answer and find the unknown resource, you have to kill the giant creature... By the way, if you kill it, what kind of treasure box will it explode?”

Now Lin Yue suddenly had such an idea.

This is because the experience of winning battles that has been continuously accumulated in the underground ruins and secret realms has given him the confidence to think in this way.

After all, it can be said that whether it is a repressive battle with the monster pterosaurs, tentacles or giant rats in the secret realm, or he has almost completely abused the lizardmen in the underground ruins, his fighting confidence today is not comparable to the past.

Diversified and multi-purpose weapons also make this confidence continue to grow.

All fear stems from a lack of firepower. With Xiaobai, tactical crossbow, M19 pistol, and sniper rifle, Lin Yue has a considerable advantage over the enemy in close, medium and long-distance battles.

Lin Yue thought about this, and realized that it was almost evening before he knew it.

He breathed a sigh of relief when the rain had stopped, and the disaster would be over in a few hours.

The third disaster, the disaster of acid rain and flood, passed without any danger.

Compared to the first snow disaster and the second earthquake, it was true that on this third time, he had to work harder than before, but overall, it was not that difficult.

If he had to say it, it was that he had more things to protect than before.

Whether it’s the little whites and little ice lizards at home, or a lot of supplies, or a lot of shelters, even two greenhouses, as well as those cars and planes, there are indeed more and more than the previous two. something to guard.

”It seems that after the water recedes, you really need to plan carefully.”

Lin Yue aimed his eyes at the scope again, ready to take another look around and go back.

However, at this moment, he suddenly discovered that just outside the outer wall of the second layer, where the original small lake was located, there were two large white objects floating on it.

The reflections, which may have been caused by too much sunlight, were not found before, but now the sun moved again, and he was able to find them.

”What is that? Cloth? However, this cloth seems familiar!”

Lin Yue suddenly remembered what the **** was this.

Two airdrop rewards for the last group leaderboard and the top leaderboard worldwide!

”My dear, I completely forgot about it, yes, even if I remember, I can’t get it under the acid rain.”

The airdrop reward for the person who is the first in the group leaderboard is a treasure chest. He knows this, and he has indeed delivered good things.

But what will the airdrop reward for the world leaderboard be? Is it a golden treasure chest?

Or, is it a platinum treasure chest?

Lin Yue suddenly became interested.

The copper treasure chest is tired of opening, the silver treasure chest is almost the same, and even the gold treasure chest is not unusual.

But it is the platinum treasure chest, which has only been opened once so far.

As for high-level treasure chests, he naturally refuses to come, and the treasure chest obtained by the world leaderboard can’t be worse.

”Not bad~ www.novelhall.com~ It seems that we can look forward to tomorrow after the water subsides.” Lin Yue rubbed his hands together and covered the board again.

In case the acid rain comes back again, it would be too funny that he missed such a piece.

By the way, what date is it today?

【Last calendar, 21st】

…

[Successful daily settlement of survival points: survival point +4612]

[Remaining survival points yesterday: 7259]

[Total Survival Point: 11871]

Oh, it’s the 21st.

Back in the sanctuary, Lin Yue saw that Xiaobai and the little ice lizards were waiting for him underneath, and he seemed to be very worried.

”It’s alright, just watch the scenery more.” Lin Yue patted them, then went back to the kitchen and unplugged the fully charged robot dog.

When Xiaobai heard the movement, they all ran over, and seemed to have followed the master as their only entertainment.

Lin Yue found the switch under the robot dog and pressed it lightly, and the display screen on its ”head” immediately turned on.

”Quack!” Xiaobai roared at it, as if he saw some mutant creature, full of hostility.

”It’s alright, it’s just a robot dog, Xiaobai will wait.” Lin Yue found out that the operating system was actually written in Tang language, which was easy to understand, and it also had its own system programming function, which was extremely simple.

Following his operation, the robot dog that was originally crawling on the ground suddenly made a slight mechanical roar, and then its four legs immediately stood upright.

”Did you succeed?” Lin Yue, who had set the program, watched with great interest as this high-tech thing lit up with a blue-white shimmer.
