Technological Empire Starts From Shanzhai System

Chapter 607: Hantang Technology, holding back its big move
The common people in Daxia naturally lamented even more. The meat of the global communication market has been eaten by 4G+ mobile communication technology.

In the future, when the 5G technology of Hantang Technology is launched, what will be left?

However, Hantang Science and Technology’s lack of action does not mean that Daxia has no action. When the time came to the beginning of November, Daxia made a move that shocked the world.

November 2, 2007, on this day, Daxia and a certain agency officially released the ”Regulations on the Interim Measures for the Export Control of Rare Earth Resources.”

In this regulation, the relevant institutions of Daxia have clearly stated that all exports of rare earths and processed rare earths and rare metals from Daxia must be approved by the relevant institutions of Daxia.

From then on, rare earths can only be exported overseas if they have been approved and passed the review.

The ”Regulations on the Interim Measures for the Control of Export of Rare Earth Resources.” It clearly shows that the rare earths under control are not limited to the rare earths that exist in the soil.

Export restrictions also include refined rare metals, and preliminary refined semi-finished rare earths are also subject to control regulations. It can be said that some people’s little thoughts have been directly lost.

And this news naturally succeeded in causing a sensation all over the world, and everyone knows why Daxia came up with this thing.

This reason must be countermeasures against overseas control of rare metal prices!

Faced with this situation, countless people in Daxia were naturally excited, and Daxia finally stiffened up.

Of course, although many people with lofty ideals feel that they have come up with the ”Regulations on the Interim Measures for the Export Control of Rare Earth Resources.”

Some are too sharp and do not conform to Daxia’s previous strategy of self-cultivation and rest, but they are also very happy.

After all, the current Daxia rare earths are sold to overseas countries at ultra-low prices, and then foreign countries refine these rare earths into rare element forms and create special alloys.

Sell it back to everyone at tens or even hundreds of times the price, but countless people of insight in the Great Xia feel distressed and aggrieved.

At this time, Daxia finally paid attention to rare earths, and came up with the ”Regulations on the Interim Measures for the Export Control of Rare Earth Resources.”.

Next, the outflow of rare earths will definitely be fundamentally resolved, and rare earths will still flow out by then.

But at that time, the price was no longer the price of white water as it is now, but the price comparable to gold, which belongs to the reasonable price that rare earth elements should have!

So whether it is the people of Daxia or the people of insight, they are all in ecstasy, and they are infinitely proud of Daxia’s tough behavior.

In this regard, many people who were aggrieved by the suppression of Han and Tang science and technology were also slightly relieved.

Big Xia didn’t forget about Hantang Technology, and even came up with the “Regulations on Interim Measures for Export Control of Rare Earth Resources” specially for Hantang Technology. This really made everyone very happy.

However, if there is a positive, there will be a negative. At this time, the price of rare earths was soaring, and Daxia came up with the ”Regulations on the Interim Measures for the Export Control of Rare Earth Resources.”

Now the price of rare metals has soared to a level that is jaw-dropping. Take refined lithium metal as an example.

Currently, battery-grade lithium carbonate is an example. The price of lithium carbonate has soared to 920,000 yuan per ton. No one can accept such a high price.

You must know that in 2022, countless people will lament the price increase of batteries, and the price will only be 500,000 per ton.

Now the price has risen to 920,000 tons, which is even more terrifying than in the previous life, which is unacceptable.

What is this price performance?

The specific performance in the market is that the price of one battery can buy half the price of an electrical appliance.

This is how irrationally expensive the prices of rare element metals are.

But whether it is reasonable or not, the price of rare element metals has indeed reached an incredible level.

And in the foreseeable future, it is a good thing that the price of rare elements can be reduced to half of the current level. It is estimated that this price will continue for a period of time in the future.

After all, since Daxia came up with the ”Regulations on the Interim Measures for the Export Control of Rare Earth Resources.”, the price of rare earths cannot return to the original price.

So this time Wall Street seems to have gained a temporary advantage, but in fact it has cheated all the manufacturers of special alloys and lithium batteries in the world.

So invisible, Lin Xuan can be regarded as a certain degree of glory for the country, he successfully changed the history of rare earth outflow.

Also managed to keep a huge amount of rare earth in Daxia. After all, the current rare earth collection is the kind of hysterical collection.

Because various foreign companies know that rare earths cannot always be ignored by Daxia.

So even if they don’t have time to refine it, they still have to dig it back to their place and store it.

Among them, the island countries strictly implement this inexhaustible pre-existing strategy, so they are clearly rare earth-scarce countries in later generations.

But the amount of rare earths they actually control can rank among the top ten in the world. This is because they have been implementing a rare earth hoarding strategy that has not changed for decades!

Now, because of the technology of the Han and Tang Dynasties, compared with the original 2011, Daxia really paid attention to the control of rare earths, which is a full 4 years earlier.

Although the four years are short, considering the hysterical mining of various overseas companies, the rare earths that can actually be stored are very scary.

So Hantang Science and Technology is a hero. He changed the world invisibly and successfully stopped the outflow of rare earth 4 years in advance.

Although many of these rare earths cannot be refined due to technical reasons, these rare earths cannot be useless forever.

If Daxia finally finds a suitable refining technology, if it needs to be used in the future, it will be found that the rare earth has already been sold to the island country or other countries at the price of cabbage.

Countless people in future generations will be poked in the back. This is not for those developers, but for this entire generation!

So Lin Xuan is a great hero, he is a great hero of Daxia!

But at this time, Lin Xuan didn’t care about these things, and the whole Hantang Technology didn’t care about them either.

At this time, the goal of Hantang Technology is undoubtedly to develop optical quantum computers, 5G mobile communication technology and artificial intelligence!

So although Daxia made a lot of noise, Hantang Technology did not make any statement and still worked hard to practice internal skills.

In this way, the time passed slowly, and the next time will naturally be your singing and me appearing on the stage.

During this period, no matter which product point is launched, Hantang Technology seems to be ignorant, and is still practicing hard.

Time passed 6 months in a blink of an eye, and the time quietly came to May 2008 of the following year.

During these six months, Pingguo Company released the second-generation Pingguo electric vehicle supporting L4 autonomous driving technology in February as scheduled.

The launch of Pingguo’s second-generation electric vehicle naturally shocked the world, and countless people shouted that Pingguo will rise, but is this really the case?
