My Three Wives Are Beautiful Vampires

Chapter 1152: Someone from the Bloodline.

”... The reason he looks like the Emperor is because he is his ancestor,” Shiva replied. ”Victor Elderblood was once a human named Victor Walker, and it is normal for humans to have several generations of beings before them. What I did was simply choose one who was his ancestor and adopt him as my son.”

”You made a deal with a Primordial.” Kali immediately understood that if someone had the authority to tamper with the Akashic Records and retrieve someone who had already been dead for years, that someone was The Primordials. Considering that Shiva only has souls as something valuable to these beings, the Primordial he made a deal with was The Judge of Abyss.

If this Primordial was convinced to work with other Primordials... It becomes obvious that such a thing was possible. At least, Kali thinks so. She was not as knowledgeable about the matter as her husband or Empress Violet.

”Exactly.” Shiva nodded. For this deal, he had to give away many souls he had in stock.

”You tried to create another irregularity like my husband.” Kali accused.

”No.” Shiva denied with a flat face. ”I tried to create someone who had at least 20% of his talent. Even if he only had 10% of the Emperorʼs talent and potential, I would be happy. I wanted a warrior, and therefore, I used a ritual that would adopt him as my blood, making him a demigod.”

”The Imperial Princesses proved that his talent could be passed down, so that was what I was trying to do,” Shiva said.

Honestly, he was a little envious of Victor. How could he have so many talented children? He did not know how many children he had, but just those who appeared in the Empire were all overflowing with latent potential. It was like looking at a bunch of raw jewels parading in front of him, and he could do nothing about it. It was frustrating.

If he took just one of these children for the pantheon, the future would be bright... Or, realistically speaking, the pantheon would disappear under the wrath of many angry dragons.

”But unfortunately.” He looked at the boy: ”He is not what I expected, but since I brought him back, I would not abandon him, and here we are.”

”Here we are indeed.” Kali felt her headache return. Sometimes, she thought Shiva could be as bad as Indra. Did he not think this would offend the Emperor?

Even if there were a possible chance that this would not offend the Emperor, this action would definitely offend his daughters, or even his more obsessed wives. Just look at Kassandra now: she was staring at the boy with a deadly gaze. If she were not holding her back, the boy would already have turned to dust, and she was certain that she would not stop at just the boy.

Just because he looked like her father was already a huge offense to Kassandra. Now, he looked like her father and had the appearance of the man in front of her becoming even worse than an offense. It was an existential affront to her. The boyʼs existence filled her with profound disgust.

[Victor, I need you here.] Kali did not know how to deal with this, so she simply called Victor himself.

[I am on my way.]

The atmosphere visibly dropped, ignoring all barriers as if they did not even exist. Victor descended here personally. Not a projection of him, but the Emperor himself in flesh and blood entered Shivaʼs temple.

When Victorʼs immense presence descended, everyone in the pantheon felt it. He was not trying to hide himself, after all.

”Lord Shiva!!!” The gods came running into the temple, looking at the man with long hair made of pure miasma, his eyes glowing crimson-violet with fear.

”Leave.”

”But-.”

”I said, leave.” He spoke more forcefully.

”...” The gods swallowed hard and nodded.

The first thing Victor did upon arriving was caress his daughterʼs head and calm her emotions.

”Father...” She grumbled. She said nothing and simply pointed at the boy.

”I know, my dear. I know.” He smiled gently.

”Mm…” She hugged him and acted spoiled while smiling gently.

Kali rolled her eyes. ʼIt is always like this. He only needs to arrive, and they all become spoiled children again.ʼ She was already used to these things since practically all the daughters seemed to be born with the same brain process: father first, mother second, and the rest did not exist if her father did not say they existed.

Kali would not deny it; she felt a little envious of this. She wanted her daughter to act like that with her too: ʼI was the one who carried you in my belly for years! Your father didnʼt have to deal with that! Itʼs unfair.ʼ She grumbled.

”Stay with your mother,” Victor ordered.

”Mm.” And like a duckling following obediently after their parent, she immediately obeyed and stayed beside her mother while her eyes stared at her father as if nothing else existed.

When Victor looked at the boy, his eyes immediately activated, and he saw all his truth: his past, present, and future. ”I understand, and I think I would have ancestors in ancient England.” He saw that the boy in front of him had lived around 1760, right at the beginning of Englandʼs Industrial Age.

His name was Veylan Valentin Walker, a hardworking man who did everything to give his family a better life. Looking at his life, he realized that he and his ancestor had quite a few similarities, both in the way they acted and in the way they thought. Many things were different, which was obvious. After all, they were not the same, but his central motivation was quite similar to Victorʼs.

ʼDied at 76 after moving to the United States, huh.ʼ After finishing seeing his ancestorʼs life, he looked gently at the frightened boy and spoke:

”You lived a long life, boy.”

”... Huh? What do you mean, sir?”

And just those words gave Victor everything he needed to understand what was happening to him. ʼI understand, they copied the records when he was young, so he has no memories.ʼ Instead of calling this boy his ancestor, the more correct thing to say was that he was the exact copy of his ancestor retrieved from the Akashic Records. His ancestor had already been dead for a long time.

ʼInteresting, even the Primordial cannot do something that I did with Hana. This will be useful.ʼ Victor thought.

Victor did not answer. He simply knelt down and caressed the boyʼs head, and smiled gently at him.

”...” Looking at a face so similar to his own and seeing his actions, somehow, he felt very comfortable.

ʼIs he my father?ʼ The boy thought, and these thoughts almost made Kassandra destroy him right there.

ʼMy father doesnʼt have any sons!!! Donʼt get ahead of yourself, boy!!!ʼ Kassandra clenched her fists angrily.

[Quiet.] Kali ordered her daughter.

[Ugh.] Kassandra grumbled.

”You were deceived in this deal, Shiva.”

”... Huh?”

”Well, technically, you werenʼt deceived. You must have asked, I want Victorʼs Ancestor or something like that. You should have made the sentence more specific. This boy is indeed my ancestor, but he is only his record. It is like a set of data brought into reality and molded with your divinity. He is not truly present here.”

”Look, regardless of which ancestor of mine he is, he would have to have some kind of talent for combat. This is something I have already understood about my bloodline.”

The reason Victor researched his bloodline was that his daughters were far too abnormal. Some were pure anomalies of nature, like Kassandra. Yes, perhaps it was because he was a dragon god, but that did not explain why all his daughters were so talented. After some experiments with Ruby and Aline, he discovered that his human bloodline had something that, with every passing generation, amplified the individualʼs potential. It was like the Zenkai boost happening slowly through thousands of years of evolution.

With every generation, an individual of his bloodline would have more potential than the previous one, and the accumulation of this bloodline created an abnormality in Victor: he was born with a blood deficiency, RH Null blood, a very rare blood type, named golden blood.

Technically speaking, Victor should have died young. If he had not been transformed into a Vampire, he would have died as a weak human. Though Victor thought that this would not have happened because if Violet had not transformed him into a Vampire, Leona, his childhood friend, would have transformed him into a Werewolf. One way or another, he would have been transformed into a Progenitor of one of the supernatural races.

This was his ʼdestiny,ʼ which was a fixed point in time. The Victor, who was outside the universe, ensured that nothing changed this destiny.

Another discovery was that the predatory blood characteristic was only enhanced by his dragon and vampiric sides. This characteristic had already existed in his bloodline to a lesser degree for a long time. Would this change anything going forward? In fact, no. This was simply Victor discovering more about himself.

”The reason he has no talent at all is because he really isnʼt here with his physical body, but only a very realistic counterfeit.”

ʼThis is fun. Shiva really surprised me. I never would have thought someone could do this to try to replace me.ʼ Victor never believed Shivaʼs claim that he did not want to create another Victor. He was not that foolish, but this was something to make contingency plans for. He needed to deal with the Akashic Records somehow.

”I understand... That explains everything.” Shiva nodded.

”Kali will replace you as Leader of the Pantheon, and when the war begins, you will be on the front lines,” Victor spoke in a flat tone, and his expressionless eyes said that this was not a request but an Order. What Shiva did here was already enough reason to cause a war. ”This is the only reason I did not take back the knowledge I gave you. You will be on every battlefield, and you will protect the Empire with your body.”

ʼI will make sure you are on every dangerous battlefield.ʼ Victor was a vengeful being by nature. He would not let this go, and everyone here knew that.

”... Understood, Your Majesty.” Shiva did not try to argue about it. In fact, this was quite a light punishment considering that the other side could have killed him, and he was not afraid of fighting.

”As for this boy... Just rest, my ancestor. You have already lived a long and satisfactory life.” He gently touched the boyʼs head, and then his body slowly began to dissolve into white lights.

As he disappeared, Veylanʼs appearance slowly changed into a younger version of Victor. The divinity Shiva had given him left his body as his confused gaze slowly changed into understanding and became heavier with the weight of the age of someone who had died old. With a smile, the boy looked at the man very similar to himself: ”Thank you.”

”I am the one who should thank you. Without you, I would not be here.”

As soon as the boy disappeared, Victor looked at Kali with a neutral and emotionless gaze: ”Take care of everything, my wife. And let this not happen again.”

”... Understood, my husband.”

Between husband and wife, few words were necessary for one to understand the other. Kali knew very well that Victor was not satisfied at all with what had happened. If it were not for his consideration for Kali, Shivaʼs punishment would not have been so ʼlenient.ʼ He would have been stripped of his divinity and killed on the spot.

Kali knew very well that she had no other chance. She had to control everything to ensure that nothing like this happened again.

Kassandra quickly separated from her mother and jumped onto her father. She looked at her mother for a few seconds and smiled disdainfully:

[You screwed up, Mom, Kishishishi.] She stuck her tongue out at her.

Veins popped on Kaliʼs head, and she clenched her fist angrily.

[Respect your mother.] Victor spoke heavily.

[... Yes, Father.] She shuddered and immediately said: [Iʼm sorry, Mother.]

Kali gave a forced smile. [See you at home, my daughter.]

It was at this moment that Kassandra knew she was screwed. Since she was screwed anyway, she decided to make the most of her fatherʼs pampering! And if she was going down, she would not go down alone!!!

[FATHER, My mother was being very friendly with that man!!!] The level of pettiness of this girl was the same as Victorʼs. She was, indeed, his daughter.

”Oh…?” Victorʼs eyes visibly darkened.

[Kassandra!!!]

[We will settle this at home, Kali.]

Soon, Victor and his daughter disappeared, leaving Kali and Shiva alone.

”.....” Shiva swallowed hard when he saw his friendʼs anger growing like a volcano erupting.

Kali could not hold herself back anymore: her daughter provoking her, Shivaʼs idiotic attitude, this entire situation was far too irritating, and she had someone perfectly healthy to vent on.

”Clench your teeth, Shiva.”

”Damn it.” Shiva immediately prepared himself for the beating he was going to receive.
