I am God LSLCCF

Chapter 323: God Yinsaiʼs Release

The Mythological Gate of Asai, God of Knowledge and Truth, was located at the edge of the Dream Realm. The closest landmark to it was an indescribably massive, broken black shell.

That was the Abyss.

Yet, this proximity was merely a matter of perspective. The Dream Realm itself lacked many distinct landmarks, making any sense of distance relative.

Asai stood within the Gate of Truth, gazing toward the mortal world and into the distance. He was thinking about the scene from when he had sent away his motherʼs beautiful life dream.

He remembered how the Divine Boat had stopped before the gate and how he had waved goodbye to his mother.

”Where will the Divine Boat take motherʼs beautiful dream?” he wondered.

”Will it be with all the Trilobite Man, with those people from Rolling Stone Town?”

”Will her old friends be beside her dream?”

”Will the maid from the mayorʼs house be there? And the neighbor who always liked to speak ill of others? Will there be...”

Asai thought about many things. It was precisely because of these thoughts that he had chosen to send his motherʼs dream away.
When we are young, we hate many people.

We hate our hometown.

But in the end, most people still yearn to return to the place where their lives began, hoping to embark on the journey home together with those they once knew.

At that moment, Polik appeared beside Asai and spoke to him.

”God Asai, another Third-Rank Witch Spirit with great potential has appeared.”

”They possess the potential to become an apostle.”

A servant who could become an apostle through their own qualifications was worth cultivating for any demigod.

Asai asked, ”How many does that make?”

Polik replied, ”This is the ninth one.”

Third-Rank Ability Users were once incomparably scarce, like mortal representatives of gods.

But with the growth of the population, advancements in technology, and the progress of civilization, their presence became increasingly common.

They could be found across the world in Suinhor, the Land of Sunrise, the Royal Court of Ten Thousand Serpents, the Avel Peninsula, and even the Winged Peopleʼs Land of Light.

Asai, the God of Knowledge and Truth, thought for a moment, then nodded to Polik.

He knew what Polik meant. He also knew what the Temple of Knowledge and its Witch Spirit servants wanted.

Asai finally spoke, his voice calm and resolute.

”It is time.”

”The Art of Godʼs Grace can be passed on to them.”

The Art of Godʼs Grace originated from the Trilobite Man, whose power system differed greatly from that of the current era. For instance, advancing to the Second Rank required the use of Sun Cup Flowers, while the Third and Fourth-Rank forms also had distinct variations.

If Witch Spirits wanted to break through to the Fourth Rank, the method they used would require changes to the Art of Godʼs Grace.

Having received Asaiʼs approval, Polik continued.

”It is time for Fourth-Rank Witch Spirits to emerge.”

Witch Spirits originated from Xiuborn and were passed down through Yafuan. Now, they were about to enter a new stage.

The Third Rank would no longer be their pinnacle. Although Yafuan had once used the Bone Demon Transformation Secret to step into the Fourth Rank, that was a Bone Demon, not a Witch Spirit.

Asai already had an idea in his heart.

”The Fourth-Rank power of Witch Spirits must evolve beyond the Divine Grace Puppet of the Trilobite Man. It should reflect the essence of the Gate of Truth, embodying the pursuit of knowledge and truth.”

”As the God of Knowledge and Truth, they are not merely my followers. They are my companions on this journey.”

”Together, we will seek the ultimate understanding of knowledge and truth.”

Asai then spoke of other mythological powers. ”The Gate of Spirituality uses spirituality to access the original power of spirit and flesh, opening the ability to modify and interfere with supernatural life.”

”The Gate of Desire manifests oneʼs desires, creating alchemical artifacts and changing oneself through external objects.”

”So, what will the power ultimately possessed by knowledge, the power representing the Gate of Truth, be like?”

Polik looked toward the God of Knowledge and Truth. ”You already have an idea.”

The Avel Peninsula.

More than two hundred years had passed since King Sidi led the Avel people to migrate here.

The Avel Dynasty that King Sidi had once established began to decline after being passed down through several generations. Now, it was almost in name only.

The Avel Kingʼs decrees could only be maintained in the few cities near the royal capital.

Places farther away were beyond his reach.

The major cities formed different alliances, and their struggles against one another grew increasingly fierce.

The differences between them also became more obvious.

Some cities thrived as maritime powers, carrying forward the seafaring traditions of the Avel people.

Others rose to prominence through formidable armies, where military strength dictated leadership.

Meanwhile, some cities flourished in trade and commerce, with merchants wielding influence and shaping public discourse.

This vast territory gave birth to various schools of thought, and many professions emerged and gradually flourished.

There were nobles, divine servants, scholars, poets, painters, musicians, craftsmen, mercenaries, merchants, and more.

This activity caused a scene reminiscent of a hundred schools of thought contending on the Avel Peninsula.

The political system and royal authority of the time were no longer capable of allowing a single family to govern and unify such a vast territory in this era of ancient civilization.

However, divine power could.

Amidst the turmoil, the Temple of Knowledge remained steadfast. Ironically, the ongoing struggles only bolstered the authority of its divine servants, solidifying their influence even further.

Whenever city lords or alliance leaders took their roles, it was always under the watchful eyes of the Temple of Knowledge. Their succession required divine approval, ensuring their legitimacy in the eyes of the people.

Over time, the Temples of Knowledge expanded their influence. The authority of divine servants grew beyond matters of faith, allowing them to shape the succession of city rulers and even play a role in crafting regional laws.

Asai chose not to intervene in these changes, nor did he attempt to enforce stability on the Avel Peninsula to preserve a facade of order.

He believed that change was a path to hope and progress. If the time came, he was willing to guide the Temple of Knowledge through its own transformation.

This kind of demand for change also showed signs on Ruhe Beast Island, just not as obviously as on this peninsula and in the new world.

In the Royal Capital.

Although the city was becoming increasingly prosperous, it was permeated with the twilight atmosphere of a setting sun.

The nobles indulged in their lavish lifestyles, turning a blind eye to the crumbling dynasty around them. To them, none of it mattered as long as their pleasures remained untouched.

Even most of the descendants of the Avel royal family were the same.

The common people at the bottom were sunk in bitter, day-to-day labor. They did not know about change and regarded all suffering as ordinary.

Heaven and purgatory.

Both appeared in this one city at the same time.

On this day, the interior of the Temple of Knowledge in the royal capital was in complete chaos.

The life of this generationʼs Divine Blessed One and Chief Divine Servant had long since run its course. His time had ended decades ago, yet he endured, clinging to life and holding the Avel Dynasty together against the tide of collapse.

Everyone could see that his death would bring enormous changes to the entire Avel Dynasty.

Therefore, although the Temple of Knowledge was in chaos, it maintained calm on the outside. No one dared leak the news that the Divine Blessed One was about to return to the godʼs realm.

A Land Dragon pulled a luxurious carriage to the Temple of Knowledge. Inside was the current Avel King.

”Hurry up!”

”Move faster!”

”Donʼt slow down!”

The Avel King was anxious, even panicked.

He knew well that the primary reason he remained on the throne, and why the Avel Dynasty had not yet fallen, was the presence of a Divine Blessed One within the Avel family.

This was the grace bestowed upon King Sidi by the God of Knowledge and Truth, but now this grace was about to disappear.

The divine had favored the Avel family for more than a hundred years.

It was coming to an end.

The cloaked Snake Person king descended from the carriage and went directly into the depths of the temple. While in the carriage, he was panicked and uneasy, but once he stepped out, he forcibly maintained his composure.

Before long, other important figures of the Avel family also arrived one after another.

In a dark, secret room, only members of the Avel family and the close ministers who had served them for generations remained.

Out in the corridor, soldiers and divine servants stood in layered formations, maintaining a vigilant watch.

A fireplace burned in the room. On the bed lay a Snake Person so old he could not even open his eyes.

He could no longer sit up, but the powerful force and pressure emanating from his body still made people fear him.

The old Snake Person sensed something and asked, ”Is everyone here?”

The leading Avel King looked around. ”Everyone is here.”

The old Snake Person turned his head, squinting at the people kneeling below.

Although most of them were not his descendants, they were all his relatives.

He should have returned to the godʼs realm long ago. He had forcibly remained in the mortal world for so long because he could not let go of these descendants of the Avel family.

”I gave you time, but you did not seize it.”

”I am going to the godʼs realm.”

”The divine will choose the next Divine Blessed One. They will act as the divineʼs representative in the mortal world, carrying out the divineʼs will and wielding its power among mortals.”

”No matter what you think, and no matter who you are, you must all acknowledge their position and power.”

The descendants of the Avel royal family prostrated on the ground. At this moment, they raised their heads one by one, whispering among themselves.

The Avel King was the first to ask carefully, ”Will the divine choose someone from the Avel family?”

Another rotund Snake Person hurriedly added, ”The divine will definitely choose someone from the Avel family, right?”

The Divine Blessed One of the Avel family opened his eyes. A powerful force pressed everyone against the ground, unable to move.

”What?”

”Do you want to command the divine?”

”Who the divine chooses is the divineʼs will.”

”It has nothing to do with you.”

”Everything belongs to the divine, not to the Avel family. You must understand this.”

The Divine Blessed One looked at these younger descendants, his voice extremely cold.

It seemed as if he wanted to slaughter them all on the spot.

But in the end, his tone gradually changed.

It became helpless, and he shook his head.

”Help me up.”

”Lying here like this... what does it look like?”

”Let these fools see how their ancestors differed from them, and how the ancestors of the Avel family faced desperate situations. They certainly would not grovel on the ground like this.”

”Besides, what kind of problem are you even facing now?”

He could not get up by himself and needed others to help him.

Passing through the curtains, he came to the chair at the highest part of the room.

The old Snake Personʼs tail coiled around the base below as he leaned against the heavy chair.

All the prostrating people immediately adjusted their positions to face him.

The Divine Blessed One took a long, pained breath.

But he forced himself to rally his spirits.

His gaze gradually sharpened. He wanted to greet his end with the best appearance.

He looked at the book that had always been beside him.

It was a book that had been read until it was damaged beyond recognition, its edges blackened.

”When I was young, I used to lie beside my grandfather and listen to his stories.”

”He told me tales of Yafuan, of Echilio, and of Nia.”

”He was truly a remarkable king.”

”He possessed a kingʼs magnanimity, a kingʼs talent, and a kingʼs responsibility.”

”What kind of desperate situation did their generation face? Yet they could still find that thread of hope.”

”What sacrifices did they make to achieve what they have today?”

”And you? What have you done?”

”You have nothing.”

The Divine Blessed One stared at the people below. ”You were born in the best of times. Because of this, you have lost those things that truly belonged to the Avel family, the things that belonged to the descendants of King Sidi.”

Many royal family members wailed. The Avel King looked at the Divine Blessed One.

”Great-grandfather.”

”Are you just going to watch us like this? Watch the entire Avel Dynasty collapse?”

”We cannot leave you!”

The Avel King shouted, ”Those traitors, those ambitious rebels!”

”They all deserve to die.”

”It was the Avel family that gave them everything, but they know nothing of gratitude.”

”Great-grandfather, you should...”

The Divine Blessed One raised his hand, his index finger drawing a line in the air.

The Avel King could not say another word.

”How ugly.”

”Clearly a king, yet you make such pathetic wails.”

”A true king can face his own failures. He can look straight at the most painful endings.”

”But the wails of the incompetent are just ugly. They make people want to vomit.”

He looked at King Sidiʼs autobiography on the table. The light that had just appeared in his eyes gradually dimmed.

The Book of the Witch Spirit in his body slowly burned to ashes.

Lacking mythological organs and unable to bridge the gap between mortals and apostles, their mortal flesh remained vulnerable to the decay of time.

He no longer looked at the Avel King but instead instructed the other family members present.

”Royal power fades, but the divine endures.”

”Dynasties rise and fall, but the gods remain eternal.”

”From now on, the Avel family splits into two branches. You will completely sever connections with each other.”

”One branch will abandon its noble titles and join the Temple of Knowledge. You will use all resources to support those with talent.”

”If you can support a Third-Rank divine servant, the Avel family can maintain its inheritance for more than a hundred years.”

”If...”

”In the future, if a Fourth-Rank apostle can emerge, then the Avel family can continue for a thousand years.”

”As for the royal family, that depends on your own abilities.”

He had already made these arrangements long ago.

One branch of the Avel family had already separated from the royal family, but his words now made the division final.

One branch still inherited the kingʼs rights.

One branch completely separated from the main family, becoming an Ability User family.

The Divine Blessed One looked at everyone and spoke with a solemn tone.

”Bloodline does not determine if you can rule a nation or be a great king. But it does reveal whether someone is destined to serve the divine.”

”The divine does not require you to be a king...”

”But if you can be faithful and devoted believers...”

The Divine Blessed Oneʼs voice grew faint, his words halting.

”The divine...”

”...will surely favor you.”

As his words fell, the Divine Blessed Oneʼs head drooped.

His body burned like paper pages, turning to ash.

The firelight carried his phantom through the Dream Realm, toward the kingdom of the God of Knowledge and Truth.

The Dream Realm.

The Divine Blessed One of the Avel family walked with firelight around his body. The Witch Spiritʼs shell gradually dissolved, slowly transforming him into a Ghost Race.

Witch Spirits were life forms that advanced from the Ghost Race. When their lifespans ended, they naturally became Ghost Race again, returning to the world within the Gate of Truth to become a part of truth itself.

The firelight carried the transparent shadow, swiftly passing through the Dream Realm toward the heights above.

Out of nowhere, a figure emerged, stepping into the shadowʼs path and halting his advance.

The Divine Blessed One was stunned. He had not expected someone to block his way on the short path to the kingdom of the God of Knowledge and Truth.

The one blocking the path was a black-haired girl. She wore a flower crown and leaned forward, her feet folded together in a flying posture.

”Excuse me!”

”Do you know where the kingdom of the God of Knowledge and Truth is?”

Before he could answer, the girl asked again.

”Youʼre a Witch Spirit, right?”

”And youʼre in this area, so you must be a believer of the God of Knowledge and Truth.”

The girl looked like a great detective, thinking her reasoning was perfectly logical.

”See?”

”I didnʼt get lost. The kingdom of the God of Knowledge and Truth is right here.”

”We found someone to give us directions. Weʼll reach it soon.”

Puppet Oran was encountering this form of Witch Spirit for the first time and curiously examined the other party.

”Hmm?”

The Divine Blessed One raised his head, looking toward the space above them.

Then he extended his hand and pointed upward.

Above, at the highest point, was a spot of light.

If one looked closer, one could see it was a massive gate.

Wasnʼt it right overhead?

Did she still need to ask?

The girl saw the Divine Blessed Oneʼs gesture, looked up, and discovered the Gate of Truth.

She immediately pointed there and shouted, ”Ah!”

”So itʼs right above our heads!”

With no one blocking the path, the two headed toward the Gate of Truth together.

Polik stood before the gate, ready to receive this generationʼs Divine Blessed One from the Avel Peninsula.

The Gate of Truth opened a crack, transforming into light that fell upon the Divine Blessed One.

But when the light fell, it illuminated two figures below.

Polik was stunned at first. As the second figure approached, he immediately recognized her.

”A Wood Nymph!”

However, this was not the nymph named Nymph Florrie from last time, but another one.

Polik understood at once. This must be Saint Raphael, the divine messenger that Sukob, the leader of the Wasteland Witch Spirits, had mentioned would be visiting.

Saint Raphael flew to the front of the Gate of Truth, landing on the steps below the mythological gateʼs base.

Polik immediately came down the steps to greet her.

He bowed. ”You must be Lady Saint Raphael.”

Suddenly, a brilliant light flared. A demigod surrounded by mythological radiance emerged beside Polik. The Gate of Truth groaned as it slowly swung open, unveiling the world within.

Saint Raphael carried her leather case. She first looked at the Trilobite Man Ghost Race who had greeted her. ”You must be Polik, the one Nymph Florrie mentioned.”

Then, looking at the youth with Godʼs Form, wearing a hat and holding a cane, she said, ”And you must be God Asai, the God of Knowledge and Truth.”

This was the first time Asai had seen a Wood Nymph. He had still been in slumber when Nymph Florrie arrived.

”It is an honor to be remembered by the divine messenger.”

”Nymph Florrie brought us flower branches last time, and they were a tremendous help to me.”

”I am very grateful to her.”

Without Nymph Florrieʼs flower branches, he might not have awakened.

He might never have found his motherʼs life dream.

Saint Raphaelʼs face lit up at the mention of her friend.

”Yes, yes!”

”Sister Nymph Florrie is wonderful. She loves helping others more than anything.”

Polik lowered his head humbly. ”And this time, you have brought us God Yinsaiʼs guidance.”

Asaiʼs demeanor shifted, his expression growing thoughtful.

Saint Raphael, recalling her purpose, straightened up. ”Ah, yes! I almost forgot. I came here to discuss something important.”

Before the Gate of Truth, Asai knelt in silence, his heart heavy with reverence. For the first time, he felt the weight of divine guidance from God Yinsai.

In his youth, he had often imagined standing in a divine hall, with God Yinsai reaching out to declare him chosen.

Though it had been nothing more than a youthful dream, the moment now felt surreal, as if the fantasy had come to life.

Even his own name, Asai, used a character from the name Yinsai. This was common among the Trilobite Man and Snake People, who used parts of a deityʼs or great personʼs name for their children, believing it would bring divine protection.

He had never thought that one day he would truly hear a divine oracle from God Yinsai.

Saint Raphael spoke slowly, but Asai was mentally dazed, as if he were still in a dream.

Only with the final few sentences did he fully return to his senses.

Saint Raphael solemnly recited, using God Yinsaiʼs speaking rhythm.

”When they establish divine kingdoms in the mortal realm!”

”When they transmit divine grace and wisdom to the mortal world!”

”The wisdom fruits will naturally descend.”

Asai lifted his gaze, his eyes meeting the radiant figure of the holy girl.

He murmured softly, ”God Yinsai truly is... just as the myths say.”

In the myths of God Yinsai, he was a benevolent deity who gave guidance to mortals time and again.

Those were the myths Asai had heard in his youth, about God Yinsai, about King Redlichia, about King Yesael.

He just never thought that one day, he himself would become a myth.

After finishing the divine guidance, Saint Raphael did not immediately leave.

”Lady Saint Raphael, would you like to step inside and explore?” Polik asked, extending an invitation. ”We have been eagerly awaiting your arrival and have prepared everything.”

Saint Raphael hesitated, then shook her head. ”Oh no, I canʼt accept gifts just like that. It wouldnʼt feel right.”

Still, the idea of exploring the inside of a mythological gate intrigued her. ”But I wouldnʼt mind taking a look around,” she added with a curious smile.

Saint Raphael followed beside the God of Knowledge and Truth, chatting with him about what she wanted to discuss.

Puppet Oran followed beside Polik, heading into the City of Knowledge to visit.

Walking on the Sea of Knowledge, Saint Raphael spoke of her other purpose.

She was somewhat embarrassed and hesitant.

”Iʼm not just an ordinary nymph anymore. Iʼm a Storage Nymph.”

”Itʼs like Sister Nymph Florrie. Sheʼs a Letter Nymph, and her duty is to deliver letters.”

”My role is to create a Dream Realm Storage Spirit Realm. It allows everyone to store items effortlessly, which is incredibly convenient.”

Saint Raphael first praised how amazing her Storage Spirit Realm was.

It would be even more amazing in the future.

She then turned to Asai. ”Right now, only the alchemists from the Land of Sunrise are using it. But the Scarlet Goddess has already agreed to let Suinhor use it too.”

”So, I came this time hoping you would also agree to let the people on the Avel Peninsula use my spirit realm.”

”This way, I can collect enough Storage Light of Wishes to perfect my spirit realm faster.”

Saint Raphael did not hide her purpose, and this unaffected approach gave a better impression.

Asai would not refuse such a thing. It would benefit both him and the Avel people.

It was something with only benefits and no drawbacks.

”I am very willing!”

”I think no one would refuse such help, or the goodwill from a Wood Nymph.”

”Thank you, Saint Raphael. Your kindness will be remembered by all Avel people.”

”You truly are a beautiful and generous nymph.”

Saint Raphael was very happy. ”God Asai, you really are a good person. Sister Nymph Florrie said your servant is a good person.”

”I figured if the servant is a good person, the deity must be good too.”

Asai glanced at Polik in the distance, who looked back from afar.

The two could not help but laugh together.

Saint Raphael then continued, ”Before, when I received your letter, I said the same thing.”

Asai was stunned. ”What letter?”

Saint Raphael said immediately, ”You wrote me a letter!”

”You asked me to deliver a letter to the Dream Starry Sea, but I couldnʼt find anyone at the time.”

Asai looked at the Wood Nymph before him and finally understood. ”So it was you who replied to my letter.”

Saint Raphael nodded. ”Thatʼs right, thatʼs right, it was me.”

Saint Raphael was obviously a curious person. She remembered this and immediately asked again.

”By the way, God Asai, did you ever find the person you were searching for?”

Asaiʼs expression was complex, tinged with sadness.

”I found her.”

Saint Raphael was happy for him. ”Really?”

”Thatʼs wonderful.”

The Wood Nymph had been thinking about this matter and was very excited to have an answer, so she asked another question.

”Can you tell me how you found her?”

”I couldnʼt find her in the Dream Starry Sea. I thought you had made a mistake!”

Asai looked at Saint Raphael and expressed his gratitude. ”Being able to find her was thanks to you.”

Saint Raphael was now confused, scratching her head.

”Thanks to me?”

”But I didnʼt find her at all!”

Asai told her, ”It was because you didnʼt find her that you told me where she was.”

This was too complex, too difficult for Saint Raphael to understand.

But it also made her even more curious.

”God of Knowledge and Truth,” Saint Raphael said, her curiosity evident. ”Could you tell me what happened? Iʼm really eager to know.”

”Who were you looking for? And why did my not finding her tell you where she was?”

Asai said to her, ”This story is very long, and itʼs not a happy one.”

Saint Raphael seemed to understand something. Her excited voice calmed. ”Would telling it make you sad?”

Asai said to her, ”The sadness doesnʼt come from the story itself, but from the past it holds.”

He paused, meeting her gaze. ”And the hardest part is that in the end...”

”Even those painful memories, those regrets we carry...”

”They turn into nostalgia.”

”We canʼt go back. We canʼt undo whatʼs been done. And somehow, those imperfect moments become the ones we miss the most.”

Asai had originally been hesitant.

But as he spoke, his expression softened into a relieved smile.

He told his story.

It was a story spanning two lives, belonging to two people.

One was named Anhofus, the other, Asai.

The story had many people, good people, bad people, and those in between whose nature could not be clearly seen.

”In the end, I stood there watching as the Divine Boat sailed away, waving goodbye to her.”

Saint Raphael listened with tears streaming down her face. She seemed sadder than Asai.

”So, in the end, you chose to let her go. Why?”

Saint Raphael looked at Asai, her face stained with tears. ”Why?”

”Why didnʼt you keep her by your side? That was your mother!”

”You were separated for so long. You missed her so much.”

Saint Raphael thought that if she were in Asaiʼs place, she would have done everything possible to keep the other person close.

To her, it would not be a possession or a fleeting moment. It would be everything that mattered.

Asai was much more free-spirited than Saint Raphael. Although he looked young, he had the composure of a scholar.

He spoke methodically, and when telling stories, he always seemed to be talking about someone else.

”Because she doesnʼt belong here.”

”She should find peace, together with all the Trilobite Man, with the people from Rolling Stone Town.”

But when he reached this point, his emotions suddenly shifted.

”I am her son. I love her.”

”So I should not imprison her even more.”

Asai clasped his hands together, turning to look at Saint Raphael.

Noticing her puzzled expression, Asai decided to share a tale from the Royal Bloodline Samo family. It was a story that carried more truth than the Hymn of the King of Wisdom.

It was a myth.

Yet, for those who lived it, it was simply a story. Only for those who came after did it transform into legend.

”Did you know?”

”Even God Yinsai went through moments like these.”

Saint Raphaelʼs eyes widened, and she shook her head.

Even though she was from the Creatorʼs Domain, she was a being of this era. Everything she knew came from books and spiritsʼ words.

To her, God Yinsai was an existence ancient and great beyond imagination.

She did not know the stories of God Yinsaiʼs past, much less what he was like.

Asai told her, ”Long, long ago...”

”When the Trilobite Man still lived at the foot of the Pyramid Temple, the King of Wisdom, Redlichia, had many children.”

”Among them was one named Ense.”

”He was the eldest son of King Redlichia, born with all of his fatherʼs expectations.”

Asai told the story of King Redlichia and his eldest son.

In the Hymn of the King of Wisdom, this story was condensed into a single sentence.

”God said,” Asai narrated, his voice steady yet tinged with a solemn reverence.

”Redlichia.”

”The chasm of desire will not be satisfied just because you give enough, and the mountain of resentment will not disappear just because you bestow grace.”

Asaiʼs retelling of the story added depth and detail, revealing the divineʼs moments of vulnerability and helplessness.

Ense committed the crime of wanting to kill his father for the throne.

King Redlichia personally killed his own eldest son and witnessed his queenʼs death from illness.

King Redlichia finally passed the Crown of Wisdom to King Yesael, opening a new era for the Trilobite Man.

The Trilobite Man left the God-Given Land, the paradise the divine had given them.

They also opened their own civilization.

When Asai recalled this story, his mood was completely different.

”The King of Wisdom said to God Yinsai.”

”Oh, God.”

”The time has come for us to let go.”

”I should let go, and You should let go too.”

Asai thought of his mother, of that simple, happy life dream that was almost like a farce.

He thought of her figure and her fierce scolding.

”Ense was the eldest son of King Redlichia, and King Redlichia was the eldest son of God Yinsai.”

”Even Yinsai, in the end, had to let go.”

”Itʼs not that He couldnʼt hold on.”

”But rather...”

Asaiʼs voice choked up a bit, but his face carried a smile.

”Some things cannot be held onto.”

”Itʼs not that they canʼt be held, but because we respect their will.”

Saint Raphael had heard the Hymn of the King of Wisdom, but this was her first time hearing such details and such an interpretation.

She could hardly imagine this was about the great Creator Yinsai.

”So in this world, even God Yinsai has times when He cannot have everything?”

Asai and Saint Raphael had now walked to the temple.

Asai looked down from the templeʼs heights, seeing Polik and Saint Raphaelʼs puppet. They were in the library, browsing through books.

He saw the puppet and seemed to see into the heart of the nymph before him.

He spoke to Saint Raphael with seeming meaning, his gaze flickering.

”Because people are not objects.”

”Because when Yinsai bestowed wisdom upon life, He simultaneously granted free will.”

”So,” Asai continued, his voice steady and reflective, ”when someone is born with wisdom, they are destined never to fully belong to anyone.”

”Even if you are a deity. Even if you are Yinsai.”

He finally said, ”Wood Nymph Saint Raphael from the Creatorʼs Domain...”

”When itʼs time to let go, we must all learn to let go.”

The Wood Nymph did not fully understand, only nodding.
