Dimensional Keeper: All My Skills Are at Level 100

Chapter 1561  Encountering a DEVIL!

”There are humans hiding here!”

A thunderous voice rang out from the battlefield.

”Kill them!”

The devils had seen them.

Maxʼs expression changed immediately. ”Run!” he shouted without hesitation.

The group reacted at once, turning and fleeing as fast as they could. However, moving as a unit slowed them down, and their formation made it difficult to escape quickly.

Behind them, a terrifying presence surged forward.

The devils were already closing in.

Within moments, one of them appeared before the group, cutting off their path.

It was the first time they stood face to face with a true devil.

The creature towered over them, its body massive and grotesque, as though it had been forged from darkness itself. Its skin was a deep, unnatural black, yet faint crimson lines pulsed beneath it like veins filled with molten blood. Its limbs were long and distorted, ending in clawed hands that seemed capable of tearing through space itself.

Its face was even more horrifying.

A twisted, humanoid structure stretched into something inhuman, its mouth split wide into a permanent grin filled with sharp, uneven fangs. Its eyes burned with a sinister red glow, devoid of emotion, filled only with cold killing intent. Two red glowing horns atop their head making their face even more terrifying.

Around it, a suffocating aura spread.

The moment it appeared, the air grew heavy, pressing down on everyone like an invisible weight. It was not just power.

It was death.

A dense, oppressive energy radiated from the devil, carrying with it a sense of absolute destruction, as though anything standing before it would be erased without resistance.

The group froze for an instant.

This was no ordinary enemy.

This was a being that existed on an entirely different level.

Everyone froze the moment they saw the devil standing before them. Even though the aura it released was only at the peak of the Law Refinement Realm, the mere fact that they were facing a true devil sent a fear through them that they had never experienced before.

It was not just the pressure of strength. It was something deeper, something instinctive, as if their very existence was rejecting the presence of that being.

Only Max and Luna remained composed.

Max stood calm because the authority of his Primordial title naturally resisted the oppressive aura of the devil, washing away the pressure that would have otherwise weighed heavily on him. Luna, on the other hand, had been trained within the War God Palace to face life and death situations, and although her expression was serious, her mind remained steady.

ʼWe have to deal with this quickly,ʼ Max thought, his mind moving rapidly as he extended his Dimensional Sovereign Body to scan the surroundings. Through it, he could already sense more devils approaching from behind. ʼIf we delay even for a moment, we will be completely surrounded.ʼ

With that realization, Max made a swift decision.

”Everyone, be ready to run,” he said sharply, his voice cutting through the tension.

As his words fell, Max finally drew out the Dragonheart, the legendary sword of the Sword Sovereign.

The moment the blade appeared, an overwhelming pressure spread through the surroundings.

”This sword…” Lunaʼs eyes widened as she recognized it instantly. Even without confirmation, the sheer aura emanating from the weapon made it clear that this was no ordinary blade. It was the Sword Sovereignʼs weapon.

Max did not hesitate.

He unleashed the full power of his two thousand Draconic Essences.

In an instant, a violent surge of raw strength coursed through his body, his presence rising sharply as his power reached a new peak. Yet he continued further.

”Vein of Origin, open.”

”Vein of Vitality, open.”

With those words, two of his Seven Divine Veins were fully activated. Their power erupted without restraint, amplifying his already overwhelming strength to an even greater level.

A terrifying pressure burst outward from him.

The air trembled.

The ground beneath his feet cracked and collapsed, forming a shallow crater as the sheer force of his aura pressed down on everything around him. Even the members of his own group were forced to step back, unable to withstand the intensity of his presence.

This was merely the result of him releasing the full power of his two Divine Veins.

And yet, it was already enough to make the battlefield itself respond.

Lunaʼs eyes narrowed the moment she felt the violent surge of power rising from Maxʼs body. The intensity of that strength was beyond what she could easily comprehend. Even she, standing at the peak of the Law Refinement Realm, felt a trace of fear stir within her as she sensed the sheer force he was unleashing.

All of this happened within a single breath.

The devil had no time to react.

At that instant, Maxʼs gaze locked onto his target, his focus sharpening to an extreme degree as he activated the Black Dragon Inferno Furnace Art. Deep within his body, the twin lotus shaped cores ignited, blazing with immense energy.

As they burned, a new wave of power surged through him, amplifying his strength to a level far greater than anything he had displayed before.

Yet he did not stop there.

Max released his Concept of Severing Sword.

However, this was no longer a simple concept.

It had already begun to evolve into a half-baked cosmic path, and the moment he invoked it, that half formed path was triggered instinctively. The change was immediate and profound.

All emotions vanished from his mind.

The tension of the battlefield disappeared. The approaching devils no longer mattered. Even the danger surrounding his group faded into nothingness.

His thoughts stilled.

His mind entered a state of absolute calm or the right word would be a state of emotionless.

This was the true nature of his path. A path that severed everything, including fear, hesitation, and distraction.

”Thousand Star Severing,” Max spoke softly, his voice devoid of emotion.

In the next instant, his body blurred into a streak of black light.

Before anyone could comprehend what had happened, Max had already moved past the devil and appeared behind it.

The devil remained frozen for a fraction of a second, its expression unchanged as if it had not yet understood what had just occurred.

Then—

A clean line appeared across its body.

In the next moment, its form split into two, the halves collapsing lifelessly onto the ground.
