Rebellious Lord of All Realms: Su Chen's Dark Harem

The old site of Yunlan resolves worldly grievances; the wind-borne wings defy the gods and determine this life.On the journey to the former site of the Cloud Mist Sect, Yun Yun remained silent throughout. She wore an elegant white dress, her fingertips unconsciously stroking the Wind Sword at her waist—the token of the Cloud Mist Sect Master, and a shackle she found difficult to cast off. Ever since being summoned, the guilt of abandoning her Sect had followed her like a shadow, especially seeing the other Sisters all having clear destinations and beliefs; the confusion in her heart grew heavier.

“Sister Yun Yun, why aren’t you saying anything?” Xiao Wu noticed her dejection and skipped over to her side, her pink rabbit ears twitching slightly. “Is the old site of the Cloud Mist Sect very beautiful? You must have been very majestic when you were the Sect Master, right?”

Yun Yun managed a forced smile, her eyes tinged with melancholy: “The Cloud Mist Sect of the past was indeed prosperous, but it is ultimately the past. Back then, to protect myself, I abandoned the Sect. Watching the disciples become displaced and the Elders die in battle... I have never been able to let go of this guilt.”

Su Chen walked by her side, his black-gold eyes filled with understanding: “Giving up doesn’t mean cowardice. Given the situation then, if you hadn’t left, you would have only sacrificed yourself in vain. True responsibility isn’t about clinging to a broken Sect, but about resolving the remaining grudges, letting the dead rest in peace and the living find tranquility.”

“But how can those grudges be so easily resolved?” Yun Yun sighed softly. “The descendants of the Elders who betrayed the Sect, and the families who were implicated by the Cloud Mist Sect, all harbor resentment toward me. After so many years, I’m afraid it has already become an incurable problem.”

“With us here, don’t be afraid.” Su Chen’s voice was steady and powerful. “We are accompanying you back not to wallow in the past, but to help you shed your shackles and truly live for yourself.”

The Sisters also spoke up to comfort her: Kushina patted her shoulder, saying bluntly, ’Let the past be the past, what matters is the present’; Ah Yin’s Blue Silver Grass gently wrapped around her wrist, transmitting warm life energy; Ning Rongrong smiled and promised, ’With the amplification of my nine treasures, even the greatest grudge can be resolved.’

Traveling west, they finally arrived at the former site of the Cloud Mist Sect on the border of the Jia Ma Empire. The Sect that once shook the region was now nothing but ruins: the pillars of the collapsed main hall were covered in moss, the stone slabs of the martial arts field were shattered, and the Sect’s plaque hung crookedly, the three characters for ’Cloud Mist Sect’ blurred by wind and rain. Only the mountain wind still howled, carrying a faint scent of dust, as if recounting the glory and loneliness of those years.

Yun Yun stood before the ruined mountain gate, her eyes turning slightly red. Memories flooded back like a tide: back then, she wore the Sect Master’s formal robes, receiving the disciples’ homage in the main hall; she instructed disciples in wind-type Spirit Abilities on the martial arts field; she discussed matters with the Elders in the Sect’s back mountains... Now, things had changed and people were gone, leaving only a scene of devastation.

“Yun Yun! You traitor! You finally dare to return!”

Just then, several figures rushed out from the ruins, led by a middle-aged man dressed in black, his eyes full of hatred. Behind him followed dozens of people, all elderly, weak, women, or children, carrying faint spirit power fluctuations—clearly the descendants of the Cloud Mist Sect’s disciples or Elders from that time.

“It’s Elder Liu’s son, Liu Yan!” Yun Yun recognized the leader, her gaze darkening. “Back then, Elder Liu betrayed the Sect and colluded with foreign enemies. Although I failed to deal with him personally, I never owed his family anything.”

Liu Yan roared, his spirit power exploding as Wind Blades condensed around him: “You have the nerve to say that! If you hadn’t abandoned the Sect, how could my father have been hunted down by enemies? If the Cloud Mist Sect hadn’t been destroyed, how could we have become homeless dogs? Today, I will avenge my father and all the Cloud Mist Sect disciples!”

With that, Liu Yan waved his hand, and the people behind him began to circulate their spirit power. Spirit Abilities like Wind Blades, fireballs, and vines flew toward Yun Yun. Their strength wasn’t great, but their moves carried a desperate resolve, clearly the result of years of pent-up hatred.

“Stop!” Su Chen took a step forward, his black-gold God-Defying Power condensing into a barrier, blocking all the Spirit Abilities. “Grudges have their rights and wrongs; blind revenge will only hurt more people. Elder Liu betrayed the Sect first, and Yun Yun abandoned the Sect after. The ones you should truly hate are the enemies from back then, not her.”

“Why should we believe you?” Liu Yan roared. “If it weren’t for her cowardice and retreat, how could the Cloud Mist Sect have fallen to such a state?”

“I can prove it.” Yun Yun took a deep breath, the confusion in her eyes fading, replaced by determination. She raised her hand, and white Wind Wings unfolded behind her as Wind Blades condensed into a long, thin band of light. “I can explain everything that happened back then, but if you insist on fighting, I will not sit and wait for death—not for the position of Sect Master, but to protect those by my side.”

Su Chen watched the change in her eyes, his black-gold gaze filled with gratification. He turned to the Sisters and instructed, “No one needs to take action. Let Yun Yun resolve this grudge herself; this is a hurdle she must cross.”

The Sisters nodded and watched quietly from the side: Hinata activated her God-Defying Byakugan, keeping an eye on Liu Yan and the others’ movements to prevent any trickery; Xiao Yi Xian released a pale green Poison Mist that only lingered around them without harming anyone, serving as a warning; Ning Rongrong’s Nine Treasure Glazed Tile Pagoda hovered above her head, ready to provide amplification should Yun Yun encounter danger.

Yun Yun held her Wind Sword, her figure flashing as her white Wind Wings flapped, moving through the ruins like a graceful white bird. Her wind Spirit Abilities were precise and restrained, only neutralizing the opponents’ attacks without harming them in the slightest. Liu Yan’s Wind Blades were easily split by her, and the Spirit Abilities of the others were diverted by her wind power, causing no real damage.

“Look clearly!” Yun Yun’s voice echoed through the ruins. “If I hadn’t left back then, I would have only been besieged by enemies, leading to even more disciples being sacrificed. After I left, I have been looking for a chance for revenge. Now, the companions by my side can help me avenge the Cloud Mist Sect and make the enemies of that year pay the price!”

As she dodged the attacks, she slowly recounted the truth of that time: how Elder Liu had colluded with enemies and leaked the Sect’s defensive deployments; how she had chosen to temporarily withdraw under the dilemma to preserve strength; and how she had traveled everywhere these years looking for an opportunity to avenge the Sect.

Liu Yan and the others’ attacks gradually slowed, and the hatred in their eyes began to waver. They weren’t unreasonable; it was just that years of displacement had left them in desperate need of a target for their frustration, and Yun Yun, the former Sect Master who ’abandoned the Sect,’ had become their obsession.

“Is what you’re saying true?” Liu Yan’s voice held a hint of uncertainty, his Wind Blades stopping in mid-air.

“Every word is true.” Yun Yun sheathed her Wind Sword, and her Wind Wings slowly folded. “I can swear to the heavens that if there is a single lie, let me be consumed by the backlash of wind power and have my soul scattered.”

Just then, the sound of galloping hooves came from afar, and a team dressed in black galloped toward them. The leader was none other than the descendant of the enemy who had colluded with Elder Liu—the chief of the Black Wind Stronghold. Having learned that Yun Yun had returned to the Cloud Mist Sect Ruins, they had come specifically to pull up the roots and eliminate the problem.

“Yun Yun! I didn’t expect you’d actually dare to return! Today, I’ll send you and these remnants on your way together!” The Black Wind Stronghold Chief laughed wildly, his spirit power exploding as black Wind Blades carrying thick killing intent swept toward Yun Yun, Liu Yan, and the others.

Liu Yan and the others’ faces changed drastically; their strength was no match for the Black Wind Stronghold. In this moment of crisis, Yun Yun unfolded her Wind Wings again, blocking them: “I said I would avenge the Cloud Mist Sect. Today, I will make these people pay their blood debt!”

“Sister Yun Yun, we’ll help you!” Xiao Wu was the first to rush forward, her pink spirit power merging into the God-Defying Power.

Su Chen no longer stood by either; black-gold god-defying wings unfolded behind him, echoing Yun Yun’s white Wind Wings: “Yun Yun, I’m with you.”

The Sisters all took action: Xiao Xun Er’s Colored Phoenix Fire scorched the Black Wind Stronghold disciples, Zi Yan’s Dragon Phoenix Flame swept across the battlefield, Zhu Zhuqing’s Shadow Blade precisely harvested vitals, Ah Yin’s Blue Silver Grass bound the enemies, Kushina and Hanabi’s chakra blades attacked in crosses, Qing Lin’s snake swarm laid an inescapable net, Xiao Yi Xian’s Poison Mist corroded the enemies’ spirit power, and Karin’s healing halo protected everyone.

Su Chen and Yun Yun fought side by side, their black god-defying wings and white Wind Wings intertwining, Wind Blades and God-Defying Power merging to form a black-and-white net of attacks. Su Chen’s God-Defying Scepter cleaved out a black-gold light blade, and Yun Yun’s Wind Sword condensed a white Wind Blade. The two light blades intertwined, instantly shattering the Black Wind Stronghold Chief’s defense and heavily wounding him.

Seeing this, Liu Yan and the others also activated their spirit power and joined the battle. Although they weren’t strong, they had struggled on the border for years and had rich combat experience; now, for the sake of revenge, they gave it their all.

The battle ended quickly, and the people from the Black Wind Stronghold were completely annihilated. Liu Yan walked up to Yun Yun and bowed deeply: “Sect Master Yun Yun, we misunderstood you. You’ve suffered these years.”

“There’s no need to call me Sect Master.” Yun Yun shook her head, the guilt in her eyes finally dissipating, replaced by relief. “From now on, I am no longer the Cloud Mist Sect Master, just Yun Yun.”

She turned toward Su Chen, her white Wind Wings unfolding again and gently touching his black god-defying wings. In a close-up shot, the white Wind Blades and black-gold God-Defying energy intertwined to form a faint band of light. Within the light, the patterns of their wings wrapped around each other like an inseparable bond.

In a medium shot, Su Chen and Yun Yun stood side by side in the ruined main hall of the Cloud Mist Sect, their black and white wings spread. Wind Blades and God-Defying energy cleared the dust from the hall, revealing the Sect Master’s throne from years ago. Sunlight poured in through the broken roof, illuminating their figures and the relieved faces of Liu Yan and the others.

“Su Chen, thank you.” Yun Yun turned to look at him, her eyes full of tenderness and determination. “It was you who made me understand that there’s no need to force past grudges; what’s important is finding the person truly worth protecting. Before, I was the Sect Master of the Cloud Mist Sect, carrying the responsibility of the Sect; now, I am just your Yun Yun. I only want to be by your side, using my Wind Wings to shield you from the wind and rain and to charge into battle for you.”

Su Chen raised his hand and gently held hers, his black-gold eyes full of doting: “From now on, my god-defying wings will take flight together with your Wind Wings. On the path of nishen, we will walk side by side, and I will never let you be lonely again.”

In a panoramic shot, within the ruined hall of the Cloud Mist Sect old site, the light of the intertwined black and white wings grew more and more brilliant. Liu Yan and the others knelt outside the hall, thanking Yun Yun and Su Chen for avenging their blood feud. The Sisters watched the embracing pair, all showing gratified smiles.

Yun Yun’s bond mission was complete, and the shackles in her heart were entirely removed. Looking at Su Chen and the Sisters, her heart was filled with an unprecedented sense of determination and belonging. Next, only Medusa’s bond mission remained, and the third Shrek battle to torment Xiao Ling was about to begin.

“It’s time for us to set out,” Su Chen said. “To the Petrification Altar to help Medusa unlock the Petrification Origin, and then to Shrek Academy to give Xiao Ling a lesson he will never forget.”

“Right!” The Sisters responded in unison, following Su Chen as he turned to leave the Cloud Mist Sect Ruins. In the ruined hall, the lingering charm of the intertwined white Wind Wings and black god-defying wings had not yet dissipated, much like the bond between Yun Yun and Su Chen, which, having weathered the dust of time, had finally become firm and pure.
