Gao Wu: Infinite Entries, Starting from Killing the Enemy to Plunder

31: The beast is on the rampage! Battle against the Darkin Fire Dragon!“Attention all students, the Martial Champion competition will conclude early. Armed airdrop pods will launch in ten minutes. Please find a safe location and wait!”

This voice echoed from all the students’ wristbands.

The four thousand students in the arena seemed to grasp at a lifeline.

“Finally, rescue is here! Two people in our team have already died!”

“Stop talking nonsense, let’s hide on the high mountain first. They’ve sent people to rescue us!”

“Wuwuwu, I want to go home, I don’t want to be the Martial Champion anymore…”

Across various terrains, the examinees orderly sought places to hide, some on high mountains, others in caves.

Above the atmosphere, many airdrop pods could vaguely be seen.

These airdrop pods, equipped with Laser weapons, slaughtered the approaching Vicious Beasts one by one!

The students boarded the airdrop pods at an extremely fast speed.

Soon, hundreds of students were out of danger.

The large armed airdrop pods had a high carrying capacity; each could hold over a thousand people. After rescuing one wave of students, they immediately sought out the next.

Inside the airdrop pods, many students were still shaken.

Faint sobs could be heard.

“Damn it, why did the Vicious Beasts suddenly go berserk? I’m the only one left in my team…”

“Was your team also chased by that Dragon?”

“Yes, that Dragon was like a madman. It barely bothered with other Vicious Beasts but absolutely had to kill any human it saw.”

“Who on earth provoked it?!”

However, some students opened their wristbands to check their scores.

“Although it was a mess, I got a good score. After this, I’ll have plenty of schools offering admission.”

“Hahahaha, I was lucky, I got ten thousand points!”

“But the first-place person is still very strong, with eighty thousand points. How many Vicious Beasts did he kill for that?”

The examinees chattered, all relieved to have survived the ordeal.

Not far away.

Lin Wu also heard the news.

So he immediately opened his wristband to check his ranking information.

Because he hadn’t killed any Vicious Beasts for the past few hours, Lin Wu had already fallen out of the top five hundred.

“No, I can’t withdraw so early. My ranking is too low.”

“Although I got a Bloodline, the Martial Champion is clearly a more valuable prize.”

Looking at the airdrop pods flying in the distance, Lin Wu chose to move away, following the wristband’s guidance to find that Darkborn Flame Dragon!

Above the airdrop pods, the staff members were puzzled.

“Why isn’t this student fleeing for his life? Is he just crazed with killing?”

“Don’t worry about him. There are plenty of fearless people. If he wants to seek death, let him. We’ll continue to rescue others.”

...Lin Wu kept running.

At this moment, the Darkborn Flame Dragon had entered a berserk state. It pursued Lin Wu’s aura, casually eliminating any humans it encountered along the way.

This was a feeling of hating the house and its crow.

Many students lost their lives to it.

Of course, Lin Wu was unaware of these things.

After a full ten minutes.

Lin Wu finally found the Darkborn Flame Dragon.

As the saying goes, when enemies meet, their eyes turn red with fury.

And Lin Wu also noticed a difference in the Darkborn Flame Dragon.

“It’s gone berserk, why does its aura feel stronger?”

Lin Wu immediately checked its panel.

Sure enough, it had an additional white trait.

[Berserk (White): Consumes vital essence to gain a certain power boost.]

“Indeed…”

Lin Wu could feel that the Darkborn Flame Dragon’s strength and speed had increased by about ten percent.

“This guy is really going all out.”

But thinking about how he had eaten its eggs, Lin Wu said nothing more.

“Blood Flame Spear!”

“Dark Gold Flying Knife!”

Lin Wu held the Spear in his right hand, and the Dark Gold Flying Knife circled around him.

The Darkborn Flame Dragon, without a word, directly unleashed a fiery breath, flames soaring at over a thousand degrees!

Lin Wu immediately dodged!

Then, the Darkborn Flame Dragon glided down from the sky, intending to heavily injure Lin Wu with the aid of gravitational potential energy!

“That’s a nice thought!”

Lin Wu directly thrust his Spear.

Clang!

The Darkborn Flame Dragon paused.

Lin Wu was sent flying back over ten meters.

“Too hard,” Lin Wu felt the internal injuries in his body, a trace of blood’s taste in his throat.

Lin Wu extracted a small revitalizing pill from the System.

These were all treasures he had plundered from Luo Ji and the others... After consuming it, his injuries immediately recovered.

Then he took another Foundation Establishment Pill!

Lin Wu felt the surging energy within his body and stood up again.

“The strength is still a bit lacking.”

“Although the Blood Flame Spear’s armor-piercing ability is not weak, it’s limited to twenty times steel. This Dragon is twenty-five times…”

“But the Rainstorm Pear Blossom Spear can pierce armor!”

Lin Wu started running.

His only advantage at the moment.

That was his speed: fight if he could win, run if he couldn’t.

The Darkborn Flame Dragon swooped down again.

Its speed, for an instant, even matched Lin Wu’s!

Lin Wu leaped up from his spot, and the Darkborn Flame Dragon slammed heavily onto the ground.

This was a good opportunity!

The Dark Gold Flying Knife was manipulated, rushing towards the Darkborn Flame Dragon’s eye at extreme speed!

Clang!

The Darkborn Flame Dragon didn’t have time to close its eye. By the time it reacted, a flying knife had already pierced its eye.

Lin Wu raised the Blood Flame Spear, channeling his Qi and blood into it, causing flames to burn fiercely!

“Next is your other eye.”

As long as he blinded its eyes, he could then use the Rainstorm Pear Blossom Spear’s armor-piercing ability to break through its scales!

The Dark Gold Flying Knife was pulled out.

The Darkborn Flame Dragon turned and spat a fireball.

A golden fireball surged forth, carrying deadly high temperatures. Lin Wu used the Blood Flame Spear to deflect it!

At this moment, one of the Darkborn Flame Dragon’s eyes was blinded, leaving only the other.

Just as it was about to move its body, it saw Lin Wu already closing in!

Facing such a predicament, it had no time to counterattack and quickly used its wings to guard its head.

Clang!

It was the sound of metal clashing.

Lin Wu had put all his strength into this strike!

The Darkborn Flame Dragon was actually pushed back a few steps!

Lin Wu, however, struck while the iron was hot, continuously striking with his Spear.

Clang! Clang! Clang!

The sound of metal colliding rang out.

The Darkborn Flame Dragon actually retreated step by step. A person at Body Refining fifth stage actually suppressed a tenth-tier Vicious Beast!

Then, it let out a furious roar, and then swung its tail with all its might!

Condensing all the kinetic energy in its tail!

Lin Wu had no time to dodge.

Clang!

This blow was simply too heavy. Lin Wu’s strength was already slightly inferior, so he couldn’t resist it at all!

Under such immense force.

Lin Wu was once again sent flying dozens of meters, falling to the ground and remaining motionless for a long time.

The Darkborn Flame Dragon roared furiously again. It knew this was a good opportunity; the human in front of it seemed to be heavily injured, and now was the time to deliver a fatal blow!

It flew into the sky, then glided down to charge again!

If it hit, it was convinced that the human in front of it would surely die!

Lin Wu still didn’t move.

But... just as the Darkborn Flame Dragon spread its wings and glided.

“Dark Gold Flying Knife!” Lin Wu opened his eyes!

A flying knife shot out!
