Netori: Stealing The Hero's Party!

Chapter 698: The Visit And Reunion

The Mistress rarely left her den of comfort, but today was different. Tired of having her body licked and fucked raw by virgin offerings, she ventured out into the city to attend to an important matter. Her business had been lacking as of recent days, and her informants had thinned. Sure, the succubi all answered to her and seduced and fucked people far and wide, it was no longer about people’s souls or the pleasure, but survival through any possible means.

An army was marching through the city, and she didn’t know why exactly. Unfortunately, the king couldn’t be contacted due to the tightened security, forcing her to visit an old informant’s house and share a cup of tea with his sister while waiting for him.

”I didn’t know he worked for you.” With a smile, Lincy brought the Mistress a cup of tea, completely unaware as to who this deceptively refined lady truly was. ”You should’ve visited us a long time ago, I would’ve loved to host such a pretty lady as a guest, ahaha~”

Masking her social anxiety with a laugh, Lincy took a seat opposite whom she thought to be her brother’s employer.

Smiling back at her, the Mistress lifted the teacup and brought it closer to her lips.

”No need for compliments, he left my employ a while ago.”

”What?!” Unintentionally slamming her hands on the table, the demi-human girl stared at the succubus intensely. ”When?! He didn’t tell me anything about this!”

With a chuckle and a wave of her hand, the Mistress gestured for the girl to settle down. Realizing how she was acting, Lincy did just that with an added apology as a whisper.

”It was a while ago, and don’t worry, he’s still working–just for someone else.” The Mistress continued to comfort the puppy girl for a while longer, and in turn, Lincy brought out more and more treats.

Needless to say, the girl was doing the same thing for the guest as she loved to experience herself when she did something nice. Being treated, her beastly nature was far more prevalent than her human side. By the time the Mistress realized that fact, the front door finally opened, and Monty called for his sister from there.

”I’m home and I brought someone!” His voice echoed throughout the house.

Getting up in an instant, Lincy nodded at the Mistress in a polite gesture before leaving to meet her brother at the front door. Upon getting there, however, she was even more shocked to find another girl with him than she was with the Mistress’ visit.

”W-who is that?” She asked, her finger directed at the slave girl.

At first, Monty was at a loss for words. Explaining everything that had led to Maryline’s freedom and her ending up in his care, well...it wasn’t something he could tell her, at least not without rousing even more questions.

”She...uhm,” moving in between the girls, he scratched the back of his head. ”She’s gonna stay here for a while, I know her from work.”

Silence loomed between the trio, and nobody dared break it for a while. But as curiosity got the best of her, Lincy looked at the girl and asked.

”What’s your name?”

Through quivering lips and squeezed arms, Maryline responded.

”Maryline Naria...”

”Naria?” Lincy’s eyes widened at the word. She may have been forgetful, but even she knew that slaves were given the last name of their origin. ”As in Elenaria? YOU’RE A SLAVE?!”

”We’ll talk about this later, okay?” Quickly covering her mouth, Monty gently pushed Lincy backwards while also pulling the slave girl in. Locking the door without letting his hand off of his sister’s mouth, he looked into her eyes and whispered. ”I’ll tell you everything, but for now, just let her rest, alright?”

Nodding at her, Monty kept his hand on Lincy’s mouth until she finally decided to nod back.

”Good, now will you mind telling me who else is in the house?” He asked, looking down at the flashy pink sandals in the doorway.

Taking a moment to recover and looking between the girl and her brother, Lincy tried to wash away the awkward feeling in her heart before responding.

”The woman you used to work for, I didn’t really ask her name though...” Gesturing for the girl to come closer, Lincy grabbed her by the arm and whispered. ”Come in and stay in, bringing in slaves is criminal in our city, so it’s best for you to keep hiding.”

As Lincy took Maryline away, Monty was left in a state of shock. His previous employer could only mean one thing, and those flashy sandals, well, they also could only belong to that same person. Hesitant, he made his way through the main hall and, upon reaching the dining room, his fears were realized.

The Mistress was waving her hand at him with a smile.

”Seems like you’ve grown quite a bit, boy. Come keep me company. We have a lot to talk about.”

”What the hell are you doing here?” Monty asked, keeping his voice low as he approached the table.

”Trying to get some information, as always, why else would I seek you out?” Glancing between the door and her, Monty was growing increasingly anxious about her presence. Yet brushing past his angst, the Mistress added in a whisper. ”Nice catch by the way, I always knew you’d manage to get a pretty girl all to yourself one of these days.”

She tried to touch one of his hands lying on the table, but Monty quickly pulled it away. Staring at the Mistress, he folded his hands shut and inquired further.

”What do you wanna know? And before you ask, I won’t tell you anything about the heroes and whatever they’re up to.”

Scoffing with a chuckle, the succubus corrected the young man.

”As if I don’t know that already. I’m not here for that, just tell me about this war that’s about to happen,” leaning against the table, she let her body sag, and along with it her hefty breasts sagged, with her cleavage clearly visible. ”War is always good for business. I’m getting enough souls as is, but it gets boring after a while–sitting on your fat, beautiful ass while your subordinates do all the work. I wanna dance in the chaos a little, get a taste of those sorrows, needs, and lust.”

”You wanna go out there and make contracts yourself?” Having learned that the Mistress was a succubus not long ago, Monty wasn’t sure what to expect from her anymore.

”Oh, come on, darling, just tell me what I need to know. You don’t have to worry about the rest.” The sound of approaching steps cut the conversation short, and although Monty was reluctant about the whole thing, keeping things tense between her and Lincy, the Mistress made sure to veil a threat.

Right in front of his eyes, she was making friends with his sister, but whenever the matter of Monty’s work came up, she quickly skirted around the topic and gave the youngster a knowing look. ’Do as I ask or she’ll know everything,’ without saying a word, the Mistress relayed her intentions. Thus, once the two were left alone again, Monty told her everything about Eclanor and the reason behind the coming war.

Although the Mistress didn’t plan to disturb Raven and his group, she decided to have a chat with them later and accompany them for a little vacation far from home at the edge of bloodshed and misery. The thought alone was making her salivate and horney enough to miss her offerings, she kept her emotions in control until it was time for her to visit Eclanor.
