The strength is the sum of the whole class, and he is promoted to the Grandmaster level at the beginning.

232: Three major sections of the Qilin Small WorldAfter finalizing the development of the Kirin Small World, the President of Huaxia University suddenly chuckled, ”Did you forget, young man, that your freshman exchange competition isn’t over yet?”

Yu Xiu was stunned for a moment, then remembered that he had left the freshman exchange competition halfway through to participate in the Qilin Relic.

”Young man, even though you now have the Kirin Small World, don’t look down on the resources from the freshman exchange competition.”

The President of Huaxia University explained, ”Actually, the most important thing is military merit. Even if you want to take on missions later, many missions have military merit standards.”

”With your strength, if your military merit doesn’t meet the standard, are you going to take on missions that only Martial Venerables can handle?”

After this reminder from the President of Huaxia University, Yu Xiu also came to a realization.

Military merit missions indeed had standards and classifications; one couldn’t simply take on high-Rank missions just because they were strong.

”I think we can do both,” Old Master Chu said at this point.

”For this freshman exchange competition, make Qin Province your last stop. Then you can go back to Qin Province and bring your parents and others into the Kirin Small World.”

Hearing this, Yu Xiu also nodded, ”Perfect. We can also bring the families of the Qilin Battle Team members in at that time.”

”Grandpa Chu, your Chu Family should also move in then!”

Old Master Chu smiled and nodded.

With the environment of the Kirin Small World and such high-Rank heaven and earth energy, he was very happy for the Chu Family to move in, and naturally had no objections.

Of course, what he didn’t know was that the Kirin Small World had already merged with Yu Xiu’s Dantian.

He only knew that Yu Xiu could enter the Kirin Small World anytime, anywhere.

Yu Xiu didn’t explain much about this; the fewer people who knew, the better.

”President, what about you?”

Seeing Yu Xiu’s gaze, the President of Huaxia University immediately nodded, ”Of course we’ll move in. With such a good environment in the Kirin Small World, future generations can even possess the Bloodline of the Divine Beast Kirin.”

At this point, he glared at Old Master Chu and snorted, ”I may not be as good as Chu Crazy in this life; I can’t beat him, but my great-grandchildren will definitely surpass his.”

”Such a great Opportunity cannot only benefit that old geezer, Chu Crazy.”

Old Master Chu turned his head, saw the arrogant expression on the President of Huaxia University’s face, and also showed a look of disdain, coldly snorting, ”Do you know a saying?”

”It runs in the Bloodline. You old geezer are not as good as me, so your great-grandson will be even worse.”

”That’s because you were lucky!” The President of Huaxia University glared with wide eyes, looking fiercely at Old Master Chu, ”My great-grandson will definitely beat your great-grandson down.”

Old Master Chu’s face once again showed an expression of disdain, with a look of provocation in his eyes, ”How about we let your grandson fight my Family’s Prodigy first, just to warm up?”

As soon as these words came out, the President of Huaxia University immediately fell silent.

He turned his head and glanced at Chu Tianjiao in the distance. Good heavens, he was already a two-star Great Grandmaster, and his own grandson hadn’t even had a Breakthrough to Grandmaster yet.

The two of them warming up?

That would be sending his grandson to an early grave!

Although he was the President of Huaxia University, he didn’t have a Family behind him; he was considered the first generation of his Family.

Over the years, he had never withheld resources from students, so he himself lived quite frugally, and his grandson’s and son’s resources weren’t particularly good either.

Chu Tianjiao, on the other hand, had followed Yu Xiu all over the country, enjoying various resources.

Like the Dao’s Blessing before, was that something ordinary people could access?

”I’m too lazy to talk nonsense with you!” The President of Huaxia University clearly didn’t want to continue discussing the grandson issue, coldly snorting, ”What kind of skill is it to compare grandsons? If you have the guts, compare great-grandsons.”

”If your grandson isn’t as good as my grandson, then your great-grandson is even less likely to be.”

Old Master Chu couldn’t help but burst out laughing.

It was his first time showing off because of Chu Tianjiao, and it felt quite good.

A seventeen-year-old Great Grandmaster expert, it seemed quite impressive.

”Grandpa Chu, don’t argue anymore. Let’s plan the Kirin Small World first!”

Seeing the President of Huaxia University speechless, Yu Xiu quickly stepped in to mediate.

”Don’t worry about this!”

When it came to serious matters, Old Master Chu and the President of Huaxia University also put away their playful attitudes.

”You’ve already shown us the entire situation of the Kirin Small World. Next, we plan to divide it into three sections.”

Old Master Chu explained, ”The first section is the Vicious Beast Zone, where Vicious Beasts will be raised and used as a training area for the Kirin Small World.”

”The second section is the residential area.”

”The third section is the commercial area. People who come to live here must have something to do, as well as income and consumption.”

”Only in this way can the Kirin Small World truly operate.”

At this point, the President of Huaxia University interjected, ”Regarding education, I believe we can implement a centralized education system, allowing children to train their bodies from a young age, but cultural courses must also meet standards.”

”Then there’s the academy promotion system, divided into Elementary Academy, Intermediate Academy, Advanced Academy, and finally, the Saint Academy.”

”I won’t explain the Elementary, Intermediate, and Advanced Rank academies too much.”

”The main thing is this Saint Academy, which will be for the reserve members of the Qilin Battle Team.”

”They can enjoy the best resources and also gain privileges in the Kirin Small World.”

”As for students who don’t enter the Saint Academy, they can be allowed to serve the Kirin Small World, or be dispatched to manage some areas of external branches.”

”You will definitely conquer Small Secret Realms later, and even enter the No Mans Land in the future, where you will certainly compete for territory and resource areas.”

”I believe these places all need people to manage them, and they all need trustworthy people.”

Yu Xiu was also very much in agreement with this explanation regarding education.

”I naturally have no objection to the educational policies proposed by the President.”

”However, the education in the Kirin Small World must be fair and just, absolutely fair and just.”

”In the Elementary Academy and Intermediate Academy, all students will enjoy the same resources.”

”If they want to obtain better resources, some projects can be set up in the academies for them to compete for.”

”If they want privileges and more resources, they must rely on their own abilities to compete.”

”As for the Advanced Academy, after going through the Elementary and Intermediate Academies, the necessary resources have been provided. At this point, the gap that has opened up and the inequality of resources can only be blamed on their own lack of effort.”

Speaking of this, Yu Xiu suddenly thought of something and added, ”President, I suggest differentiating categories in the Advanced Academy.”

”The Kirin Small World also needs law enforcement officers, as well as city guards and realm guards.”

The President of Huaxia University nodded, ”That’s for sure. In my vision, the Kirin Small World must flourish in all aspects, not just be a scene where only Martial Venerables are Supreme.”

”Law enforcement talents, research talents, theoretical talents, and management talents, I will give them corresponding privileges and the same benefits as Martial Dao experts.”
