Catastrophic necromancer

**Chapter 683: Slaying the God of Thought, Full Firepower**

The fortresses of Sakura Country and Kimchi Country in the Yuan battlefield could not hold. The demon-dragon allied forces drove straight in, directly attacking their national borders, aiming to annihilate the countries.

At the critical moment of life and death, the two countries used their trump cards and awakened their own Gods of Thought.

This was their last resort, only to be used once, and only in times of life and death.

The God of Thought of Sakura Country was as high as level 98, very powerful, and could be maintained for 24 hours.

However, if the battle was intense enough, the maintenance time would be further shortened.

The God of Thought of Kimchi Country was relatively weaker, only level 96, but it could also drive laws.

Lin Moyu looked at the God of Thought and asked, “Are we guarding here to prevent the demon-dragon allied forces?”

Meng Anwen first nodded, then slowly shook his head, “Not entirely. Besides the demon-dragon allied forces, we also have to guard against their Gods of Thought.”

Lin Moyu was startled and instantly understood why, “They will drag us into the water?”

Meng Anwen responded, “Most likely.”

“If they can’t stop the demon-dragon allied forces, they might let the Gods of Thought attack us, tearing open our defenses.”

“You can understand it as dragging us into the water, or as diverting the disaster eastward, using our Shenxia Empire to attract the attention of the demon-dragon allied forces.”

Lin Moyu naturally understood this reasoning. Sakura Country and Kimchi Country had never been very friendly with the Shenxia Empire.

There had been many conflicts over the years.

If it weren’t for mutual apprehension, they might have fought long ago.

Now that they were about to be destroyed, the Shenxia Empire had made no moves and certainly wouldn’t provide support.

At the last moment, to save more of their people and give them a chance to escape, they might indeed divert the disaster eastward.

Meng Anwen and Lin Moyu were guarding here not only to prevent the demon-dragon allied forces but also to guard against their Gods of Thought.

The God of Thought of Sakura Country roared continuously, shaking the heavens and the earth, with laws flying around.

It was very strong, reaching level 98, just a bit weaker than a half-step super-god.

Under its attack, the demon-dragon allied forces suffered heavy casualties.

Lin Moyu said, “Perhaps Sakura Country can hold on. The God of Thought can be maintained for 24 hours and can do a lot.”

Meng Anwen didn’t think so, “They can’t hold on. The power of the God of Thought comes from the belief of the people. When the people die, the belief collapses, and the God of Thought will also collapse.”

“We used to fear their Gods of Thought because we are all humans and cannot commit acts of genocide.”

“But now they are facing the demon-dragon allied forces. What do you think?”

Lin Moyu was surprised and, after thinking carefully about what Meng Anwen said, realized it was true.

Moreover, Lin Moyu also understood why Meng Anwen didn’t plan to support Sakura Country, and why there was no movement within the Shenxia Empire.

The reason was that the Shenxia Empire had been attacked by demons several times before, with cities being massacred.

At that time, it was in the coastal cities behind them, very close to Sakura Country and Kimchi Country.

They remained silent at that time, not only not providing support but even mocking afterward.

So now, the Shenxia Empire just watched as they were about to be destroyed.

This was also a matter of choice; it was impossible to sacrifice the people of the Shenxia Empire for them.

Meng Anwen and Lin Moyu watched the God of Thought in a frenzied battle.

Laws rained down like a storm, killing a large number of the demon-dragon allied forces.

But the God of Thought was also weakening at an alarming rate.

They knew that the demon-dragon allied forces had begun to massacre the cities.

The massive deaths of the people would greatly weaken the God of Thought.

“At this rate, the God of Thought won’t last long, at most half a day,” Lin Moyu said solemnly.

Meng Anwen shook his head, “It won’t take half a day, just a few more hours. We must be ready; they could come at any time.”

Lin Moyu responded, turning his palm, and the Ancient Thunder Tower was already in his hand.

If the God of Thought really came, Lin Moyu would let them feel what despair was. It was understandable to want to save their own people.

But if they wanted to divert the disaster eastward, using the lives of the people of the Shenxia Empire to protect themselves, Lin Moyu thought they were overthinking.

The God of Thought was getting weaker and weaker, both in Sakura Country and Kimchi Country.

With a large number of their people being massacred, without the support of belief, the God of Thought would no longer exist.

The God of Thought of Sakura Country had already fallen from level 98 to level 97, and even level 97 was unstable.

The God of Thought of Kimchi Country was worse, unable to maintain level 96, falling to level 95, losing the power of laws.

Suddenly, as if they had agreed, they simultaneously changed direction and began to rush towards the Shenxia Empire.

“They’re coming!”

Meng Anwen shouted.

Lin Moyu said, “I’ll take care of the one from Sakura Country.”

“Alright!” Meng Anwen did not refuse.

The Gods of Thought flew towards the Shenxia Empire, with the dark mass of the demon-dragon allied forces behind them, numbering in the hundreds of thousands, flying over like dark clouds.

The two Gods of Thought seemed to be leading the demon-dragon allied forces, targeting the Shenxia Empire.

Lin Moyu’s eyes were filled with killing intent, and the Ancient Thunder Tower communicated with the God-Slaying Fortress, with immense power continuously being transmitted.

The Ancient Thunder Tower flashed with lightning, and the aura of laws spread.

The God of Thought noticed Meng Anwen and Lin Moyu but did not stop.

It now wanted to lead these demon-dragon allied forces to the Shenxia Empire, letting them attack the Shenxia Empire. At the same time, it was buying time for its people to escape.

When the God of Thought was less than a kilometer away from Lin Moyu, Lin Moyu pointed, “God-Slaying Thunder!”

The God-Slaying Thunder, infused with laws, was currently Lin Moyu’s strongest attack, even stronger than detonating the Law Star.

At full power, the God-Slaying Thunder’s power reached half-step super-god, enough to go head-to-head with the Dragon Emperor.

The God-Slaying Thunder fell on the God of Thought of Sakura Country, turning into a sea of purple lightning, directly engulfing it.

A half-step super-god level attack was not something it could withstand.

It screamed continuously in the sea of lightning, its aura rapidly weakening, and the demon-dragon allied forces following it were also partially engulfed by the sea of lightning, leaving no corpses.

Lin Moyu’s figure swayed slightly, a wisp of his soul destroyed, his face turning slightly pale.

The next second, Lin Moyu split another wisp of his soul, and another God-Slaying Thunder flew out.

With a roar, the still-existing sea of lightning expanded rapidly, completely engulfing the God of Thought of Sakura Country.

Lin Moyu’s face turned even paler, but his eyes were shining.

He received a notification that he had killed a God of Thought.

**[Killed the Guardian God of Sakura Country, experience +**, General Star +1]**

Sakura Country was not friendly with the Shenxia Empire, even somewhat antagonistic. Killing their God of Thought not only gave experience but also a General Star.

Lin Moyu had been 13 General Stars short of becoming a Six-Star God General. Now, with one more General Star, he only needed to kill 12 more god-level beings to advance to Six-Star God General.

It had been a long time since a Six-Star God General had been born among humans.

Lin Moyu’s eyes turned cold, and he no longer used the God-Slaying Thunder.

The undead army responded to his call.

The sky turned pitch black, the projection of the Undead World descended, the Gate of the Undead appeared, and the Eye of the Undead opened in the undead flames, taking away a large number of lives.

The Headless Horseman launched a charge skill, killing into the demon-dragon allied forces, followed by the berserkers.

The skeleton mages’ elemental explosions and the archers’ soul shots continuously harvested the demon-dragon allied forces.

The Skeleton Throne appeared in the air, and the Skeleton King responded, swinging the God-Slaying Sword.

Lin Moyu shouted softly, using the power-gathering skill, and drew two giant swords, also joining the battle.

At this moment, Lin Moyu was going all out, except for the strong soldiers he hadn’t used yet.
