One Piece : Noble Phantasm Maker

Chapter 185: Chapter 185: Judgment, Crocodile!

In the main hall, Marine Headquarters Fleet Admiral Sengoku sat at the head of the table. Beside him were Marine Hero Garp and Special Vice Admiral Tsuru.

Facing the imposing presence of the three, Crocodile, standing below, showed no fear. He held a cigar in his mouth, his eyes filled with mockery.

Seeing this, Sengoku slammed the table and said:

”Former Shichibukai, Crocodile, do you admit your guilt!”

Upon hearing this, Crocodile took a deep puff and arrogantly replied:

”Guilt? There are so many kinds of guilt in this world. I don’t know what crime I actually committed. Fleet Admiral Sengoku, please explain it to me.”

Hearing this, a look of disgust flashed in Sengoku’s eyes.

Then, squinting, he said:

”You secretly formed a bounty hunter organization and attempted to seize World Government member nation Alabasta. The evidence is conclusive. Do you still intend to argue!”

Upon hearing this, a trace of mockery appeared in Crocodile’s eyes.

He then burst into laughter.

”Ah, so that’s what you’re referring to. I thought you were going to charge me with stealing Alabasta’s rain and causing thousands to die for nothing.”

As he said this, Sengoku’s eyes showed a flash of anger.

However, for a moment, he didn’t know how to retort.

Indeed, Crocodile’s actions had caused more casualties among the people.

Yet, he only focused on matters that affected the World Government.

What was the difference between him and the Five Elders?

Just then, Marine Headquarters’ Special Vice Admiral Tsuru suddenly slammed the table and said sternly:

”This is outrageous. Why are we wasting so much time talking to a pirate.”

Saying this, Tsuru looked up at Crocodile and said solemnly:

”Crocodile, do you know the penalty you are facing.”

”You might be in Impel Down for the rest of your life. No matter how much you argue, your crime will not change!”

Hearing this, Crocodile narrowed his eyes and looked up at Tsuru.

”Hey, old woman, you’re still so fierce. I didn’t say I don’t admit guilt. It’s just that I have one last request...”

Upon hearing this, a grave look appeared in Tsuru’s eyes.

”Who do you think you are? Why should we agree to your request!”

Hearing this, Crocodile’s expression turned cold.

Then, he said in a deep voice:

”Because I know the whereabouts of Pluton...”

As soon as these words were spoken, both Sengoku and Tsuru’s eyes widened in shock.

They had long heard that information about Pluton might be in Alabasta.

Could it be that Crocodile already knew Pluton’s location?

If that were the case, the World Government’s rule would surely be threatened.

Then, the peace of the world would descend into chaos.

Thinking of this, Sengoku’s eyes showed a serious expression.

Tsuru immediately flared up, saying:

”Hey, are you threatening us? You should know my methods. Whether you know it or not, I can make you talk!”

Hearing this, Crocodile’s gaze became even more determined.

”Oh, is this how the World Government operates?!”

At these words, Tsuru was speechless and couldn’t say a word.

At this moment, Sengoku stepped forward and said:

”Alright, we can agree to your request, but only if your request is not too unreasonable.”

”Now, state your request.”

Hearing this, Crocodile let out a sinister smile.

”I want to know the current situation of the Straw Hat Pirates at all times!”

As soon as he finished speaking, a heavy look appeared in Sengoku’s eyes.

Even Garp’s expression twisted slightly.

Seeing the change in their expressions, a hint of confusion appeared in Tsuru’s eyes.

These two idiots were definitely hiding something from her again.

They were always like this.

Just as Tsuru was complaining internally, Garp sneezed loudly.

On the judgment table, two wanted posters that Sengoku had casually put down were blown off.

One of the wanted posters, for Raynor, flew directly towards Crocodile.

Crocodile caught it, glanced at it, and a slight smile appeared at the corner of his mouth.

”So his name is Raynor, and he’s worth ninety-nine million?”

Seeing this, Crocodile burst into laughter.

”You all have a much bigger problem...”

As Crocodile spoke, a group of photographers who had been hiding, preparing to photograph Smoker, immediately started taking pictures of Crocodile and the wanted poster in his hand.

By the time Sengoku realized what was happening, it was too late.

Sengoku immediately ordered the temporary detention of all photographers.

However, Sengoku did not notice a duck, holding a camera, secretly slipping out of the venue.

...

On Sky Island.

Luffy was loudly demanding to go to the forbidden holy land and defeat the so-called god, Enel.

If it weren’t for Nami’s merciless fists, Luffy would have already set off.

Although they had temporarily calmed Luffy down, they could not let their guard down.

If that god was truly as powerful as Conis said, they wouldn’t be able to escape Enel’s grasp no matter where they ran.

Now, they had to hurry and leave Sky Island.

But now, they had entered illegally. The original exit was completely unusable. Even if it were usable, without the help of the Knock Up Stream, they would have no way of going down. Otherwise, they would be shattered to pieces.

Just as Nami and the others were at a loss, a harsh horn sound suddenly rang out.

Everyone looked in the direction of the horn.

They saw an uncle with a thick beard riding a strange vehicle towards them.

But his skill was clearly not up to par, and he crashed directly into a tree.

Seeing this, Conis hurried over to help the uncle up.

The uncle scratched his head sheepishly.

”Ah, hello. I’m Conis’s father. I apologize for the embarrassment just now.”

The Straw Hats greeted the uncle briefly.

Nami immediately took a liking to the special vehicle the uncle was riding.

She couldn’t help but ask:

”Hey, uncle, is this a Sky Island vehicle?”

Hearing this, the uncle squinted and said:

”Ah, its name is Waver. Because it has a Wind Dial installed at the tail, it can glide freely through the clouds.”

”It’s just that this thing is a bit difficult to operate; it’s not that easy to learn.”

Before the uncle could finish speaking, Nami excitedly said:

”Then, can I try riding it?”

Hearing this, the uncle did not refuse, but a trace of nervousness appeared on his face.

”Ah, you can, but you must be careful...”

Before the uncle could finish speaking, Nami, riding the Waver, sped off.

Seeing this, both the uncle and Conis’s eyes widened in terror.

The Waver, which took others decades to master, was being handled so skillfully by Nami. This was simply incredible.
