Arranged Marriage: To Hear Your Voice

He slept after working and when he couldn’t he went to her room at 5 in the morning and lay down beside her, hugging her from behind. She just smelled good. Her hair was fragrant and she’s no longer hot. She is already at her normal temperature yet she’s still sleeping.

His beeping watch woke him up, and he was trying to reach something on the bed. As he sat up, he noticed she’s already on the chair beside her queen bed frowning at him.

”Good morning, darling.” He smiled seductively, crawled on the bed, and reach her lips but before he even reached her lips, she pushes him. ”Wake up on the wrong bed, sweetheart?” He still reached the armchair, pulled it closer to the bed and he kissed her lips. It was warm and sweet. ”We will soon get engage” She reached her tablet and play something. It says:

I don’t want to fuck with you. I don’t want to marry you. So get the hell out of my life.

He only laughed and pulled her to bed.

”Just stay on the bed and take good care of yourself while your husband goes to work so I could spoil you.”

She was surprised at what he did and she lay down still staring at him. He caressed her hair and kissed her lips and was about to do more than pressing his lips to hers when she pushed him and was about to kick him but he caught her ankle. He kisses her bare ankle and calves.

He spread her legs and corner her. In that position, she didn’t move and just stared at him.

His phone is ringing. He was ready to tease her. But teasing her is like teasing fire. She cocked her head towards the ringing phone. He reached it and answered it in that position.

”Hmm?”

”Sir, I would like to remind you about the meeting at 8.”

”Hmm.” He hung up and checked his time. He has one hour and thirty minutes. He looked down on the woman under him. She looked so adorable, like a doll. ”I’ll have dinner with you later.” She rolled her eyes. He bent down and kissed her lips.

He got to the meeting two minutes late. Everyone was surpriseto seeng him in a good mood. Maybe it was the sleep and the good teasing this morning. His dark circles lessen and he looked blooming than his whole life. He asked for coffee and sat down on his chair.

”Good day everyone.” It was his first time greeting them first and they smiled and greeted him.

They started their presentation and everyone seemed to be in a good mood. He frowned at a few proposals and reviewed them. He gave them a day to revise it. He usually tells them to revise it in two hours but now, he’s giving them one day.

The meeting was adjourned earlier than expected and he went to his office. He calls Ethan who answers after a few rings.

”Hey, what’s her favorite dinner? I’m bringing her to one of the restaurants here in the city.”

”She likes vegetables for dinner. Steak and wine would be good.” Ethan also gave specific wine that she liked and then after the call, he texted her about their dinner and told her he would pick her up.

Wife: I have my own cars.

He scoffed and chuckled. Didn’t expect her to answer so bold. Okay, he admits. He is rich but the Alvarez family is not that rich as him. But it seemed this woman was more interesting. Going out late at night, raining using her motorbike. He will surely know what her secret is soon.

Hubby: Okay, suit yourself. I’ll be there by seven.

He went to visit the sites for two hours and then left and visit another as the manager reported to him about the upgrades around for the newest designs of the motors. He kept glancing at his wrist watch till five so he faced the manager.

”What’s your overall report? In 2 minutes.” The manager tensed up and sweats dripped from his forehead. He started babbling about the report and as a strict President, he immediately understood it all and he turned back dismissing them.

He doesn’t want to get caught in the traffic and be late on his first dinner with her. He frowns at the long traffic all the way back to the city and he texted her. It took her five minutes to reply to his message.

Hubby: Sweet, don’t forget our dinner tonight. (After five minutes)

Wife: If I am late, you are free to search for your next fiancée.

He smirks at her response. Instead of getting annoyed. He was surprisingly relieved though the traffic was making him burst out a while ago.

Hubby: Oh, dear. How can I search for my next fiancée when all I only want is you?

He liked teasing her like this. Somehow through texting her was like—he’s hearing her voice on his head but he couldn’t remember how it sounds. But how she sent messages isn’t always monotonous. Reading it sounds sexy. What if she would actually say it with her mouth and voice?

After what seemed like five minutes again she answered.

Wife: I don’t know your game, asshole, but I will play along.

Hubby: Good to know, wifey.

He finally reached the restaurant at exactly 7 o’clock and he told the chef to prepare the food for them and since the restaurant is under his corporation, he sat on the best view from the second floor only reserved for him. He waited patiently since women have to spend a lot of time on makeup.

A white 2018 Lexus LC appears in front of the restaurant. She got out of the car wearing a burgundy dress. Too much skin was exposed and instead of other heels, she’s wearing stiletto ankle boots. A man in black suit quite familiar to him approached her and she tossed the key to him and he even had a secret handshake with her. He will surely note that man.

He was still looking at the man who took away her Lexus sports car and didn’t notice she was already walking towards him. He stood and smiled at her simple beauty. She’s only wearing lipstick and nothing else. He greeted her, grabbed her small waist, and kissed her lips. She pushes his chest.

”Are you mad sweetheart?” He pulled a chair for her and she sat down gracefully. The waiter came up with a bottle of wine. ”I asked the Chef to make your special dinner.” She opened her iPad and showed him what she wanted to say.

”NO Poison.”

”Of course. I’ll taste it first before you eat it.” He took a glass of wine and smelled it. ”Ethan said that you like this wine so I ordered it for you.” She raised the iPod again.

”You are noisy.” He chuckled, amused at her cold face and it really shows on her writings. He leaned closer to her.

”My dear, I should be noisy since you don’t talk. If only you can speak, I’ll let you nag at me all day.” She writes on her iPad.

”I thought you don’t like noisy women?” He chuckled again and reached her curled hair.

”I do. But you are an exception.”

”Because I’m mute?” She doesn’t like writing shortcuts, that’s what he observed.

”Yes and no.” She rolled her eyes and put down the iPod. ”So, what do you have in mind about our engagement party?” She shrugged. Then write on her iPod.

”I plan on ditching you.” He laughed again and leaned on his seat.

He started talking about a few plans and how he let his mother arrange everything for the engagement party. Tomorrow, we will have a family dinner. Both parties and she just listen to him lazily. Then after he pauses, she writes on her tablet.

”Noisy.”

”Sweetheart, I have to speak at least.” She wasn’t offended at all. Their food came up and he started slicing the beef and then switched it with his since he ordered the same as hers. She poured the sauce on the meat, took the fork, and the little bits and placed it in her mouth.

She didn’t know that he was actually watching her and somehow, it does something under his pants. Damn, buddy, you have to think with my brain and not think of yourself. We will just wait a little more and we’ll both have her in our bed. She surely wouldn’t resist both of us. He actually said in his thoughts while slicing the beef.

He reached her mouth and wiped the corner of her lips with his thumb and sucked it. Then he continued eating. She was of course surprised at what he did and just ignored him.

”Did you have a good rest today?” She nodded while chewing carefully. ”Good. Next week, I’ll show you around our villa. Where we are going to live after we get married.” She wrote on her tablet.

”I never agree to marry you.”

”Everything is settled, this is an arranged marriage so be it.” She got cold eyes from him. And show him her tablet screen.

”I’ll torture you until you run off.” He chuckled and look at her adorable face though it might look too sinister to others. She really looks like she’s going to kill someone for real.

”I’ll let you torture me on our bed. Should I buy kinky handcuffs or vibrators?” he brought the beef to his mouth and grin at her. She put down her tablet calmly. ”I still remember our first night in New York. It was a cold night and I had drunk a little. You were so seductive that night.” She seemed to stop.

She scribbled on her iPod and showed it to him.

”You fuck me two times that night. I should’ve killed you with my bare hands. If I wasn’t being nice.” She’s blunt and he is loving it more.
