Dimensional Keeper: All My Skills Are at Level 100

Chapter 1462  Growing More Buds!

”He was meditating on the lower layers,” a hall master said slowly, trying to make sense of it. ”He moved cautiously before. Yet now he is crossing the higher layers at a speed that surpasses reason.”

”This is impossible,” another elder declared firmly, shaking his head in disbelief. ”Only inner disciples at the Law Awakening Realm possess such explosive movement within the Path. Max is merely at the first level of the Rebirth Realm. How can he be this fast?”

Victor Veronʼs expression had lost its calm composure. ”The pressure of the twelfth layer is something that even peak Rebirth Realm cultivators cannot endure for long. He not only endured it, he accelerated within it.”

Henry Lumin frowned deeply. ”Earlier, he relied on steady comprehension. Now he is using force. The shift in his pace is unnatural.”

Lilith Carol narrowed her eyes as she observed the projection carefully. ”There was a moment just before he surged forward. His aura changed. Something within him stabilized.”

Matthew Grimes remained silent for several seconds before speaking. ”His foundation is far deeper than we estimated. The Path to Eternal Flames suppresses those who rely solely on brute force, yet he seems to harmonize with it.”

The disciples were in complete chaos.

”Did he break through again?”

”Did he gain some sudden enlightenment?”

”No one at the Rebirth Realm should be able to move like that.”

Garry Heronʼs face had grown rigid, the earlier dismissal completely gone. His lips pressed into a thin line as he watched the projection display the thirteenth layer for the first time in recorded memory at this realm.

The elders exchanged stunned glances.

”It was too fast,” one of them muttered. ”He crossed the final stretch of the twelfth layer as if the pressure had lost its authority over him.”

Another added in disbelief, ”The Path is supposed to measure limits. It is meant to reveal the boundary of oneʼs potential. Why does it not restrain him?”

The shock this time was deeper than before.

Entering the twelfth layer had already rewritten history.

Entering the thirteenth layer at that speed shattered every understanding they possessed about cultivation limits at the Rebirth Realm.

Above them, the projection stabilized, revealing Max standing calmly within the thirteenth layer as though nothing extraordinary had just occurred.

And that calm figure only intensified the disbelief spreading across the Black Dragon Palace.

”Nice,” Max muttered under his breath, a trace of excitement flashing across his eyes as he observed the flame branch of the Chaos Tree. All four remaining leaves trembled intensely now. The subtle protrusions beneath them had grown larger, fuller, as though they were straining against an invisible shell.

”I should be able to make at least one of them grow its bud in this thirteenth layer, if not more,” he said calmly.

With that expectation in mind, he began moving forward within the thirteenth layer.

The environment here was vastly different from the twelfth. The flames were darker, deeper in hue, and far more oppressive. They did not roar wildly. They burned in silence, dense and suffocating, pressing down from every direction like a collapsing domain. The chaotic flame laws had condensed into near tangible streams, flowing like molten rivers through the space around him.

Yet Max moved quickly.

Unlike before, he did not advance cautiously. His aura flared with controlled intensity, his Flame Concept resonating powerfully with the surroundings. The Chaos Tree within him devoured the oppressive energy at an astonishing pace. With every step forward, waves of chaotic flame laws were drawn inward, refined and compressed.

12100 miles.

12200 miles.

His speed did not slow.

Outside the dome, the projection flickered continuously as Maxʼs figure surged forward within the thirteenth layer. The elders and family heads could only watch in silent disbelief.

Within his inner world, the second leaf trembled violently as it absorbed more and more refined energy. The chaotic flame laws of the thirteenth layer were purer and denser than those below. They poured into the Chaos Tree in torrents.

When Max reached roughly halfway through the thirteenth layer, the transformation finally occurred.

A sharp pulse resonated within him.

The second leaf swelled abruptly, its surface glowing intensely before a crack appeared at its center. Energy condensed rapidly around it, and within moments, a new bud emerged from its surface.

Max felt the change immediately.

The moment the second bud formed, its absorption rate surpassed even the first fruitʼs earlier devouring speed. Streams of flame energy bent unnaturally toward him, pulled in as though seized by invisible gravity.

”Good,” Max murmured, sensing the surge of refined power.

With two active growth points on the flame branch, the surrounding pressure diminished even further. The chaotic flame laws that once pressed against him were being siphoned away before they could fully manifest.

His pace increased.

Twelve thousand six hundred miles.

Twelve thousand seven hundred miles.

The more buds that existed, the faster the energy was drawn inward. It was as though the entire thirteenth layer had become nourishment.

By the time he neared the deepest part of the thirteenth layer, the third leaf began trembling uncontrollably. Its saturation had reached its peak. The constant influx of refined flame laws pushed it beyond its threshold.

At the very depths of the thirteenth layer, just as the entrance to the next boundary shimmered faintly ahead, the third transformation occurred.

The third leaf cracked open.

A third bud emerged, pulsing with deep crimson light.

The moment it formed, the rate of devouring intensified dramatically. The three growth points worked in unison, pulling in the surrounding energy with relentless efficiency. The oppressive aura of the thirteenth layer thinned visibly around Maxʼs figure.

The chaotic flame laws that defined the environment were no longer obstacles. They were fuel.

Max stood at the deepest part of the thirteenth layer, feeling the three buds drawing power continuously. The fourth and fifth leaves trembled harder than ever, their own thresholds approaching.

The more buds that were born, the more aggressively the Chaos Tree consumed.

And with every transformation, the Path to Eternal Flames itself seemed to weaken before him.
