Dimensional Keeper: All My Skills Are at Level 100

Chapter 1338  Energy Stabilizing Pond!

”The pond you are currently in is called the Energy Stabilizing Pond,” he said. ”The power you cultivated in your mortal realms is mana, which is merely a diluted and incomplete form of the energy used here. The true foundation of cultivation in the Divine Realm is Divine Essence. Mana is derived from it, but it is fundamentally inferior.”

His eyes flickered with faint interest as he spoke, as if he had explained this countless times before.

”You likely noticed your mana spiraling out of control the moment you tried to fly,” he went on. ”That is because Divine Essence saturates this realm. Your bodies and cultivation methods are not yet adapted to it, and as long as that remains the case, your mana will continue to rebel against you.”

He gestured lightly toward the water beneath them.

”This pond exists to bridge that gap. The Energy Stabilizing Pond allows your bodies to gradually acclimate to Divine Essence while suppressing the instability of your mana. Stay here, circulate your power, and familiarize yourselves with the energy of this realm. Do not rush this process unless you enjoy crippling yourself before you even take your first step.”

The figureʼs tone grew firmer as he reached the end of his explanation.

”When you feel that your mana has fully stabilized and you can draw upon Divine Essence without resistance, you will find that flight comes naturally once more. At that point, leave the pond,” he said. ”There are responsibilities awaiting all of you, and the Divine Realm has no patience for those who linger without purpose.”

With those final words, the figure dissolved into light and vanished from the sky, leaving behind a heavy silence.

”So this pond is meant for us to stabilize our mana and get accustomed to the Divine Essence here,” Max thought calmly, and in that moment he fully grasped the true purpose of the Energy Stabilizing Pond.

The gentle pressure of the water around his body, combined with the dense Divine Essence permeating every drop, was slowly rewriting the way his energy circulated, forcing his mortal mana to adapt rather than collapse under the overwhelming presence of a higher form of power.

From a purely technical standpoint, the mechanism was elegant and efficient, and Max could already tell that anyone who rushed this process would cripple themselves before even taking their first step in the Divine Realm.

Yet his concern did not lie with mana stabilization. As he floated there, senses fully expanded, Max could feel every one of his fifth level concepts resonating with the laws of the Divine Realm. Flame, ice, lightning, space, and sword all responded far more vividly than they ever had in Acaris, as if the very foundation of this realm welcomed concepts at this height.

The compatibility was unmistakable, deeper and more natural than before, and it confirmed that this was the realm where such power truly belonged. However, that realization was followed immediately by something far more unsettling.

Back in Acaris, whenever Max released his fifth level concept of space, he could feel the spatial laws of the world bend and submit, as if the fabric of reality itself acknowledged his authority. Space there had felt pliable, almost obedient, responding instantly to his will.

Here, that sensation was gone. When he extended his perception now, the space around him felt vast, dense, and unyielding, like an endless ocean that barely noticed the presence of a single drop of water. He could still sense it, but only faintly, and the difference was so stark that it made his chest tighten.

”It is the same for my other elements as well,” Max thought, his brow furrowing slightly as he tested them one by one. Flame no longer carried the same sense of dominance, ice did not impose its stillness so easily, lightning lacked its former tyranny, and even his sword intent felt restrained by something immense and ancient.

It was then that the words spoken by the figure in the sky finally sank in with full clarity. The claim that their previous strength amounted to nothing here was not an insult meant to provoke anger. It was a simple statement of fact.

Max understood it then with perfect clarity. He had not grown weaker upon entering the Divine Realm. On the contrary, his foundations were stronger than ever. What had changed was the world itself.

The Divine Realm was built upon laws that were fundamentally superior, deeper, and more absolute than those of Acaris. Compared to this place, his former world had been fragile, its laws thin and easily influenced.

The peak strength he once wielded there had allowed him to stand above everything, but here it merely allowed him to exist without being crushed outright.

Floating quietly in the pond, Max accepted that truth without frustration or despair. This was not a setback. It was a starting line.

The Divine Realm was not a place where one ruled simply by reaching the peak of a lower world. It was a place that demanded growth beyond what mortals considered the limits, and for the first time since his ascension, Max felt a familiar stir of anticipation.

Max let out a quiet sigh as all of this settled in his mind. Though he had been born in the Divine Realm, the only memories he carried from that place were fragments of warmth and loss, the faces of his family, and the night everything was taken from him.

Beyond that, the Divine Realm had been nothing more than a distant concept, a name attached to pain and unanswered questions. Now that he had truly arrived, surrounded by its laws and immersed in its essence, the experience felt less like a return and more like a beginning. It was unfamiliar, overwhelming, and yet filled with possibility.

”Mother, father… just you wait. I am coming for you,” Max thought, and the resolve burning in his heart grew hotter and steadier than ever before. It was not blind anger or reckless determination, but a calm and unshakable certainty that one day he would stand before them again, no matter how vast or cruel the Divine Realm proved to be.

With that thought anchoring him, Max relaxed his body and floated quietly within the Energy Stabilizing Pond, allowing its function to fully take effect. He guided his breathing and circulation with practiced ease, letting the surrounding Divine Essence seep into every strand of his mana.

As he did so, he became aware of the others around him with greater clarity.

The figures floating nearby all carried an oppressive and refined aura, one that unmistakably belonged to those at the peak of Divine Rank, specifically the tenth level. Compared to them, his own aura was noticeably lighter and less complete, a clear sign of his sixth level of Divine Rank.

Max did not dwell on the difference. He understood that his path had never been about standing shoulder to shoulder with others at the same stage, but about laying foundations that would matter later.

Instead of impatience, he focused on the subtle changes occurring within him. Hour by hour, his mana grew calmer and more responsive, no longer resisting the presence of Divine Essence but embracing it as something natural.

The chaotic turbulence that had plagued him upon arrival vanished completely, replaced by a smooth and harmonious flow that felt more stable than anything he had ever experienced before.

Several hours passed in quiet concentration before Max finally sensed the shift he had been waiting for. His mana circulated effortlessly through his body, resonating perfectly with the Divine Essence around him, as if the two had always belonged together.

The violent rejection that had once sent his energy berserk was gone without a trace, replaced by a profound sense of balance and control.

”So this means my mana has been fully stabilized,” Max thought, a faint smile forming as he prepared himself to rise. With confidence returning to his movements, he gathered his strength, ready to fly out of the pond and take his first true step in the Divine Realm.
