”In the Pill Hall, there are a total of thirty Middle Stage Qi Refinement Cultivators. According to their respective positions and contributions, the salary standard fluctuates around fifty spirit stones. Our monthly salary expenditure is one thousand and five hundred.”

”In the Battle Hall, it is mainly led by seventh and eighth level Qi Refinement Cultivators, supplemented by a small portion of the middle-stage elites. The salary standard you set up for them is a hundred per month. Hence, the expenditure is three thousand Lower Grade Spirit Stones.”

”The number of people in the Golden Hall and the Merits Hall is smaller, and their realms are slightly lower, so the expenditure last month was a thousand spirit stones.”

Hearing this, Luo Chen’s brow twitched slightly.

He raised his hand, and Murong Qinglian stopped her abacus.

Actually, for cultivators as clever as herself, there was no need for an abacus at all.

But when it comes to various incomes and expenditures, it is clearer and easier to understand in combination with account book and abacus.

”The benefits at the Golden Hall need to be raised in the future.”

”Hm?”

Murong Qinglian was surprised a little, but since it was Luo Chen’s decision, she didn’t express any more doubts.

Actually, she had previously disagreed with the salary standards that Luo Chen set for the cultivators in the council.

Not that it was too low, but rather, it was too high!

Late-stage Cultivators almost all get a hundred spirit stones per month.

You need to know the monthly salary of Great Sect Shop in the past was just around sixty or seventy Spirit Stones, that’s it.

Considering that the Battle Hall needs to deal with life-and-death matters, it is okay to raise it a bit, but a hundred spirit stones a month is still too high.

However, in this period, when the talents of some small forces were all being poached by big families and the Great Lake Gang, while few left the Luo Tian Creed, she realized how wise Luo Chen was to offer high salaries.

If Luo Tian Creed does not offer high salaries, then even if there were no external enemies, it would gradually disintegrate.

Where else could they have such good days as now, sitting comfortably, sipping tea and calculating accounts.

Reality is very harsh!

Early to middle-stage cultivators had no choice, but late-stage cultivators had a lot of choice.

Those old people from the Broken Mountain Gang were not like Murong Qinglian and Zeng Wen. Besides the hook of interests, they also had profound friendship with Luo Chen.

Just like Li Wanchun from the Wanbao Pavilion, there were many people who wanted to recruit him.

”You continue!”

Luo Chen poured a cup of tea, blew on it to cool it down, and took a sip.

”Alright!”

At present, there are nine Ninth Level Qi Refinement Cultivators in the Luo Tian Creed, excluding Luo Chen and Wang Yuan.

Basically, these nine people have taken up important positions in various halls.

As a result, their salaries have reached three hundred Spirit Stones a month, which is another huge expenditure.”

”In addition, the salary for Caiyi and me is five hundred Spirit Stones per month.”

”Finally, there is the cost of raw materials, which also costs two thousand and five hundred every month.”

After a series of calculations, Murong Qinglian finally took a deep breath.

She presented Luo Chen with the final figure.

”Last month’s total expenditure was eleven thousand and seven hundred Spirit Stones.”

This huge figure, if taken out, would be enough to make any Rogue Cultivator covetous, jealous, and even murderous.

But Luo Chen can already face it calmly.

He asked, ”How many Spirit Stones does the council have on its account at present?”

”Twenty-six thousand spirit stones!”

Luo Chen’s eyebrows raised, ”How can there be so many?”

In his calculations, there shouldn’t be so many, at least it should be halved.

Murong Qinglian tidied up her hanging hair and smiled, ”You forgot, there was a batch of Medium Grade Jade Marrow Pills that you refined while you were in Broken Mountain Gang. We don’t need to bear any cost for that batch, they are pure profit!”

”Haha, I did forget about that.”

Luo Chen remembered, during the battle of Crescent Valley, he specifically saved that batch of Jade Marrow Pills.

After careful calculation, that batch of elixirs was worth at least fifteen thousand!

If deducting this free gain of fifteen thousand, Luo Tian Creed can currently operate normally for a month and, after deducting all expenses, can still make a surplus of around eleven thousand Spirit Stones).

”How are you going to pay Hall Master Wang Yuan’s salary?”

Faced with this question, Luo Chen had a plan in his heart.

He said without hesitation, ”Three thousand!”

”That high?” Murong Qinglian’s face showed a surprised look and her throat felt a bit dry. ”This is almost the same as the supply of a Foundation Establishment Cultivator in a small sect, isn’t it?”

”He deserves such treatment!”

His firm tone made Murong Qinglian pause.

She remembered what Old Qin had said about Wang Yuan’s feat of breaking the formation alone when they annihilated the Fu Family.

In the end, she nodded.

”Let’s follow the standard of three thousand for a Foundation Establishment cultivator then!”

Bowing her head, she recorded this figure in the account book.

Seeing this, Luo Chen couldn’t help but feel excited, everything was moving in a positive direction.

Operating Luo Tian Creed, after a month, he, as the president, could net eight thousand Lower Grade Spirit Stones a month.

This benefit is really huge!

If the news gets out, it would be enough to make all Qi Refinement Stage Rogue Cultivators, and even Foundation Establishment Cultivators, green with envy.

But in fact, this is a very normal income.

We refine the Medium Grade Jade Marrow Pill, the external selling price is fifty Spirit Stones per bottle, and the gross profit each month is over twenty thousand.

He doesn’t need to share the profit with anyone now.

If it is based on the partnership conditions that Miao Wen originally reached with him, sharing half of the profit, he still has to shell out four thousand.

Although four thousand Lower Grade Spirit Stones a month was already two or three times more than when he was in Broken Mountain Gang.

But it was still too little and did not match his identity as a Pill Refiner.

Eight thousand, not more, not less, it’s reasonable!

Luo Chen didn’t take all the Spirit Stones recorded in the account book.
