Comprehension Ability: Creating and teaching the Dao in various worlds

Chapter 102: Chapter 2: Why did you take me away when I did nothing?

The Cosmic Human Alliance as well as the three Digital Goddesses, all encouraged citizens to report.

The reporting here includes anything—

unfair officials, discovering other citizens committing crimes, corporate tax evasion, Different Species information, and so forth.

And it wasn’t a report without compensation; afterwards, the Goddess would determine the impact of the report and then provide rewards.

The rewards included cash, positions, cosmic rare treasures, Starry Sea spiritual objects, Merit Points, and so on.

As for the method of reporting, it was extremely simple, with no need for any complex procedures; one could connect directly with the Goddess of Wisdom.

Theoretically speaking, even a first-class citizen had the power and ability to report a Planetary Governor.

...
Of course, the Goddess supported reporting but did not support reckless reporting.

If the investigation afterwards found that the report was completely fictitious and fabricated,

It would lower the citizen’s evaluation in the eyes of the Goddess.

If this citizen insisted on their report, then they could release their privacy permissions, allowing specifically Illusionary Realm Evolvers to review their memories.

Lin Yuan reporting that beautiful woman as a member of a Different Species to the Goddess of Wisdom was the most trouble-free method.

With his current status, there was absolutely no need to have any contact with those shady Different Species.

He simply left it to the Goddess of Wisdom to handle.

He would also receive a reporting reward.

“Citizen Lin Yuan, please speak.”

Upon hearing Lin Yuan wanted to report, the voice of the Goddess of Wisdom became slightly more solemn.

“I was out for a walk just now and encountered a woman, I think she might be from a Different Species.”

Lin Yuan did not explain the real reason for his suspicion, nor did he list any evidence.

This would involve his “Against-Heaven’s Understanding.”

Moreover,

with Lin Yuan’s current citizen rank, even if he were talking nonsense, the Goddess of Wisdom would still investigate several times.

Furthermore, that beautiful woman truly was from a Different Species, how could she withstand such scrutiny from the Goddess of Wisdom?

“Is this the person Citizen Lin Yuan is referring to?”

In front of Lin Yuan, an ethereal screen appeared, showing a video of Lin Yuan walking in the garden from earlier.

A tall, beautiful woman walked past Lin Yuan in the footage.

The video zoomed in and paused, focusing on the tall, beautiful woman.

“It is her.”

Lin Yuan nodded.

No sooner had the words left his mouth,

than all information about this beautiful woman, from her birth till now, including generations of her ancestors, was pulled up.

“Name: Yao Qingqing.”

“Age: Ninety-two year old.”

“Strength: Second Layer, seventh rank.”

“Birth planet…”

…..

After minutes of massive computational power investigation by the Goddess of Wisdom, a suspicion about this ‘Yao Qingqing’ soon arose.

At the age of twenty-eight, she appeared to have been ‘switched.’

Subsequently, behavior analysis began to diverge from before she turned twenty-eight.

“Suspicion chain closed, Evolvers have been dispatched to capture ‘Yao Qingqing’….”

Since Lin Yuan was the reporter and his citizen rank reached Fourth Level,

the Goddess of Wisdom did not avoid him.

“Floral Deity Race…”

Just as the Goddess of Wisdom was taking action, Lin Yuan’s mind was flooded with information related to the ‘Floral Deity Race.’

The Floral Deity Race belonged to the Insect Race, a member of the strength of the Insect Race Alliance.

For over two million years in the Starry Sea Era, Human Civilization spanned all directions, forcing neighboring Different Species to unite.

Among them, the Insect Race Alliance was a coalition of Different Species headed by the Insect Race.

The strength of the Insect Race was very strong, by no means weaker than the Human Race. This group was too united; at the bidding of the hive, all Insect Race Warriors fearlessly faced death, wherever the swarm passed was a disaster for all life.

In the early stages of expansion, Human Civilization also suffered at the hands of the Insect Race a few times, but later adapted and mostly gained more victories than losses.

…

A coffee shop outside the Shuiyue Residential Complex.

Yao Qingqing was sitting there, in a good mood.

Through the recent contact, she judged that Lin Yuan probably had no resistance against her.

Otherwise, he wouldn’t have stopped to stare at her silhouette.

“What a pity… it has to be done slowly… otherwise…”

Yao Qingqing glanced at the nearby Shuiyue Residential Complex, as she had almost stopped walking and directly approached Lin Yuan just now.

“This mission should be a sure shot, an accidental meeting a few more times, and I can officially get to know him, then I can firmly grasp this genius Human Race Evolver in my hands…”

Yao Qingqing mused to herself, her expression involuntarily revealing a hint of self-satisfaction.

She had undergone many missions, but such an easy one like the current was rare.

Yao Qingqing surmised that mainly because Lin Yuan was too young and inexperienced which is why he couldn’t resist her.

“To quietly lead a genius of the Human Race to fall, I wonder what rewards I can obtain….”

Yao Qingqing thought with a pleased mind.

At this moment, most of Yao Qingqing’s attention was on the nearby Shuiyue Residential Complex.

Therefore, she did not notice that the coffee shop she was in had become deserted.

No staff were to be seen.

“Hmm?”

Yao Qingqing felt suddenly alarmed.

She scanned around without leaving any trace.

Upon finding not a single person, her face immediately turned ugly.

“Damn it.”

“How was I discovered?”

As a seasoned ‘spy,’ Yao Qingqing never believed in coincidences.

When she entered, the coffee shop was still quite crowded, but now it was completely empty, clearly indicating that her whereabouts had been exposed and discovered by Human officials.

Considering this, Yao Qingqing steadied herself and prepared to leave.

For now, Yao Qingqing hoped that Human officials were merely suspicious of her, or perhaps had underestimated her strength, so the forces deployed against her wouldn’t be substantial.

On the surface, Yao Qingqing was a Second Layer, seventh rank.

But in reality, Yao Qingqing had already evolved to Third Rank, eleventh level.
