Chapter 2936: Chapter 2939: Three-Point Charter

”I have another suggestion!”

Jiang Chen said softly.

Everyone turned their eyes to him.

”I think... those who have fought on the Dead Spirit Battlefield can have one more option: to choose whether they want to settle in this new world. After all, they have lived on the Dead Spirit Battlefield since childhood and might be very unfamiliar with the Void Nether Realm, and they might be confused about where to go when they arrive. It would be better to let them decide whether to return to the Void Nether Realm or settle here!”

Jiang Chen said softly, ”We can consider communication between the two realms after the new world gradually stabilizes.”

Everyone exchanged glances and nodded in agreement with this proposal, holding a sense of respect for those soldiers who have always assisted in the Dead Spirit Battlefield.

Everyone joined the discussion, and finally, a day later, a plan was made for the new world.

Anyone who has merits or accumulates merits can practice in the new world or compete for resources.

Accumulated merits will be converted to merits of equivalent value, and the identity card for total control is held by Si Wenjun.

When Si Wenjun received the total control identity card, he directly allocated an astonishing amount of merits to Jiang Chen.

At the same time, Si Wenjun announced that Jiang Chen had eternal freedom to come and go, meaning he can stay in the new world as long as he wants without needing merits.

No one had any objections to these two points; the end of the war was because of Jiang Chen, and for this alone, Jiang Chen deserves a reward.

The plan was divided into three main points.

[First point, ten merits allow one use of the Teleportation Array. Of course, opening the array between the two realms once requires a million merits, which can be gathered by numbers or a single person. Ten merits allow one to stay in the new world for a day.

Second point, merits can be traded, but it must be entirely voluntary. If forced buying or selling is discovered, the entire clan will be permanently banned from entering the new world. Merits trading can be conducted at the auction house entrusted by the Royal Family, while transactions elsewhere or those conducted privately.

If someone regrets, the merits trade will be directly canceled, while regret is invalid for trades conducted by the auction house.

Third point, soldiers on the Dead Spirit Battlefield can become local residents. Those who do not wish to be local residents can exchange this qualification for ten million merits.

Of course, they do not need to make a choice now, but soldiers on the Extraterritorial Battlefield need a million merits to choose to become residents of the new world.

However, this cannot be traded; only those who have truly accumulated merits of over a million have this qualification.]

When these three points were released, the entire new world was in an uproar, especially those coming from the Dead Spirit Battlefield, who suddenly found themselves in a state of bewilderment!

These three points stirred up a great commotion in the Void Nether Realm, indeed causing dissatisfaction among some forces, but no superpowers were involved, as the superpowers were watching or secretly instructing some first-class forces to make noise.

The royal capital of the Five Continents did not make the slightest effort to stop it, letting things escalate.

When the situation was almost out of control, the Great Emperor opened the teleportation array from the Five Continents to the new world, allowing those forces that were the loudest to teleport everyone over.

Those forces were very excited, thinking they could get a share, leading other forces to imitate the protests.

However, when the Teleportation Array was activated, a projection appeared in the sky of both the Void Nether Realm and the new world. It was a projection of the void.

When everyone saw this projection, they felt strange, while some keen minds sensed something was amiss.

Whoosh!

On the projection, five beams of brilliance lit up, and forces from the Five Continents entering the Teleportation Array all appeared in the void projection.

”Here is...”

Whoosh!

The forces teleported had not yet reacted when a world projection enveloped them and wrapped the hundreds of thousands of people transported.

Whoosh!

The sky instantaneously turned blood-red, and hundreds of thousands were crushed into a blood mist by the world projection!

People from both realms were stunned, staring blankly at the void.

At that moment, a figure cloaked in the world projection appeared in the sky of the two realms.

”It is the War God!”

”It is the Second Prince!”

From both realms, some people recognized this figure.

”I am the Lord of the new world, Si Wenjun. The rules of merits are set by me. If you want to come to my Battlefield World, you must abide by the rules I set. Those who do not follow, dare to enter the domain of Battlefield World, will be killed without mercy!”

Leaving behind these cold words, the projection disappeared, the Void Nether Realm fell silent, whereas the Battlefield World rang with a fervent cheer.

Si Wenjun named the new world Battlefield World, as a reminder to the people of the Void Nether Realm not to forget this was once a man-eating battlefield!

All forces in the Void Nether Realm understood this was agreed upon between the Great Emperor and Si Wenjun, meant to deter the forces of the Five Continents.

Yet the forces of the Five Continents were speechless, as Si Wenjun’s words were very clear: he is the master of Battlefield World; this is his territory. He decides what happens; if you do not obey, he will kill you. What can you do? You are not stronger than me, so endure it!

Hence, the clamor finally ended, and no forces had further opinions. All forces began to inquire about who had high merits and which auction house arranged by the Five Continents was involved.

Whether happy or not, everyone had to accept the set plan over the next year!

During this year, no one from the Void Nether Realm came to Battlefield World. The Teleportation Array was only opened that once and killed hundreds of thousands. Without notification from the five royal capitals, even if the Teleportation Array opened, no one dared to use it!

Meanwhile, those in Battlefield World did not leave but continued to train, with this year not deducting merits as a reward for the warriors who stayed till the last moment!

A year passed, and forces from the Void Nether Realm also accepted this plan. The Great Emperor returned to the Five Continents, no longer interfering with the affairs of Battlefield World.

Si Wenhao, along with the five generals and Zhao Buzu, Zhu Tianming, and Si Wenjun, gathered once again.

However, this time was not in a military camp but a year later, with Battlefield World’s scale almost determined, equivalent only to one of the Five Continents, and numerous cities built within this world. Some residents who chose to stay have started to settle down.

Of course, those settling in Battlefield World are free to enter and exit the Void Nether Realm, which is part of their reward.

Among all these cities, in the central position, are two adjacent cities. One is the highest authority in Battlefield World, the Realm Lord City, where Si Wenjun resides.

The other is named Blood Wolf City!

Those in Blood Wolf City were once from the Blood Wolf Legion, and the name Blood Wolf Army resounded again in Battlefield World because the Blood Wolf Army is the Enforcement Legion here.

The final seven thousand Blood Wolf Army and those soldiers from the Dead Spirit Battlefield who chose to settle in Battlefield World all joined the Blood Wolf Army. Along with some veterans and returning experts from all ranks of the Dead Spirit Battlefield, the Blood Wolf Army grew to a mighty army of one million!

And the commander of the Blood Wolf Army is Jiang Chen!

In Battlefield World, Jiang Chen became a presence second only to one!
