My Youth Began With Him

Su Yu raised his hand to wipe the bloodstain on the corner of his mouth and said calmly, “Jian Tong came tonight and wanted to give me some soup, but I didn’t drink it. She talked about some things related to work, and as I was anxious to send her away, Little Bean came downstairs and told me Pudding had a fever. I didn’t think much and went upstairs right away… I didn’t expect Little Bean would drink the soup when she was downstairs and I definitely didn’t think that there would be aphrodisiacs in the soup. I didn’t think Jian Tong would have the guts. I wouldn’t have let Little Bean be alone with her if I knew.”

Su Yu was full of regrets at this moment…

He wished that time could rewind so that he could kick Jian Tong out so that the tragedy wouldn’t happen.

“I see… where’s the soup? Is the evidence still there?” Huo Mian asked.

“It’s not there anymore. I didn’t see it when I went downstairs, nor was Jian Tong still at my house. It seemed like she took it away. For specific details of whether Jian Tong tricked Little Bean into drinking it or if Little Bean drank it herself, I don’t have a clue. I can only wait for Little Bean to wake up tomorrow…” Su Yu explained.

“Where does that woman live?” Qin Chu asked with a darkened face.

Su Yu and Huo Mian were both stunned after Qin Chu asked the question.

“Tell me that woman’s address…” Qin Chu looked at Su Yu coldly.

“Don’t worry, Qin Chu. I won’t have Little Bean suffer in vain. I won’t forgive Jian Tong even though she’s a celebrity under my company…” Su Yu knew what Qin Chu wanted to do immediately and promised.

“I don’t need your promise. I’ll deal with my family business myself…” Qin Chu turned his head and softly stroked Huo Mian’s cheek. “Honey, stay and take care of our daughter. I’ll be back.”

“Darling… don’t be impulsive…” Huo Mian was also worried about Qin Chu’s condition.

“Don’t worry, I know what I’m doing.” Qin Chu walked outside right away.

He made a phone call as he walked outside, “I want Jian Tong’s home address in five minutes. Get it for me immediately.”

Gao Ran was still half asleep, but he was immediately awakon when he heard Qin Chu’s words.

“Why do you need Jian Tong’s address? Are you into her?” Gao Ran was still joking.

“I’m not in the mood to joke around with you. Send it to my phone in five minutes. Bye now.” Qin Chu hung up quickly right after.

Gao Ran immediately made a call back in the bureau, had the Household Registration Division investigate Jian Tong’s home address, and sent it to Qin Chu.

At this moment, Jian Tong was panicking in the private villa. In fact, she was regretting everything that happened.

She didn’t want things to turn out this way either. At first, she asked for some aphrodisiacs from her friend out of her own little selfish motives.

She heard that men wouldn’t be able to endure it after taking the aphrodisiacs. She thought about going to Su Yu’s place in the middle of the night and dosing him with the aphrodisiacs when there was a chance.

As long as they could start having s-x, Su Yu probably wouldn’t be so distant with her anymore, right?

She didn’t expect that the twins would be sleeping over at Su Yu’s place and that Little Bean would have such a big appetite and actually drink the soup.

If she had stopped Little Bean from drinking the soup, nothing would have happened.

It was unfortunate that Jian Tong’s hatred towards Huo Mian and the twins was triggered and intensified so much which led to her evil intentions emerging.

Hence, she saw a three-year-old kid drink the soup that contained aphrodisiacs with her own eyes and didn’t do anything to stop her.

Thankfully, Little Bean didn’t drink much. She only drank a spoonful of soup, or else Jian Tong couldn’t even imagine what would have happened…

Jian Tong started feeling uneasy after she got home because she sensed something might be happening.

She didn’t even know how a kid would react towards aphrodisiacs.

Would Su Yu make her accountable for this? Would Qin Chu and Huo Mian forgive her?

– 1:30 AM –

Jian Tong wasn’t sleepy at all. She thought for a while and finally decided to give her assistant a call.

“Help me look for a ticket to Thailand… I must leave right away.”
