Reborn As Noble

Chapter 646: Sleep Tight, Honey Bun ( 646 )

Once Javier reached his room, the familiar warmth of home greeted him—not just from the room itself, but from the two figures waiting patiently inside.

Liana was already in her pale, elegant pajamas, sitting on the edge of the bed with a serene smile. Gloria stood nearby, also dressed for the night, glasses off and long hair tied loosely behind her shoulder.

”Welcome back, young master,” Liana said softly, her tone calm and affectionate. She stood up and handed him a neatly folded towel.

Gloria stepped forward with a gentle smile, holding his prepared nightwear. ”Everythingʼs ready. Go shower, young master.”

Javier looked between the two of them and gave a small, grateful sigh.

”Okay~” he replied, stretching slightly. ”Feels good to be home…”

He took the towel from Liana, gave both girls a cheeky smile, and headed toward the bath.

Liana and Gloria exchanged a knowing look.

That night, the room was quiet—calm, gentle, warm.

Liana lay at Javierʼs right, her arms softly wrapping around him. Her gaze was steady, affectionate, protective. Without a word, she leaned in and pressed her lips against his—slow, warm, and full of love.

On his left, Gloria adjusted her glasses slightly before turning toward him. She leaned in next, her kiss just as tender, yet carrying a composed passion that lingered just a bit longer.

Javier blinked, then chuckled softly as he rested his head back on the pillow. One hand holding Lianaʼs, the other lightly resting on Gloriaʼs waist.

On his bed.

In his home.

Between his two beloved maids—his lovers, his heartbeat, his world.

”Ehehe... life isnʼt that bad,” he whispered.

Outside, the wind was calm.

Inside, everything was perfect.

Tomorrow could bring anything.

But tonight—he was home.

Javier closed his eyes, feeling the soft rhythm of Lianaʼs breath on one side and Gloriaʼs warmth on the other.

Itʼs good to be back...

Inside his mind, the thoughts came gently, like a breeze through the open windows of his heart.

I wish my everyday life was like this again...

No bloodshed.

No screaming orders.

No rushing to save a city or slay a monster.

Just peace.

Just warmth.

Just the sound of gentle breathing beside me.

Happy... and best.

He reached up, quietly squeezing the hands of both girls beside him.

Please... let this last.

Just a little longer.

And with that quiet wish, Javier drifted to sleep—peacefully, for the first time in a long time.

Liana stirred slightly beneath the covers, her eyes still closed, but her instincts seeking warmth.

She smiled softly in her sleep.

And without a word, she wrapped her arms around Javier and pulled him into her embrace—tight, protective, almost possessive.

Javier murmured a sleepy sound but didnʼt resist. His body nestled closer, his head resting softly against her shoulder.

Lianaʼs smile deepened.

So warm… so real…

Inside her mind—clear, gentle, but firm:

I love you, young master.

I always have. I always will.

No matter what, young master…

I will be by your side.

Even if you have a lot of wives.

Even if youʼre busy with missions…

Quests…

Tasks…

Or burdens only someone like you can carry—

I will stay by your side.

In the harsh…

In the easy…

In the silence between battles…

And the noise of victory…

Because you…

You are the only thing I ever need.

In this life.

In this heart.

In this soul.

Always.

Liana smiled softly.

To be near the one she had ever opened her heart to…

That was the only dream she had ever truly wanted.

Not titles.

Not riches.

Not fame or glory.

Just him.

Javier De Armand.

The boy who changed her life.

The man she vowed to walk beside—

Forever.

Fransesca walked slowly toward her room.

As she passed in front of Javierʼs, she paused—then quietly opened the door.

Fransesca stood silently by the doorway, the soft moonlight casting a gentle glow across the room.

Her honey bun… nestled peacefully between the two girls who loved him with all their heart.

She watched them for a moment longer—Lianaʼs arms gently wrapped around him, Gloriaʼs head resting on his shoulder.

A small, motherly smile touched her lips.

”Youʼve grown so much, Javier…”

Inside her heart, she whispered:

Cherish them.

Both of them.

Theyʼre your strength.

Your light.

Even if I already know…

You couldnʼt live without them.

So keep them close.

Make them laugh.

Protect their tears.

And never… never lose them again.

She took one last look before gently closing the door behind her.

”And donʼt worry, honey bun… Mommy and your father—

Weʼre always on your side.”

Now go…

Carve your path.

Choose your choice.

And live without regret.

Fransesca arrived at her room.

As she stepped inside, her personal maid, Erisa, had already prepared the bedding.

”Maʼam, do you want me to arrange the maids to standby and guard the area inside?” Erisa asked politely.

Fransesca shook her head, waving her hand gracefully. ”No. Donʼt worry about it, Erisa.”

Then, a mischievous smirk appeared on her lips.

”Actually…” she paused and picked up her favorite pillow, hugging it close.

”I think Iʼm going to sleep with my honey bun today~”

Erisa held back a chuckle, a soft smile curving her lips. She knew exactly what that meant.

”Understood, maʼam. Shall I escort you?”

Fransesca nodded cheerfully. ”Yes~ Letʼs go before he falls asleep completely. I need my cuddle quota tonight.”

Pillow in hand, her long robe fluttering lightly behind her, Fransesca walked through the hallway with Erisa trailing silently behind. Her expression was a mix of pride and playful joy—just a mother visiting the son she cherished most.

Tonight, her heart felt full.

And she wanted to end the day wrapped in the comfort of knowing her little boy—her honey bun—was finally home.

When Fransesca arrived back at Javierʼs room, she gently opened the door with practiced quiet.

Inside, the soft moonlight spilled through the window, casting a peaceful glow on the three figures on the bed.

Her sharp motherly eyes instantly noticed something—Gloria had turned slightly in her sleep, leaving just enough space between her and Javier.

A golden opportunity.

Fransesca grinned like a mischievous child.

Slip.

With silent steps and the agility of a seasoned mother, she tiptoed across the room and slid herself right into the space beside Javier.

She wrapped her arms around him from behind, snuggling close.

”Oh mamaʼs boy~ let me hug you…” she whispered giddily, her voice barely a breath.

Then, with a quiet squeal of joy—

”Tehe~ MY HONEY BUN~” she mouthed soundlessly, rubbing her cheek gently against the back of Javierʼs head like a content cat.

Javier, blissfully unaware, didnʼt stir. He simply sighed in his sleep, his breathing calm and peaceful.

This was normal.

Fransesca had always been like this.

No matter how old he got.

Even surrounded by his future wives.

He was still… her baby.
