The Ultimate Evolution

A woman as prideful as Zi naturally would not express her dissatisfaction at this moment, let alone mention Melody’s name. She jutted her chin and gave Sheyan an arrogant, provocative stare. There were also traces of anger and seductiveness in her eyes. But Sheyan only saw the provocation. He felt like Zi was telling him, I’m going to keep staying here, little boy, what can you do about it?

“Don’t push it….”

Sheyan was already in a foul mood in the first place, and someone actually came to him to provoke him…and the one provoking him was not someone he could teach a lesson with his fist! Sheyan turned around in anger, half kneeling on the ground, and slammed his hands into the wall on both sides of Zi’s head.

They were so close at the moment that their eyes and their lips were separated by mere centimeters. They could even feel the heat in each other’s breath….

Sheyan’s action was originally for the purpose of spitting some threatening words, but now that he was in this position, he suddenly found his mind going blank. This was the first time he had been so close to Zi’s refined, delicate face, the first time he was smelling the feminine fragrance emitted from Zi after it was heated up by her body heat, the first time he was seeing this astonished but slightly embarrassed expression on Zi’s face.

This was the first time a man had been so strongly invaded Zi’s personal space, so she was surprised. As for being embarrassed, that was only due to a woman’s instinct. 80% of it was still surprise.

“You damn woman, I warned you to get out of here,” Sheyan started to feel a fire burning in his heart, and it was rising fast. He liked simple and direct actions, so his next move was a very ungentlemanly one.

Sheyan unhesitatingly kissed Zi’s slightly parted red lips, even extending his tongue into her mouth before she could react. His right hand rudely reached behind her back and pulled her into his embrace, while his left hand grabbed at something which he had wanted to grab for a long time.

‘So incredibly soft and elastic.’ Sheyan couldn’t help admiring in his heart while he hungrily tasted Zi’s lips.

It happened so suddenly that Zi was at a loss for a while. She completely did not expect this. A soft, weak feeling washed over her, like she was soaking in warm water. Her heart beat began to accelerate. More bizarrely, her body seemed to be reveling in this feeling. In her confusion, Zi even let Sheyan did as he pleased at first….

That was, until Sheyan’s hands naughtily rushed to the third base and tried to pry open her legs. That made Zi come to her senses with a jolt. She instantly resisted, and when she found that it was futile, she bit down hard….

Sheyan let out a sudden cry of pain and halted his conquering of Zi.

“What are you doing?” Zi said angrily. She tidied up her messy clothes and continued, “I despise those who take advantage of me when I’m weak.”

‘Take advantage of you when you’re weak…. I’m the one who’s crying here in a moment of vulnerability! You came to me against my wishes, and now you say I’m taking advantage of you when you’re weak? How were you weak?’ thought Sheyan furiously, but he did not intend to voice his thoughts, because when a man quarrels with a woman, win or lose, he would still lose anyway. Besides, Sheyan was in heat – how could he not be? Any man with a normal sexual function would have the same reaction – so he ignored what Zi said and went back to conquering her!

This time, Sheyan kissed her neck instead to avoid being bitten again, and then decided to try the feeling of being breast-fed in a very dirty way.

Zi, of course, was not willing to be conquered so easily, but Sheyan suddenly said something in her ears. Her body turned stiff, and her resistance after that became more symbolic rather than with any real intention of stopping Sheyan.

Sheyan’s words were, “I now have 110 points of Strength and more than 4,000 HP. We’re separated by mere centimeters. O great mage, in this situation, do you think your resistance is of any use?”

It was not the first time Zi had met someone who tried to take advantage of her, but with her extraordinary strength, she was normally able to let the guys who had bad intentions die an ugly death. Therefore, she could always remain calm, but… Sheyan’s words reminded her that her advantage did not apply to the current situation at all.

‘So unfortunate. How did I forget that?’ thought Zi with irritation while her strong but slender legs were separated.

Women are very strange creatures. Men can never guess what’s going on in their minds.

What followed next were gasps, repressed groans, and the sounds of flesh slapping against flesh. The noises went from low to high, reached a peak, and finally fell back down.

The person to come out of the room first was Zi. Although she forced herself to appear calm, her flushed cheeks and slightly awkward gait sold her out completely.

Zi had actually been prepared for this. First of all, she was a normal woman with normal needs. There was not a man around her that she would look at twice, besides Sheyan, who was slightly better than the others, so why not let Sheyan have it. In Zi’s point of view, she had only used a man to fulfill her desire. Therefore, if we were to analyse the situation further, Sheyan’s role in the whole affair was almost similar to a dildo.

As for their relationship in Nightmare Worlds, that was another matter. Zi was a woman who had always been able to keep her work and private matters separate. Otherwise, she would not have been able to manage the E.S consortium so well. She would still behave very professionally in Nightmare Worlds, as that was a matter of life and death.

Sheyan was currently experiencing an indescribable sense of emptiness – it was a feeling of being emptied out, mixed with exhaustion. When the feeling reached his physical body, it produced only one effect: he did not want to do anything or think of anything. He only wanted to lie still and fall into a deep sleep.

Fortunately, Sheyan still retained a trace of reason and determination. He forced himself to climb back up and take a shower, thus squeezing a little more energy out of his body. He then returned to the real world and fell asleep on his bed. The trauma in the depths of his heart, as well as the fatigue accumulated in the depths of his body, slowly began to heal in his sleep.

He did not know how long he had slept for when he suddenly awoke to a nice smell. The smell was very familiar and quite attractive. He could not help but fight back his sleepiness and climb up. He then saw Uncle Dasi smiling kindly at him while smoking hookah. The fragrant smell came from a big blue-and-white porcelain bowl on the table next to him. It was a bowl of meat noodles.

The bowl of meat noodles cooked by Uncle Dasi was actually made from very common raw materials. The noodles were bought from the supermarket while the soup was brewed with a fish and some pork. The pork meat used was three-tenths fat and seven-tenths lean, cut in different thicknesses. The noodles were poured with soy sauce and sprinkled with salt and onions.

The bowl of meat noodles was very ordinary, but in Sheyan’s childhood memory, having a bowl of meat noodles to eat was a very joyous occasion. Sheyan took a large bite of the chewy noodles and chomped it down into his stomach. He then took a sip of the clear soup that was filled with the aroma of onions, and ate the fresh, green vegetables in the noodles. Sheyan’s habit was to eat the noodles first, then finish the soup. He would leave the tender shredded meat for last, gulping it down in satisfying big mouthfuls. It was truly an unforgettable feeling.

Uncle Dasi’s culinary skills might be a little crude, but the essence of a bowl of noodles lay in its soup, and Uncle Dasi’s soup was delicious. In addition, the meat he used was was three-tenths fat and seven-tenths lean, so it was tender even after it was cooked. Sheyan finished the whole bowl with relish.

“Is Sanzi up yet?” asked Sheyan as he drank the last mouthful of soup with satisfaction.

“He woke up long ago. He said that you’re exhausted and specifically asked me not to disturb you,” replied Uncle Dasi.

Sheyan nodded with a smile. “What’s he doing now?”

“He’s booking plane tickets. Aren’t you guys going to the Mainland for a business trip? That’s what he told me,” asked Uncle Dasi uncertainly.

“Oh yeah, that’s right. I just woke up so my mind is still in a blur,” Sheyan covered for Sanzi in a hurry.

‘Why is Sanzi going to the Mainland?’ thought Sheyan, perplexed.
