As Haraxisʼs form dissolved into nothing, the vast silence of space settled around them.

E.E and Elevora, bloodied and exhausted, floated there, breathing heavily with triumphant expressions.

”Well, that was one hell of a workout,” E.E muttered while wiping the blood from his lip.

Elevora smirked faintly in satisfaction. ”Not as much as a workout compared to when you and I are going at it in the bedroom.”

She winked at E.E.

”What a wild woman. I fucking love you,” E.E voiced before closing the distance in between them.

They shared another kiss while the cosmos held its breathe.

...

...

For the past two weeks, Gustav and Endric had poured over every clue Gustav had managed to extract from his glimpse of the swordʼs location.

They scoured star maps, combed through ancient planetary records, and tracked faint energy readings in distant regions of the galaxy. But the universe was vast, and the task was proving as difficult as finding a single grain of sand on a beach.

A hazy teal planet in the background, an unnatural light with a void-like quality—these were the only markers they had, and no world theyʼd examined so far matched those eerie features.

One evening, as they rested in Gustavʼs place. Endric finally broke the silence, voicing the question on everyoneʼs mind.

”Big brother, what was it really like in the Stagnant Siterus Void?” he inquired with a somber tone.

The others, seated nearby, turned their attention to Gustav, eager for answers. Even though Gustav was usually silent about his struggles, they knew he had experienced something profound.

Gustav leaned back, staring into the distance. For a moment, he hesitated, as if he were considering what to reveal. Then he began to speak.

”Itʼs like being suspended in a place where time doesnʼt mean anything,” Gustav gaze turned distant as he remembered. ”Everything is slow. It drains you—not just physically, but mentally and spiritually. I felt like every part of me was being stripped away.

Thabks to the Three in one Golden body technique taught to me by Miss Aimee, things were not as tough as they would have been.” His voice grew softer. ”...And she was there. Miss Aimee was waiting for me. Sheʼd been there all along.”

The group listened in respectful silence. Now it made sense to them why Miss Aimee had been able to properly guide Gustav.

Angy, seated beside Gustav, looked down with an unreadable expression as she processed his words.

”Miss Aimee sacrificed herself for me,” Gustav continued. ”She merged with Dimension Six, allowing me to reach it. Without her, I would have been stuck outside and probably wouldnʼt have been able to return forever. She gave me the way forward, knowing sheʼd become part of that place, knowing she couldnʼt return.”

The atmosphere grew melancholic as a somber silence settled over them all. They knew just how much Miss Aimee meant to Gustav.

Each of them reflected on the sacrifice she made.

”She did that for you,” Endric said softly, breaking the silence. ”She knew what was at stake. She believed in you, big brother. ”

Gustav nodded slowly. ”I know, Endric. And Iʼm not going to let her sacrifice go in vain. After I get my full powers back, Iʼll separate her from Dimension Six. Iʼll bring her back.” He looked around at the others, his eyes filled with a steely resolve. ”I will not let her remain that way.”

A sense of hope flickered in the groupʼs expressions. The heaviness lifted slightly.

”How will you get your powers back?” Angy questioned, her eyes fixed on him.

Gustav leaned forward while explaining. ”To regain my full Outworldly power, I have to gather my sacred items together—the armor, the boots, the hourglass, Cohilia, and… the sword. Once theyʼre united, I have to perform a ritual to fully restore my strength.” He revealed. ”But the sword… itʼs the only piece left, and we still donʼt know where it is.”

Endric rubbed his chin thoughtfully. ”But you also mentioned that vestiges of your power are scattered across the universe, right?”

”Yes,” Gustav confirmed. ”Unless I retrieve those vestiges, even if I get the sword, I wonʼt be able to perform the ritual.”

Endricʼs eyes brightened with sudden determination. ”Then let me handle the search for the sword. You donʼt need to be here for that. Iʼll go through every map, every planet, every distant corner of the galaxy if thatʼs what it takes. Iʼll find it.”

Gustav regarded him with a skeptical look. ”Endric, even if you do find it, you wonʼt be able to wield it. Itʼs bound to me. No one else can hold it.”

Endric met his gaze evenly. ”I donʼt need to wield it. When I find it, Iʼll contact you. You can come to us, wherever we are. But you need to focus on gathering your vestiges. We canʼt waste time running in circles.”

Gustav studied Endricʼs face, noting the resolve etched in his features. Thinking about how Endric spent over six months looking for the sword initially, Gustav didnʼt feel like bothering him with the same task yet again.

”Youʼre serious about this,” Gustav murmured.

Endric smirked. ”Of course I am. What else would I be doing? Sitting around watching you chase shadows? I can handle this. Trust me.”

Gustav sighed, but a small smile tugged at the corner of his mouth. ”Fine, Endric. But if things get out of hand, you call me immediately. No heroics.”

”Me? Heroics? Never,” Endric replied with a light tone, but Gustav could see the sincerity beneath the humor.

Angy chimed in, her voice full of support. ”Endricʼs right. Youʼve got to retrieve those vestiges. Miss Aimee gave up everything to get you to this point. We should also play our part to assist.”

”Sheʼs right,” added Aildris, nodding. ”Focus on gathering your strength, Gustav. Weʼve got your back here.”

Gustav looked around at his friends, feeling a surge of gratitude.

”Alright. Iʼll start journeying for the vestiges,” his voice carried a note of finality. ”But keep me updated. The moment you find any lead, no matter how small, I want to know.”

Endric grinned while extending his hand. ”Deal. Weʼll keep you posted. And remember—donʼt take too long, alright? We donʼt want Nocturnis pulling any more tricks while weʼre running around.”

Gustav clasped Endricʼs hand firmly. ”I wonʼt keep you waiting. Just make sure you donʼt get into any trouble.”

Endric chuckled before releasing his grip. ”Trouble? Me? I think youʼre mixing me up with someone else.”

The group shared a laugh and the tension eased as they embraced their roles in this new phase of their mission.

Later, as Gustav prepared to embark on his journey across the universe to retrieve his vestiges, he took a moment to reflect on everything that had brought him to this point. The sacrifices, the battles, the friends who had stood by him—they were his strength, his anchor.

---

Within his ship, Gustav glanced back at the group one last time before stepping aboard.

Endric gave him a thumbs-up, Angy waved, and Aildris nodded. Each of them showed their support in their own way.

”Iʼll be back before you know it,” Gustav stated.

”Youʼd better,” Endric replied, grinning. ”Weʼre not planning on doing this without you, you know.”

As the shipʼs engines groaned to life, Gustav felt a sense of calm.

The ship lifted off, ascending through the atmosphere and into the stars. Gustav watched as Earth faded into the distance, his thoughts turning to the vast unknown that lay before him.

With a final, determined gaze, Gustav set his course toward the first vestige, ready to reclaim his power.

...

As Gustavʼs ship disappeared into the expanse of stars, leaving Earth behind, a deep silence settled over the group.

Endric, Angy, Aildris, and the others watched until his ship was no longer visible.

They knew Gustavʼs journey would be long, and they each felt the gravity of what lay ahead. He would be out there, facing the unknown alone to retrieve his lost power, while they remained behind to scour the universe for any sign of the missing sword.

The quiet was interrupted by a sudden alert. Endric glanced at his communicator, and a faint smile tugged at the corners of his mouth. ”Looks like weʼve got incoming,” he murmured, turning to the others with a spark of excitement in his eyes.

Angy raised an eyebrow, catching the shift in his tone. ”Who is it?” she asked with a hint of curiosity in her voice.

Before Endric could answer, a battle-worn ship appeared in the sky above them, descending with a controlled buzz as it maneuvered toward their location.

As it drew closer, the group could make out the scorch marks and dented panels—

The ship touched down with a gentle thud. Its engines wound down, and the loading ramp extended with a low hiss.

The group watched eagerly as two figures emerged from the ship: E.E. and Elevora.
