That Day When Suzuki-kun Wasn't the Mob-B!

”...What are you doing, Ravel?”

Finn’s voice came out slightly hoarse. His throat was suddenly bone-dry, and he had to use every ounce of his willpower to swallow the heavy gulp building in his chest. He didn’t want to show how violently her sudden appearance had rattled him.

Standing in the misty doorway of the Kuoh Shrine’s indoor hot spring was Ravel Phenex. The heavy, sulfur-laced steam curled around her petite figure, but it did absolutely nothing to hide the fact that she was wearing only a single, impossibly thin white bath towel. The damp fabric clung desperately to her lush, womanly curves, threatening to slip from her collarbones at any given second.

”Your body must still be freezing after your battle with Serafall-sama, right?” Ravel asked, her golden eyes wide with genuine, sweet concern. ”As a pure-blooded member of the Phenex family, my innate affinity is fire. Please... let me warm you up and help wash your back, Finn-sama.”

Her reasoning was perfectly sound. She was worried about him, and her demonic trait naturally countered the ice he had just endured. Logically, it made perfect sense.

No! No, it doesn’t! Finn screamed internally.

It wasn’t logical at all. Even if her excuse was technically valid, it was wildly inappropriate for an unmarried noblewoman to waltz into his private bath wrapped in nothing but a flimsy piece of cotton.

She is completely serious about this, Finn realized, watching the unwavering determination flush her cheeks.

If Finn had to be completely honest with himself, he had never really planned on marrying. It sounded irresponsible, but many high-ranking Devils lived exactly that way—enjoying their eternal youth, remaining single, and casually sleeping with beautiful women whenever they pleased. That was the lazy, indulgent life Finn currently enjoyed, and throwing it away for political marriage seemed like a waste.

Akeno, Asia, Xenovia, and Irina were all incredible, breathtaking women. But taking them as official wives came with a mountain of treacherous political baggage. The conservative factions of the Underworld would ruthlessly scrutinize their backgrounds.

But Ravel?

Ravel was, without a shadow of a doubt, the absolute perfect wife candidate. She wasn’t burdened with the pressures of being the primary heir, yet she possessed the flawless education, the impeccable manners, and the pure, high-class bloodline of the Phenex House.

If they married, Finn couldn’t even begin to fathom the sheer, monstrous potential of their future children. Combining the Herculean strength and absolute magic resistance of the Balam House with the legendary wind, fire, and absolute immortality of the Phenex House? Their bloodline would effortlessly birth the strongest Devils in existence.

Finn was a master at playing the lazy, uninterested observer in public. But behind closed doors, beneath the surface, he was a deeply lewd, primal beast. He hid his true desires well, but right now, looking at the sweet, willing noblewoman standing before him, the beast was waking up.

”Finn-sama...”

Before Finn could formulate a proper rejection, the soft, wet slap of a towel hitting the stone tiles echoed through the room.

The water rippled violently. Suddenly, Ravel was right behind him.

”Ravel?!”

Finn’s entire body went rigid. His breath hitched in his throat. What pressed against his broad, muscular back wasn’t the rough texture of a towel. It was bare, impossibly smooth, burning-hot skin. The heavy, plush softness of her bountiful chest flattened against his shoulder blades, and he could distinctly feel two impossibly taut, sensitive peaks pressing directly into his skin through the warm water.

”I-I am so sorry, Finn-sama...” Ravel whispered, her voice trembling slightly. The sweet, intoxicating scent of expensive rose bath oil instantly enveloped him.

”...Why are you apologizing?”

Finn was the older, more experienced one. Hearing her apologize for actively seducing him felt incredibly backwards. It forced him to suddenly reflect on his own hesitation.

What exactly am I holding back for?

”I-I know that I must be troubling you...” Ravel murmured, burying her flushed face against his wet neck.

Ravel’s heart was hammering so wildly against his back that Finn could feel the rhythm. She had been nervous ever since they first met. Despite Finn’s approachable, gentle nature, she knew exactly who surrounded him. Rias Gremory and Sona Sitri were universally desired, towering figures of beauty and status. Countless men would burn down the Underworld just to earn a single glance from them.

Ravel had often looked down on herself. She had wealth, but she wasn’t the sister of a Maou. She feared that when Finn inevitably needed powerful political allies to survive his chaotic battles, the Phenex name simply wouldn’t be enough to protect him.

”But... please let me do this. Okay?”

Beneath the bubbling, opaque surface of the hot spring, Ravel’s slender, incredibly soft hand slid around his waist. The heat of her palm contrasted sharply with the water as her fingers boldly drifted downward, instantly finding the heavy, throbbing evidence of his arousal.

”Ravel...” Finn groaned, his voice dropping an entire octave.

The final thread of his restraint violently snapped. It didn’t matter what the political consequences were. She was offering herself completely, and deep down, this was exactly what his demonic instincts craved.

Making excuses was for cowards. Finn knew exactly what he wanted.

He turned around in the water, grabbed her delicate waist, and pulled her flush against his chest. He crashed his lips down onto hers, swallowing her surprised, high-pitched gasp.

It was Ravel’s very first kiss, but as a high-class Devil, she wasn’t completely ignorant. Her mother had ensured she was thoroughly educated in the arts of pleasing a husband. Though initially awkward, her small, sweet tongue eagerly pushed past his lips, tangling clumsily but passionately with his. Her body melted entirely into a pliant, trembling mess in his arms as he stole the sweetness of her first time.

Yet, even as her mind short-circuited from pleasure, her small hand beneath the water didn’t stop its torturous, agonizingly good rhythm.

Finn’s large hands roamed freely over her wet skin, kneading the heavy, overflowing softness of her chest. He trailed hot, demanding kisses down her jawline, moving to her collarbone, before dipping lower to claim the flushed, sensitive peaks of her chest, drawing out a series of breathtaking, musical whimpers from her throat.

”Hmn~!” Ravel arched her back, her fingers tangling desperately in his wet hair. ”You... you are greedy like a baby, Finn-sama...”

Finn might have been acting greedy, but the heavy pressure grinding against her stomach proved he was entirely a man.

”It’s getting too hot in here,” Finn growled, sweeping her completely out of the water and into his arms. ”Let’s move to the bedroom.”

”Um~!”

Ravel squeaked, wrapping her arms tightly around his neck. She knew exactly what was about to happen, and she was entirely ready for it. This was her sole purpose for marching into the human world.

When they finally tumbled onto the soft, cool sheets of his bed, Finn unleashed the beast he had been hiding. He completely overwhelmed her, turning the proud, aristocratic Phenex princess into a sobbing, blissful, lewd mess beneath him.

Yet, strangely enough, despite her petite frame, the legendary Phenex regeneration proved incredibly useful. Her body was remarkably, miraculously durable, allowing her to easily endure Finn’s relentless, punishing stamina—a feat that would later leave Akeno, Asia, and Xenovia completely stunned and fiercely jealous.

Burying his face in her sweat-dampened blonde curls, Finn gripped her narrow hips tightly. With a final, deep thrust, he surrendered completely, releasing everything he had inside of her. As the overwhelming warmth flooded her core, a primal, possessive desire washed over Finn—a fierce hope that in just a few short months, the beautiful Phenex heiress beneath him would bear the undeniable, physical proof of their union.

Meanwhile, on the other side of Kuoh, Ravel wasn’t the only one desperate to launch a late-night offensive on Finn’s bed.

”Let me go! It’s my turn to make a Shimaidon proposal!” Serafall wailed, struggling wildly in her magical girl outfit.

”Don’t you dare!”

Sona Sitri gritted her teeth, dragging her wildly flailing, lust-crazed older sister away by the collar. Sona pushed her glasses up the bridge of her nose, vowing to keep the Maou locked away before she could cause an absolute scandal of the Underworld!

I have uploaded my new original novel!

As I have said before, I am planning to write an original novel on Royal Road, and I have uploaded it under the name OnlyPureLove44.

The title of the book is ”Checking Out at 5:15 PM”

Summary:

Motoi has achieved the ultimate dream: he passed the brutal Tier-1 Civil Service Exam and secured a job as a municipal librarian at Kanagawa Central Library. His life plan is beautifully simple. He will stamp due dates, avoid all office politics, and clock out exactly at 5:15 PM every single day to play games and read his book in peace.

He just wants to be a background character. He wants the legendary ”iron rice bowl.”

Yet, instead of a quiet sanctuary, his library desk has become the anchor point for three chaotic, high-powered women who refuse to leave him alone.

It is a romance, by the way.
