Shota's Isekai NTR Adventure

The smoke cleared even more and I realized what had happened.

”It really just disappeared under the full might of that explosion.”

I couldn’t help shaking my head with a bitter smile as I realized this, but I didn’t really mind it.

This was a clear demonstration of the power behind this new method of attacking that I had found and it was a very good demonstration. This showed me just how much power I could get out of my own abilities.

It was much greater than anything that I had been able to do before this.

There was no doubt that this would be useful when fighting the forces of Destruction in the future. There was even a part of me that was looking forward to seeing how it would go the next time we clashed.

As for the reason I knew that the behemoth was dead, it was all because of the pile of loot that had dropped where the behemoth had been previously.

Since there was a pile of loot there, I really wanted to see what kind of loot would come from this behemoth. This was loot from a legendary monster like the behemoth, so it was only natural that it would be something on a different level.

”Is this really it?”

It really was hard to hide the disappointment in my voice when I said this.

After all, the loot that came from the behemoth really wasn’t on the level that I had expected it to be.

It was only a single hide and a single sword that had dropped.

With how poor it was, it almost felt like this was some kind of pittance.

”No, it shouldn’t be that bad since it came from the behemoth.” Though when I said this, it felt more like I was trying to convince myself than actually stating a fact.

Regardless of what the situation was, it wasn’t as if I was going to leave this loot behind. It would have been a waste to leave behind free loot like this.

Only the moment that I reached out to touch the skin, I found that there was something off with it.

However, it wasn’t as if I was able to stop it since it basically jumped out at me once my hand came close enough. It didn’t even stop for a moment as it reached my hand and started spreading across it.

I was a bit worried at first when I saw the skin do this, but it didn’t take long for me to figure out what it was doing.

This skin was a special kind of armour that adapted to the figure of the one that wore it. It was spreading across my skin like this because it was shaping itself according to my figure to properly protect me.

Once it had finished wrapping around me, I looked closely at the new armour that I was wearing.

”Yep, this thing is as hard as the behemoth.”

I had already suspected that this would be the case, but it was a different story when I tested it for myself. But after testing it, I was certain that this thing would no doubt be a very useful set of armour in the future.

I just wondered if I could pass it onto others.

Once I finished examining the armour, I looked at the sword that had also appeared.

With how special this armour was, I was a bit expectant of the blade itself.

But in the end, I was disappointed.

It wasn’t as if it was a bad sword, it was without a doubt a very powerful sword if one just looked at its specs alone. This was a special magic sword that was on a completely different level from any other magical weapon that was out there.

If it was in the hands of someone who knew how to use it, they would no doubt become an unstoppable force in this world.

The problem was that this sword only used mana and didn’t use divine energy.

That meant that this sword wouldn’t play any use in fighting against the forces of Destruction. This sword wouldn’t have any way of scattering the corruption energy that the forces of Destruction used.

Which was why this thing really wasn’t that useful at all.

”In another era, this sword would have reigned supreme. But in this era where we have to fight the forces of Destruction, it has become a useless relic.”

I gave a sigh at first when I said this, but then there was a part of me that was considering whether I should break this sword down or not.

No matter how one looked at it, this thing could be considered a source of temptation.

Even if this sword was useless against the forces of Destruction, that didn’t mean that it was completely useless against the races that lived on the continent. This was a sword that was meant to be used against those different races.

So if it was known by others, it would become a source of temptation for them to use it.

But if that was to happen, the only thing that it would bring is chaos to the racial alliance.

Currently, the racial alliance was the only thing that was holding the continent back from falling to the forces of Destruction. If there was this kind of temptation that split the racial alliance, it really would be very bad for the different races of the continent.

”It wouldn’t have been dropped if there wasn’t a reason for dropping it.” I couldn’t help thinking to myself in the end.

After all, the one that had snuck into this place and created this hidden floor was someone that I knew. So I was certain that they wouldn’t have created such a thing if there wasn’t a use for it.

”I can’t let anyone know about this.” I said in the end before putting the sword away.

Perhaps this sword might never see the light of day again.
