Shota's Isekai NTR Adventure

Of course Max would have been attracted by the commotion.

He was the one that had created the training dummy in the first place.

But at the same time, he had become obsessed with his research into divine energy after learning about it. It had reached the point where he had even tried to find what the origin of the divine energy was.

Only the divine energy was something that wasn’t from the mortal realm in the first place, so it wasn’t that easy for a mortal like Max to learn much about this divine energy.

Still, he was a mad genius.

Especially when it came to studying divine energy as he was able to figure out things that no one else had been able to figure out previously.

Just taking the training dummy that could measure divine energy as an example, that was something that had never even been thought of by mortals before this.

So if there was anyone that could be able to figure out what had happened, it would be Max.

”I have no idea what I’m looking at.”

That was the only thing that Max could say after he finished observing the dagger.

A wry smile appeared on my face when I heard this.

I had thought that he would be able to at least tell me what the effects of stacking divine energy like this would be, but it seemed like he wasn’t able to do it at all.

Seeing the look on my face, Max said, ”This is completely different from anything that I’ve seen before.”

Hearing this, I couldn’t help raising a brow to look at him.

However, Max didn’t seem to dwell on this as he turned to look at Alidus with an interested look on his face. Seeing this, Alidus couldn’t help feeling a chill run down his spine.

But in the end, he still cooperated with Max’s experiments.

Max knew that it was Alidus’ domain that had inspired me to do what I had done with the dagger, which was why the curiosity was transferred over to Alidus’ domain.

”That’s a very interesting way of using your divine energy.” Max said once he was done analyzing Alidus’ domain.

From the way that he said this, it seemed like he had made some progress with analyzing it and had learned a few things about his domain.

It was just that what we were really interested in was the stacking effect.

”It’s just a very simple phenomenon of combining one and one together, though the effects are certainly more than simple addition. This isn’t something new, this is something that we already know is possible like with spells that use different elements.”

After a pause, Max did add, ”Though it is surprising to see that each of these strands of divine energy can act as a single entity and stack like this.”

He really was a mad genius when it came to things like this seeing how he was able to analyze the divine energy that easily.

It was just that when it came to my domain...

”I have no idea what I’m looking at.”

A strange look appeared on my face when I heard him say this and I just looked at him with one brow raised to question him on this. However, it didn’t seem to matter how I looked at Max since it didn’t seem like he had an explanation for this.

It seemed that this was a matter that really stumped him and he wasn’t happy that he couldn’t figure this out. It was as if not being able to figure this out was something that actually hurt his pride.

Since that was the case, I really didn’t know what to say about this.

”Isn’t there anything that you can tell me about it?” I decided to just see if there was even the slightest bit of information about this domain of mine.

”It’s divine energy.”

The way that he said this almost made it seem like he was making fun of me, but I knew that he wouldn’t do something like that. The fact that he said this meant that he really was stumped by this problem and he wasn’t able to figure out anything.

After a long silence, Max did add, ”It’s divine energy that seems to behave completely different from any divine energy that I’ve seen before.”

He was still looking at the dagger that I was showing him.

As he said this, it seemed like he was becoming more and more excited.

It was almost as if he was seeing something that was different about this that made him realize something else. In fact, there was a part of me that couldn’t help being a bit scared of the expression that he had as he said this.

It really was a bit off putting with how into it he was as he said this.

Taking a deep breath to calm down, I asked him, ”What do you make of it?”

Max didn’t answer at first as he continued using his instruments to check the dagger.

Only after a long silence did he finally say, ”It seems like it’s getting close to some kind of origin.”

I looked at him with a strange look, but I didn’t say anything in the end.

There was a part of me that hoped that he was joking about this, but I knew that he wouldn’t joke about things like this.

Max was someone that was obsessed with divine energy research, which meant that he was very serious when it came to anything related to it.

But if that was the case, then that would mean something bad.

The origin of this world was the God of Creation and if I was reaching the origin of this world, then it would put me on the opposing side of the God of Creation.

It wasn’t as if there could be two Gods of Creation in this world.

So eventually, it would mean that one of us would have to...
