My Community Transmigrated Again

First up was the Function Card.

Level 2 Tracking.

This was the first time he had obtained a tracking-type ability.

A thought stirred in Qin Ziwen’s mind, and he used the Card directly.

[Function Activated: Level 2 Tracking]

[Authority has been promoted. Current Authority: Level 4 Authority (10/16)]

[Level 2 Tracking: Upon activation, reveals the residual auras of all life forms in the area within the last 24 hours and displays their tracking paths. If the function’s linked level breaks through Level 3, it can directly anchor onto their Home, but this is limited to those with a lower authority level than your own.]

Qin Ziwen read it over carefully. ’Excellent. So this is the ability that lets you follow the connection right to someone’s doorstep.’

’Now I can do the same to others.’

’Of course, the premise is that their authority level has to be lower than mine.’

Thinking about it, the Lord of the Homeland who connected to him that day must also have an authority level in the Level 4 range, not yet having reached Level 5.

Based on a comparison with the progress of the other Lords of the Homeland in his Gated Community, if one could integrate all the resources of a Gated Community, a single map could produce about one to three Function Cards, averaging out to two.

To reach Level 4 Authority, a total of 15 Cards were needed.

On average, that person should have developed about eight maps.

Of course, considering that others in the Gated Community might also have obtained Function Cards, slowing down progress, the number of maps they’ve experienced could be even higher.

After all, that person was already raising Level 3 Extraordinary Creatures across different maps.

’When I think about it like that, even though our authority levels are on the same tier, our actual strengths might not be.’

He had been able to get a Recruitment Card from the Fishman Tribe and acquire Mogu; there was no guarantee that others couldn’t recruit other Extraordinary Heroic Units.

A chill went down Qin Ziwen’s spine at the thought.

’No, Level 4 Authority is still too low. I need to raise my authority as soon as possible and try to reach Level 5 Authority by the time this map ends.’

He was now realizing that the Home function created a world ruled by those with higher authority.

As long as one’s authority level was high enough, they could be immune to or even suppress many functions.

Next, he took out the Blank Expansion Card (Giant).

It had to be said, it was worthy of the name ”Giant”; even the Card itself was a size larger than the others.

[Expansion Card]Blank Expansion Card (Giant): Upon activation, will expand the current area, granting an additional 1000x1000m of space.

A direct expansion of one million square meters.

The Home’s area was about to receive an epic upgrade.

Qin Ziwen mentally converted the number. ’That’s one square kilometer.’

That was a third larger than the Forbidden City.

With this much space, forget one building; there was more than enough room for dozens.

’Now I can finally build that River of Spirits, which needs a 1000x50 plot of land.’

’Then there’s the Weather Altar; I can upgrade it to Level 2.’

The Plant Breakthrough Card could upgrade a normal plant into an Extraordinary Plant.

He already had a prime example. If he used it on the same type of seaweed, getting a second Deep Sea Oxygen should be no problem.

But after some hesitation, Qin Ziwen decided there was no rush. The deep sea was vast; perhaps there were better options out there.

Next were the Building Upgrade Card and the Resource Upgrade Card.

Both could upgrade normal buildings or resource points into advanced versions.

Including the rewards from the Celestial Ladder List, he had one Building Upgrade Card and two Resource Upgrade Cards.

Then there was the Advanced Recruitment Card. After the pleasant surprise of Mogu, Qin Ziwen had high hopes for the Extraordinary Unit it would summon.

He took out the purple-and-gold Card and crushed it.

Light swirled before his eyes, and as it gradually faded...

...a large, powerful horse stood in its place. It was 2.4 meters tall at the shoulder and 3.9 meters long, its body covered in fine, mineral-yellow scales.

Strangely, there was no mane on its neck, just a tuft of golden hair on its head, standing straight up.

The brilliant golden hair was as eye-catching as if it were crafted from gilded gold.

But paired with its somewhat drab scales, the look was a little odd.

...

”Holy crap, bro! Where’d you find this punk-rock horse?” Qin Ziwu couldn’t help but roast the flashy horse with the brilliant golden mohawk standing behind Qin Ziwen.

”I’m giving it to you to ride from now on. Do you like it?”

”For me to ride?” Qin Ziwu was about to refuse, as the horse’s appearance was a bit... unconventional. But then it occurred to him: his big brother already had Red Hare and the Beaked Eagle, not to mention Black and Little White Dragon. He had more mounts than he could ride. Besides, this was an Extraordinary creature. Other than his brother, no one else in the Gated Community had an Extraordinary mount. If he accepted it, he’d be the second.

After a long internal struggle, he finally nodded firmly. ”Then thank you, big bro.”

[Extraordinary Dragon Scale Horse: ☆☆☆★★]: Level 2 Half-Dragon Bloodline, Level 2 Super Endurance, Level 1 Super Reproduction

In the distance, a crimson blur tore through the air, kicking up a fierce wind as it charged over!

”NEIGH—!”

Red Hare reared up, its front hooves pawing the air, its neigh filled with arrogance.

From far away, it had spotted some flashy-looking creature circling its master.

The Dragon Scale Horse narrowed its eyes, calmly sizing Red Hare up from head to hoof. Its gaze paused for a moment on the other horse’s powerful muscles.

Red Hare lowered its front hooves and leisurely trotted over to the newcomer. It first examined the other horse from both sides, then casually leaned its shoulder against it.

Then, the corner of its mouth curled up in an undisguised sneer.

’This little show-off isn’t as tall as me~’

Now at ease, Red Hare shot the Dragon Scale Horse a careless glance. It stuck out its rump, nudged the other horse away from Qin Ziwen, and then lowered its head with a fawning look, burrowing it into Qin Ziwen’s arms.

”Alright now, you’re colleagues from now on. Be nicer to your coworkers.” Qin Ziwen had guessed Red Hare’s petty thoughts but hadn’t expected it to be so jealous.

Red Hare understood, but whether it actually took the words to heart, Qin Ziwen couldn’t be sure.

Suddenly, Qin Ziwen felt his senses ascend to a higher level. The sounds in his ears became clearer, and the range of his airflow perception grew wider.

The distance he could perceive had nearly doubled.

A flicker of understanding crossed Qin Ziwen’s face. He checked his abilities and, just as he suspected, his Airflow Perception Network had leveled up from Level 1 to Level 2.

’The Beaked Eagle must have had a breakthrough.’

For the past few days, the Beaked Eagle had been hunting diligently over the sea, actively increasing its ability proficiency.

It seemed the effects were quite obvious.

’My decision back then was truly brilliant. Why grind yourself when you can make your pets grind for you?’

His brother’s voice reached his ears. ”Big bro, can I take it for a ride?”

Qin Ziwu was eager to try.

Qin Ziwen nodded but still reminded him, ”Go on, but be careful. Don’t run into anyone.”

”Don’t worry!”

After his brother left, Qin Ziwen summoned Jia Liangcai. He wanted his opinion on which types of buildings he should upgrade next. As the Home’s steward, Jia Liangcai also needed to have the latest information on building evolutions to make future arrangements.

Jia Liangcai hesitated only for a moment before giving his answer. ”The farmland.”

”The farmland, huh.” Qin Ziwen narrowed his eyes, then nodded.

In fact, he had been thinking the same thing.

Among the normal buildings that had yet to be upgraded, the farmland was undoubtedly the highest level.

He hadn’t upgraded it before because it was one-of-a-kind. But now that Wei Zhaohua had built other, new farmlands, he could afford the risk of trial and error.
