April gave a small nod. But the moment his fingers slid between her folds, a sharp breath hitched in her throat. She was already so wet—an overwhelming mix of nervous energy, anticipation, and the quiet decision that had settled in her chest hours ago.

His touch was careful, reverent, as if he was learning every curve of her folds. When his thumb found her clit and stroked it once, her hips twitched against the mattress.

”Fuck,” Nat muttered under his breath, leaning forward as his eyes narrowed on her face. He couldn’t keep his eyes away no matter how torturous it was to watch and not be able to do anything.

Xavier braced himself over her, holding her steady. ”Too much?”

”No,” April gasped, her hands gripping his shoulders as a wave of heat coiled low in her belly. ”Just... new. It feels so strange.” She had touched herself for the first time that morning but the sensation she had felt was only half of what she was feeling now.

Xavier kissed the corner of her mouth, then her cheek, his fingers maintaining a slow, deliberate rhythm that made her head spin. When one thick finger pressed carefully against her damp entrance, her body tensed automatically.

”Ah,” An involuntary gasp escaped her lips.

”Master Reed,” Samuel instructed quietly from the shadows. ”One finger only. Go slowly. Let her adjust.”

Xavier obeyed. If it weren’t for Samuel’s constant advise, he would’ve been a blind man trying to find a golden key.

He slid his finger in. it was wet, slippering, foreign... the insides seemed to cling to him tighter the deeper his fingers went but he did not thrust the entire finger in at the first time. He worked his finger in and out with care, his eyes locked onto hers.

Instinctively, when he no longer felt her wrapping tightly around the first finger, he pushed in a second finger. When a second finger joined the first, a soft moan escaped her lips before she could stop it. Her nails dug into the firm muscle of his shoulders.

”April,” he whispered, his breath hot against her cheek. ”Talk to me.”

”It feels... full,” she breathed out, her voice trembling. ”But don’t stop.”

The wet, intimate sound of his fingers moving inside her filled the quiet room. Nat’s jaw was clenching hard; Alexander had gone completely still; and Samuel’s hands had curled into tight fists at his sides.

When Xavier finally withdrew his fingers, he looked at the way his fingers glistened and he gulped. My fingers had been inside her, touching her and she moaned... he looked away from his fingers and towards her.

She was panting, her legs slightly trembling but her eyes were settled, ready for the next step.

”I’m ready,” she whispered. She was nervous, her heart hammering against her ribs, but she wanted this. ”Xavier.”

She adjusted against the sheets, her thighs parting naturally for him.

Xavier stood up from the mattress, taking off the rest of his clothing to expose the rest of himself. He was hard, like rock hard, his dick threatening to poke at anyone who came close.

He equally felt nervous, but he would never back down.

Xavier reached for one of the condoms Samuel had prepared, tearing the foil with slightly unsteady hands. He rolled it over his dick slowly and carefully, the latex stretching tight. It was his first time putting on a condom but he was smart enough to know how it worked.

He looked up at April once more, seeking that final, silent confirmation, before positioning himself between her thighs.

He was thick—far thicker than his fingers had prepared her for—and his first slow push made her breath lock violently in her chest.

He had only pushed in the tip, but pain was already blooming, sharp and tight.

Xavier froze instantly, panic flaring in his eyes. ”April—”

”Don’t stop,” April forced out through gritted teeth, her fingers digging into the sheets. The sting was intense, but she didn’t want him to pull away. ”Just... go slow.”

He pressed forward again, carefully, the head of his dick stretching her past her limit. A thin, stinging tear bloomed at the barrier. Tears pricked the corners of her eyes before she could stop them, and she bit her lower lip hard, tasting the metallic tang of blood as she tried to quiet the sound.

She had prepared herself for the pain, but this was more than she ever imagined, it was a kind of pain she didn’t even know existed, way different from the kind she was used to from her past life.

Nat let out a low, rough noise. His eyes were locked onto the stray tear slipping down her cheek, his usual arrogant smirk completely gone, replaced by a dark, unsettled grimace.

Alexander’s blue eyes had gone dangerously dark as he watched April’s body strain to take Xavier in.

”Breathe, Miss April,” Samuel’s voice drifted over, softer now, carrying a subtle, strained edge. ”Push down gently as he enters. Master Reed—hold still once you are fully inside. Let her body adapt.”

Xavier rested his forehead against hers, his voice shaking with raw emotion. ”I’m sorry. I’m so sorry. Tell me if I need to stop. Please.”

”Keep going,” she whimpered softly.

He pushed forward, inch by careful inch. The burning sensation was deep and stretching, making her vision swim for a second. But when he finally seated himself fully inside her, the movement stopped. They lay locked together, the stillness allowing her body to adjust to his presence. She could feel every pulse of his blood, the tight, unyielding way her body wrapped tightly around him.

Xavier cupped her cheek, his thumb gently wiping away the tear track. ”I’ve got you.”

Nat’s raspy voice broke the silence, quieter than usual. ”Fuck! Why the hell does it hurt her?”

No one answered him.

Samuel remained silent near the door, his posture rigid, though the muscle in his jaw twitched violently once. His eyes were fixed on the point where Xavier and April joined, a raw, aching light flickering behind his lenses before he cold-bloodedly shuttered it away.

Xavier stayed completely still, whispering broken reassurances until the sharp, tearing pain began to dull into a heavy, throbbing fullness.

April shifted her hips slightly, testing the feeling. The sharp sting was fading, replaced by a deep, intense sensation of being completely filled.

”Okay,” April whispered, looking up into Xavier’s anxious eyes as a small, faint breath escaped her. ”You can move now.”

Xavier kissed her lips—soft, reverent, and full of immense gratitude—before slowly beginning to move his hips, pulling out gently before pushing back in slowly. Then, he established a steady rhythm, small, careful thrusts.

The initial sharp sting began to melt away, yielding to a blooming heat deep in her lower belly. Every time he glided forward, his broad chest pressed flush against hers, his heart hammering wildly against her ribs.

He was holding himself back with every ounce of willpower he possessed, ensuring that his weight and pace remained entirely comfortable for her.

April’s hands slid up his smooth, muscular back, her fingers sinking into his warm skin as a quiet, breathless sound escaped her lips.

”Xavier...” she whispered, her voice husky and sweet.

Hearing his name on her lips broke the last fragile thread of his restraint. His hips stuttered, his chest heaving as he stared down at her with dark, overflowing emotion.

”April... I—”

”It’s okay,” she whispered softly.

She could feel the tight, trembling tension in his body, the way his muscles strain under the sheer effort of holding himself back for her sake. At this rate, he was so focused on being gentle that he wouldn’t get to enjoy his own release properly. This was his first time too, and she had no intention of letting him end it unsatisfied.
